Amazing views, staff were helpful

The lady at Luno didn't allow me to have a crepe. I really wanted it but she said no :(

Incredible view and location, good size villa and terrace, helpful that staff carried suitcase up and down stairs.

We enjoyed our stay but with the high price there were more negatives than we'd expected. No rubbish bin in room so had to leave food wrappers etc out on the side which caused ants in the villa. Obviously it's a hot country so there was already a lot of ants on the terrace. Breakfast was awful and even though it was included we went elsewhere and paid. Jacuzzi in room was cold- I'd asked in advance and been informed it was 33 degrees but I don't think that was the case- the light in the jacuzzi in the room stays on until 1am which attracted a lot of flies inside the villa.

The location of the hotel was great. It was away from the crowded tourist areas, but close enough to walk and enjoy the sunsets. The seas food was excellent.

The jacuzzi was nice given it was private. However, it was a little too close to the walkway for our liking thus making it less private. Moreover, it was not heated for the evening!

We stayed in the Mystic Villa. The room was great with gorgeous views and a private pool. We liked the fact that it was tucked away from the Oia high street and still had easy access to it. Dionysis and Katerina were very very helpful and friendly. They also guided us on what options we can avail in Santorini during our stay. The made our stay wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and the views were just perfect! Highly recommended! Missing Santorini n our pool already 😀. The breakfast was served at Luno Cafè nearby. It had ample options and huge portions. Also, they can modify the menu to your liking which we liked the most. Thankyou White Pearl Villas Team. Hope to see you in future!

The staff from Pearl View Villas was exceptional: very friendly and with lots of care for the wellbeing of the guests. Special thanks to Katerina who organized all our reservations before our trip, with a convenient WhatsApp conversation. The location of the room was perfect, with a breathtaking view on the caldeira. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The private terrace is probably one of the best in Oia.

The property has a partnership with the Luno Cafe which provides the breakfast and room service for food. The personnel there could sometimes be more friendly.

The included breakfast at cafe Luno was not great for vegetarians. The villas required quite climbing up and down - not an issue for us, however for those with mobility constraints may find it challenging. This is typical of most properties in Santorini. Also the AC did not work initially and Jacuzzi also did not heat up water. They needed to be fixed. We were in a group and had 11 rooms. The villas are in 3 different locations (all close by), however splitting the group was not ideal.

We were met upon arrival at Oia by our host and a helpful assistant to carry our luggage to our room, which made us feel like VIP’s from the start. The room was well appointed and incredibly spacious, and our view was amazing (see pictures). Fresh waters were delivered daily and coffee was always stocked. The breakfast was the perfect way to start our day! Our host was very knowledgable about the area and helped us plan our time on the island to get the most out of our stay, and the best part, he was always just a text away (and yes- we texted him with questions, requests, etc- to which he responded immediately). The property is just beautiful and the location is ideal. We hiked, sailed, shopped and dined- and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend.

Wonderful location, wonderful staff!!! Genuinely cared about our needs. When there was a major plumbing problem Katerina changed us to a much more beautiful one without any problem. Ali, carried our bags up and down steps numerous times time. The housekeeping people was so accommodating. Lovely

The steps were very dangerous to our first room in the caldera. The 2nd room had safe steps and a rail above the street but was so much better. The first room was cavelike and had an indoor hot tub which I would not use, the new one had a gorgeous newer outside one on the terrace🥰

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the high review rating truly reflects the quality of this place. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, and I am genuinely thrilled with my decision to choose this hotel. Highly recommended! It was a 10 for me!

Overall, there weren't many bad things about this hotel, but I do have a few small points to mention. The hotel is a bit far from the main road, requiring you to go up and down many steps to reach it. This can be challenging in the warm weather of Santorini. If you're not very sporty or have difficulty walking up and down steps, you might want to consider another place. Additionally, it would be an improvement to install some small glass partitions between the bathroom area and the bedroom. Sometimes, it's difficult to take a shower without worrying about splashing water on the bed and other areas.

Beautiful and spacious property with an amazing high view of the sea and Santorini mountains. Suite had a Jacuzzi with adjustable temperature. TV had Netflix and other streaming services. Air conditioned room (much needed on hotter days). Staff were wonderful and helpful, reached out before our arrival to help us organise transport, offered to help us organise any activities, and finally our transport back to airport. Honestly cannot recommend White Pearl Villas enough for their excellent service and breath taking villa. Maintenance staff also deserve a shoutout for always attending if we had any requests which were always addressed promptly.
