The host was very friendly. The room had nice views & a great verandah spa. It was in an excellent location close to all restaurants, transport & shopping. I would definitely stay again. The only negative would be that the main bathroom bath had a water leak & this meant we were unable to have a bath (maintenance issue) - however the spa on the balcony more than compensated for this and was amazing.

Maintenance to the bath - plumbing water leakage needed attention.

This place is just amazing. Less than 5 minutes from the centre of Oia but still far from the big crowds. The view from the room is so beautiful. In the room there is everything that you need and it is very clean. Exactly like the pictures. Also, Johnny the host is so kind and always available. He allowed us to leave him our luggage after the check out and he arranged a taxi for us for the airport. Exceptional!

The suites were a perfect spot to stay in the middle of Oia. We were walking distance from the main strip of Oia and it was easy to get everywhere. The views from the deck were also amazing and we enjoyed our 2 nights very much and would definitley stay again. The place was quiet and also tucked away from the crowds making it that much more enjoyable. The house manager was easy to connect with and was there when we needed help with anything!

The host was great, very friendly and helpful and went over and above to help us where we needed. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The spa was excellent.

Only (minor) thing I didn't like was the spa recirculation pumps are pretty loud, and there's no user manual on how to stop them. While trying to sleep I turned the spa off at the circuit breaker as it was keeping us awake.

We loved the sea view, the balcony, the private hot-tub with sea view, the size of the bed, the huge and beautifu bath-tub.

The only reason why we didn't give it a 10 is because of the low height of the ceilings in the bathroom and entryway since my partner is very tall. Also, be aware that the view is on the non-famous side of the island: we didn't mind it, actually we enjoyed the privacy and calm of it!

The outdoor hot tub overlooking the sea. Johnny was helpful and provided with a travel adapter as there were no USB charging ports in the property.

The bathtub at the top took 2hrs to be filled up completely. Hot tub outside wasn’t readily available for use and needed 5 mins of cleaning to be done upon arrival No warning on the extremely low ceiling upstairs.

This room was a great find to get us close to all of Oia with out having to pay $1,000 per night. Amazing views of the North side of the island/ocean, and a short walk to all of Oia. Leah was a great hostess and always there to help arrange amenities or cater to anything you needed.

Watch your head if you are taller than 6ft/2m, the bathroom gets pretty short on the bi-level room. Shower was a cool design, but not well executed as the shower head did not fit on the mount, so we had to improvise, but not the end of the world.

this property is in a perfect location. it is across the street, 50 feet from the caldera. it has a sea view. it has a beautiful view of the sea. the manager of the hotel Eva was amazing. Eva helped us get a rental car (I highly recommend renting in town, or was cheaper and we had parking. Parking is hard at the hotel otherwise).

It is very open concept. this is beautiful to look at, but is less practical for using the bathroom. I wish it was clearer from the hotel before I checked in what the procedure was for check in. there is no traditional reception. you meet with Eva. this was totally fine, we just didn’t know.

The suites are located in the quieter area of Oia, so you avoid the crowds of tourists that come daily. It was comfortable since it has two big beds (one on the mezzanine)and two bathrooms so perfect for my daughter and I. Eva was very helpful carrying our suitcases from the parking lot. she was so sweet to offer us a bottle of wine for my birthday.

One of the showers didn’t function properly and the faucet was leaking. unfortunately they were unable to repair both during our stay. The suites are very close together and we had neighbors with noisy children that we could hear like they were in our room. The free parking lot is about 10 minutes away walking and not easy to access carrying suitcases and the cars and tourist buses rushing by. Also it is almost impossible to find a parking space around sunset which Eva kindly informed us.

The hotel is in a prime location. You have the main shopping/restaurant street 2mins walking distance. The bus stop is very close since this was our main form of transport. The room gets cleaned on a daily basis and the staff is quite friendly. Jacuzzi is cleaned everyday and ready to use, we had lots of fun in the evening chilling in there.

I dont have anything to say. My experience was exellent.
