Kima Oia is spectacular- stay here, you won't regret it. The location is perfect, a short walk down the steps from the main street and it is like you have your own oasis. The hotel is very small but that adds to it's charm. We had a deluxe double room which is located just behind the pool, I was concerned that this would not feel private but it did not bother us at all, the pool area was usually quiet and we pretty much had it to ourselves (we stayed late July- early August!!) The views are breathtaking!! The room was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. For breakfast, you are requested to place your order the night before, along with the time you would like it between 8am-11am. It is then served to your terrace & it was beautifully presented and delicious. Although there is no restaurant you can order drinks and snacks to be served to your room or the pool and they are very well priced. The staff are phenomenal, a special mention to the gentleman who carried our case up and down from the car and the lady who provided us transfers, they were both very friendly, welcoming and professional. Adriana on reception is a real credit to Kima suites, she went out of her way to see if she could help us in any way and contacted me before our stay to see if we needed assistance with transfers and to advise our room would be ready early. The transfer was €50 from Kamari and €50 to the airport, which we thought was very reasonable. Adriana was always on hand to help with any queries or requests we had and she took to the time to recommend restaurants etc for our stay. Thank you team Kima for a wonderful stay in Oia!

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional in almost every way. From the beautifully designed rooms to the breathtaking views and top-notch amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is immaculate, the location is ideal, and the bell boys were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional.

The only slight disappointment was the attitude of one staff member who was noticeably unfriendly and unapproachable. Electricity went off for almost 2 hours without being told what has happened.

Highly recommend staying at Kima Oia suites. The property is beautiful, centrally located, has that dreamy, aesthetic appeal. The best part was the staff who were so accommodating and welcoming. Helped with arranging transportation, recommendations for things to do and restaurants. We planned a flying dress shoot and proposal and the host Adriana helped arrange photographer and set up the balcony with roses and candles. It was so romantic and well executed. It was also my birthday and Adriana was so kind to help with ordering and delivery of a beautiful cake. Breakfast on the balcony I highly recommend. Suites are gorgeous with great views. Fully recommend staying here !

Excellent staff: Adriana, Aris, and housekeeper were all attentive and so welcoming. The view is stunning and a great location for viewing the caldera. The pool area is comfortable and well suited for enjoying the magnificent view. Our room was clean, spacious, and very functional. The included breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it every morning. Perfect location to pedestrian walkway of Oia or if traveling to other parts of the island, perfect location to meet transportation close by. Would highly recommend, excellent value for the cost!

What can I say, our stay at Kima was nothing short of amazing. The view is breathtaking, our room was literally a gate into the sea !!! Also, the pool is definitely a must when staying in Oia, so we were to have one at our disposal. The staff is incredibly nice, thank you Aris for your help and special shout out to Pannos for his availability, his great tips and overall kindness. I definitely recommand this place to anyone coming to Santorini !

Loved every little detail. Oia Santorini is breathtaking. The room is absolutely all we needed to relax and enjoy summer vibes. We stayed at the Superior Cave Suite and it was money very well spent. The view is stunning, the room was super clean and the service was perfect. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. We had nothing planned when we got here and they helped us by suggesting different activities and we loved every second of it. Adriana was very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful while Aris was also absolutely great and a wonderful photographer. Loved every second, grateful for all the help and amazing service. Hope we get to come back and do it all over again someday! Thank you Kima staff for a magical honeymoon!

We loved everything!!!

The site is incredible - anchored by the main pool and sun beds you basically have a panoramic view of the caldera, ocean, and Santorini’s famous cliffside cave hotels. It’s particularly spectacular in the evenings. We stayed in the Junior Suite with hot tub which is one of the most private and least overlooked rooms. The hot tub was bliss in the cooler evenings and on windy days and the main swimming pool - which isn’t heated - offered respite when it was really hot. The location is magical and everything is easily walkable. You’re literally a stones throw from all the restaurants and bars and there’s a handy supermarket at the entrance. Last, but by no means least: I must mention Adriana, who was absolutely excellent and super helpful - immediately responsive to any request we made and never made us feel like we were being overbearing. She’s a great ambassador for Kima Oia Suites and made our stay that little bit more special. Her colleague, who had the unenviable job of lugging our suitcases up and down the stairs from the entrance at the top of the hill, was also unfailingly great and always greeted us with a smile (and also organised a mini photoshoot for us!).

Nothing! The hotel is incredible. The only constructive criticism is maybe a slightly more varied breakfast offering would be welcome, but that’s being nit picky.

Just wow, do not hesitate to book this place, we have just returned from a 4 night stay and it was just perfect. The uninterrupted view of the caldera is so breathtaking. We stayed in the jacuzzi room, a gorgeous breakfast served on our private balcony with a view to die for, the bed was very comfortable, the whole stay was so peaceful and relaxing. We ventured out early a couple of mornings, avoiding the crowds then back to the pool to laze on the sun-beds admiring the view. And then the staff, a huge thank you to you Adriana as from start to finish you have been fantastic, you arranged a wonderful surprise on arrival for my husbands 50th, recommended places to eat, booked the perfect spots and literally took all the hassle out for me, we have had the most perfect stay ever and will return. Thanks to Aris also for everything you did, what a fantastic team at Kima Suites ☺️

Verry good location, VIEW, hot tub, breakfast, staff, it’s perfect location and to get something like this you need to pay somewhere else even 4 times the money! Even the service, driver, every every little thing was perfect! We thank all the staff for this perfect stay (supperior Suite on west)

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Kima Oia Suites!!! The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful from getting us from the ferry port to getting all our luggage down the steps to the hotel (there were four of us traveling together). Breakfast was delicious and served at requested time on the balcony. The views while eating were amazing. Please do yourself a favor and stop looking at other hotels and just book here.

I have no complaints with this property or the wonderful staff managing/working there.
