Customer service was up to the mark, specially the reception staff Ahsaan and the other guy I forgot the name, they help us by going above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable, specially we were travelling with kids and luggage on stairs was a big task but these guys didn’t let us move a thing, they also let us have a late checkout so that kids can have a nap before the flight. They can improve the breakfast a little bit

Location was great, views were exceptional during our morning breakfast.

We were suppose to have 2 super suites; but were told upon arrival they couldn't do it because other guest were staying longer than us. We booked well in advance. Jacuzzi at our friends suite was not working and our jacuzzi was shared with strangers in the nearby suites. Neither had view of the sea from Jacuzzi.

Location, views, staff, cleanliness.

The external hot tubs are not dedicated to the rooms and can be used by everyone staying there. Not a major issue but we didn’t understand that. Our room was literally below the road and on the last night we could hear the cars passing overhead (I think there was something loose on the road that night as we didn’t hear anything during the previous three nights. The noise wasn’t loud but it was noticeable).

Location Great , Views great , rooms smaller but nice . The reception guys attended to all our needs . Particularly picked up all our big 6 luggages plus a few smaller ones while check in and check out . Was relieved for that .

Generally all Good . The only issue was there was only one bathroom for 6 people . Rest all good .

Location was so apt for the stay in Oia region with Caldera view and Hottub. Oia square and other tourist spots are walkable via marble street and reached within 10-15 minutes. Staff helped to get our bags to the suites, which is about 10 steps down. View from the stay is incomparable.

Staff could have been more cordial to speak to guests. We didn’t felt that they are approachable to ask for any questions. They made sure the facilities were great. Special requests (complimentary decorations) were not considered even though on the messages- they said they will arrange for it. TV units is small and not many channels to tune into, which you might need when staying for longer days. Not smart TV. Parking to be made on street, 500-600m away which is fine but might be busier to find it during peak season (or to be found on other parts of Oia Main Street)

The location is exceptional . The staff was quite accommodating to our early check-in request. They took extra pains to ensure the room was ready as we had to rush off for a tour early. The room was clean and we loved our stay . We missed BF and one of teh staff members did offer to bring coffee for us .

Couple of things 1) The shared balcony was a problem . Our neighbours occupied the seat for several hours in the balcony seat in front of our room so we had to use the seats on the next room and so when they came out they had move around. 2) All the umbrellas were not opening up correctly 3) We missed Breakfast as we slept in :) . But Our intention was to enjoy a BF so unless otherwise notified , can you all knock on the door as a reminder to the guests that BF is wrapping up .

Great host and the cleaning lady was very polite The host cater for our breakfast as we had to leave early. The host waited for us when we checked in at midnight

The room needs deep cleaning and the toilet had a flushing issue. It smells very had everything you flush. The temperature in the room is very dry. The beds are not comfortable as well as the pillows. I keep coughing all nights because of dust. The room needs deep cleaned. A proper heater will be best to avoid dryness in the throat. I got a bad Infection with the dust and dryness.

We had a fabulous stay at Alexander Suites. Aquib and Esan were wonderfully welcoming and helpful. The location is great for easy entry into the high street or Oia and also easy access to Fira and Akrotiri in the South. We had a private hot tub and whilst most of Oia is exposed, our suite was nicely tucked away under Bougainvillea flowers giving us privacy. Really enjoyed the breakfast which was brought to us every morning.

Breakfast really nice, for a short time there was no electricity but Joanna & Akiep made a plan B offered us cakes; bread; fruits and juice served on our patio with the AMAZING view of the Caldera. While we sat in the jacuzzi Joanna gave us our juice and acted as our personal photographer taking BEAUTIFUL pics of our family in the jacuzzi with the view to die for. Location so good no need to leave the hotel to chase the Santorini SUNSET. You can enjoy it from your patio/ room. info on arrival. Akiep good English communicator, gave us valuable Info on arrival. Checking up on our arrival time. Meeting us outside the hotel as we struggled finding it.

Maybe the WiFi but a break for social media was good also. Have a bigger sign with the name of the hotel & mention it’s at the Restaurant Mia ( or something)

Fantastic stay! Perfect location, and staff couldn’t do enough for you. We stayed in the grand suite and it was brilliant. Plenty room, perfect views and very private. We asked for a floating breakfast as we were visiting for a special occasion and this was delivered perfectly.

Only future suggestion would be a padlock for the hot tub lid that guests at grand suite have. As the room next door attempted many times to use a hot tub that they knew wasn’t for their room.
