The location, it’s perfect,the view in front of you, the distance to the bus stop and supermarket plus short walk to restaurants and shops and also to blue dome and area to watch the sunset.

Just minor thing, maybe just improve the bed there is a little bit of a noise if you moved around the bed and the fridge could be noisy but you can plug it out to silent it.

The property is in a beautiful location in Oia. The hosts were very friendly! We had a welcome coffee and they kindly let us use the room before check in time so we could rest as we were very tired catching up 5AM flight from Athens. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. We had everything we need! They provided clean towels, slippers, soap, lotion, shampoo/ shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste and more! We had a fridge and a kettle. We used the jacuzzi at the balcony for 20 euros per person and it comes with a drink, the views of the caldera were stunning! All in all, our stay was amazing!

John was very welcoming, helpful and charming and offered us frappes and espressos on the house when we arrived. We stayed one night so our focus was the views, which were incredible, and photographing the famous three blue domes which are 5 minutes walk away and pretty much level with the hotel, so no steep climbs to access them. ATMs and supermarkets are 1 minute walk away. Weather was lovely, at 23 degrees celcius, and most restaurants are open in the off-peak season as Santorini is still quite busy in April. Buses were also regular. The hotel has several communal areas for lounging and enjoying the sea views and stunning sunsets.

Right on the main Street where people come from other locations to witness the beautiful Santorini sunset. You have all the places to sit, have coffee and do everything within the villa.

1- The rooms aren't very big, the kitchen is restricted (although the owner offers his kitchen to use but doesn't feel all that comfortable using their personal kitchen). 2- Additionally you have to deposit 150 euro security and every millimetre of rooms is inspected during check out. Other places in Greece were liberal and didn't bother about security deposits. Can't generalise as I didn't try any other place in Santorini. 3- You can't drink tap water so one has to stock water. 4- Santorini seemed like a place for INFLUENCERS, pre wedding shoots, honeymooners etc, not the best place for families with kids. 5- Too much vehicular traffic all around bordering annoying. *Last 3 points seemed more apt to describe Santorini rather than the accommodation*

We are a family of 5 and had a very pleasant stay here. Upon arrival, the owner greeted us and was very friendly and nice. We were shown how everything works in our room and given a generous supply of water bottles and provided with house slippers for the whole family. The location was so convenient and in the heart of Oia. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores and bus stop. We ended up taking the bus to Fira for the day and it was very easy. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Staff was super friendly. The property was incredibly clean. Upon arrival we were given recommendations, complete with directions. Their location was perfect. There was a taxi and bus station about one minute away. There was a market across the walkway and many restaurants and stores within seconds of the property. The views from the room and terraces were amazing!

I cannot think of one negative regarding this property or the staff.

Everything was great. The many different terraces are extremely nice. Wonderful for the coffee in the morning or a break during the day, a drink at sunset time. Best location for being in the city center though still calm enough to give you a break of the crowds. The five of us stayed in the cave room, comfortable and cool - and extraordinary. Great helpful staff. We highly recommend! Thank you for an outstanding stay.

Perfect location in Oia. We really enjoyed our stay. We got our bedroom cleaned everyday with fresh shower towels and beach towels. John and his wife made us delicious Greek coffee everyday and helped us with everything we asked for.

I have truly enjoyed staying in Maryloujohn place. John was a very dedicated and welcoming host. During the first day of the stay we received detailed guidelines and protips for our visit in Santorini. Every day John prepared us a cup o coffee. The accommodation offers a lot of outdoor space where you can relax and drink a glass of vine. And the location- absolutely fantastic

The location was perfect. 10 min walk to the Oia bus terminal, so getting around the island was easy. Also, many restaurants and shops are close by as the Villa is on the main street of Oia. View from the hotel are great and the room was perfect with plenty of space. John was vey welcoming and available for everything and had great tips on where to eat and what to do.
