The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice to suit whatever you felt like. Some days I would have the cooked breakfast options with eggs, fresh toast sausage and bacon, other days I enjoyed the chocolate pastry. My wife liked the fresh yoghurt and honey. Fresh fruit was also available and the water melon was quite epic. The room was very comfortable with really effective air conditioning. The pool was a refreshing space which we often had to ourselves.

We loved our stay! 💓 Konstantin, the hotel manager, ensured our stay was enjoyable and stress free. He was very helpful, always ready to advise or answer any questions. His customer service is out of this world. I honesly don't know how he does it! Location was prefect. The hotel was close to the beach and shops. The room and pool area was very clean and well kept. Our room has been cleaned daily. Bed was large and comfy. Breakfast was lovely, my favourite was the Greek yoghurt with honey. Everything was great!We have nothing negative to say.

I stayed at Artemis Apartments for a week with three more friends, we rented out three rooms during June. We had breakfast included and access to the swimming pool. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the pool was also quite nice for the occasional relaxing moment in the hotel. The rooms themselves were clean and in good condition and they had everything we needed, including air conditioned to help coping with the warm weather of Crete. It was also a calm and quiet place, with no unwanted noise from the other guests. In addition to this, we also had the helpfulness and the good mood of the owner. Whenever we needed some help or advice on what to do or on how to move around Crete, Mr Konstantinous was always there to help us out with a big smile. For example, we had to get a taxi in multiple occasions and the owner helped us out with this by calling a taxi on our behalf, we also had to take a bus to Heraklion once and the owner also happily pointed us where to go and what to look for. The owner was super nice and always open to any questions he had.

Lovely first time holiday in this fabulous apartment, definitely coming back after having a pleasant time here . Rooms are clean , we also had a balcony which is great , staff are really friendly and very welcoming , especially Konstantin (the owner)he is really great and was always happy to help when we had any questions. They were more than nice we felt like family, this type of hospitality service is rare these days . Location is perfect everything is close bars , beach , town , restaurants... ! Cannot complain everything was super cannot wait to come back !!

We stayed at Artemis for a week and we had an amazing time. The place was lovely, our room had a nice sea view. Breakfast was good and the position was ideal for anything: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the beach in Hersonissos. The memory I will carry with me the most, however, will be the extraordinary welcoming we received from the staff. They gave us tips on places to visit, recommended local Greek restaurants and helped us with any request we had. I highly recommend it for anyone!

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general and the discretion of the employees. You knew that if you needed anything, they would be there. I didn't have to worry at all about my stay, since the hotel provided me with everything and the manager knew and was willing to advise me on anything I needed inside and outside the hotel.

Everything. The host, Konstantin, was the friendliest guy ever. He let me have dinner on the first night after a couple of long flights and he gave me very good recommendations for beaches, restaurants and so on. There was a private parking. I got a room right in front of the pool; the room was large and had everything I needed. This is a gem in Hersonissos, the epicenter of mass tourism!

I had a very positive experience here. The staff is exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful. I truly felt at home. Mr Konstantin was a wonderful host and a truly kind person, always greeting people with a warm smile and willing to help and provide some tips about the island. The location is also great, close to the beach. There is a shopping center near by and plenty of great restaurants. Thank you so much for having me ! :)

Excellent hospitality!!! Many thanks to Konstantin for making sure everything goes smoothly and for his great support and friendliness! Very cosy, family style apartment hotel! Quiet, one can have a good strong sleep, comfortable, modern rooms with everything one needs. Just 4 walking min away from the beach. I am looking to come again! 😊

Everything was great!

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is excellent, the choice is not great but everything is fresh and tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the care of the staff. All questions can be solved at once, they always try to help you. There was a problem with the transfer, but thanks to the administration and their help I made the flight. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.
