Beautiful property with stunning views of the caldera. The hotel was clean, very helpful staff and quiet. The hot tub in our room was nicely tucked away to make it even more private. The bar staff were very friendly and took good care of us. The room was very comfortable and well designed. The location was great for us as we don’t like crowds.

A drying rack near the hot tub would’ve been nice to dry our swim wear but the back of the chairs worked fine.

The property was beautiful - we travelled here for our birthdays and were staying for quite a while so they upgraded us which was a lovely touch. Welcome drinks, bottle of wine in the room. Breakfast on our terrace every morning. Nothing was too much of a bother for them. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay if you are visiting Oia. The view from our terrace was like something out of a movie. Just make sure you don’t mind steps as there are a few going down but this wasn’t an issue for us. If I ever return to Santorini, I would stay here again.

The view is spectacular, sunrise and sunset are visible. The room was spacious with a large sitting area and the shower and bathroom were roomy. There were many breakfast options and everything we tried was delicious and delivered to your terrace each morning. Porters bring your luggage up and down the steps for you. The staff is very responsive to any issues or questions you may have and make every effort to resolve them. They provide maps and can make arrangements for various tours for you or assist you on doing things on your own. We rented a car and explored the island. We were there at the end of the season and the island was fairly quiet, very enjoyable!

I don't know where to begin because our stay at La Perla was exceptional! The ladies at the reception were all helpful and super kind towards us. Our room had a stunning view and spacious outside area by the jacuzzi. I know if ever I'm going back to Santorini there is no other place I would stay. We used to look forward to the breakfast every morning - the service was always prompt and as mentioned earlier.. the staff was very helpful and polite!

I don't think it's anything negative about the property but the Island itself. There are many steps one has to take to get to certain properties but it wasn't an issue for us. Just pointing it out for elderly couples as it might be an issue for them.

Everything! Location is perfect, walkable to everything, including a nice local winery, where we did a wine tasting experience, the Suits are spacious, beautifully decorated, everything brand, new, and absolutely clean. The staff deserves a chapter for themselves, they went above, and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, they were friendly and very respectful of our privacy, very knowledgeable about the island and gave us excellent recommendations. We will come back for sure, the only problem we had is we didn’t wanna leave!!!

Gorgeous jaw-dropping views, comfy bed and an amazing place to relax from the bustle in Santorini. We spent a lot of time chilling on our balcony or by the pool which is just what we needed. Lunches at the hotel restaurant were also very good. The staff were very kind and attentive. Christina at reception was exceptional. She was so helpful and friendly and really helped to make our stay in Santorini memorable. Her restaurant recommendations in Oia were excellent and she made things easier for us booking our reservations. Christina 's passion and knowledge about Santorini really shone through. Plus, her ability to understand what suited our needs and taste was spot on. She is an asset to the hotel!

Hot tub was not properly cleaned and serviced when we arrived but this was fixed right away once we let them know.

One of the best hotels from our last trip. The view is absurd. Every morning they serve the breakfast outside your door and this was a luxury experience. Also the private tube was nice and warm. The hotel itself its beautiful, the staff is amazing they carry our heavy luggage for us (make sure you tip the guy), they arrange the transport to airport/port and I recommend it, its easier and hassle free for the same price charged for taxis/uber. The restaurant has good food and the location is also good. Is in the beginning of the pedestrian trail but still a very good location to explore Oia. Very good experience.

Beautiful property overlooking the caldera!!! Rooms were clean and super comfortable. Bathroom stocked with Molton Brown products (love!!!) and other bath necessities. We had the JR suite which had an outdoor Jacuzzi on the patio. It was great for relaxing after spending a day out in Santorini. Note that the patios w/ jacuzzi’s are not private but it didn’t bother my husband nor I. Breakfast was served to you every morning and it was delish! A great selection to choose from. It was our honeymoon so we requested the honeymoon package w/ champagne — it was the perfect welcome walking into a room filled with candlelit votives, rose petals, a bottle of champagne, cake, chocolate covered strawberries and fruit. Transport to/from ferry and airport was easy to arrange, and so was anything else we needed transportation to (Fira and other restaurants around the island)— we didn’t have to haggle w/ external taxi drivers — we arranged everything with the Front Desk staff and it was all taken care of!!! It is pricey, but what do you expect from a 5-star property? It was worth every penny and more. Property was closer to La Luna Cafe which is the main drop off point to the main pedestrian strip and located inconspicuously below a supermarket, which can be convenient for some. Overall, a wonderful experience!!!

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff were also very courteous! Our ferry was delayed but they still remained 5 star and waited for us. They decorated our room with very little information about our arrival time. They prepared all the activities we wanted to do and booked it for us. The reception staff were quick to answer emails in the lead up. The most sensational thing about the hotel are the views and location. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.

Nothing. Be warned that there are some stairs to enter and exit the hotel but it’s worth it.
