We arrived by car that we arranged with booking.com. When we were a little distance away our drive called the hotel to inform. The hotel team was there to greet us and take our luggage down the stairs to the hotel (yes most people will need help with this). The check in process was very smooth and they wanted to greet us with wine. We do not drink alcohol so opted for non alcoholic drinks. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the view was spectacular. It had pool overlooking the Aegean Sea. The shower was great. The staff was very helpful and it was the best part of the stay. The breakfast is included in the hotel price. It is the best breakfast we had ever enjoyed in any hotel anywhere in the world. The breakfast can be delivered in the bed as well for free. They also provide floating breakfast tray in the pool for a reasonable fee (if you feel like it). The hotel is central in Oia and all the places to see in Oia are in walking distance. It is in the liveliest part of the town. Will stay here again anytime if we visit this island.

View is exceptional, breathtaking. Private pool is clean an heated. They do need to make it faster heating. though. Not sure why booking.com payment does not work for them. Breakfast amazing. They have improved alot in 5 years. Everything clean. Stone floor ha underfloor heating. I stayed room 1 honeymoon suite with private pool. Its not very private, public can see you while they walk past

Didn't realise breakfast will contain bacon. Yo have to seleft literally everything individually for breakfast. No halal food.

This hotel is right in the middle of Oia. The rooms may be split over both sides of the little street. You could not get a better location in Oia. We booked a suite with infinity pool and we were not disappointed, it was fabulous with beautiful views and total privacy, may have been bridal suite. Breakfast lovely. location perfect to walk through Oia and get those special photos! lovely boutique shops. Restaurant has nice menu and gorgeous view. Communal pool and bar area a little small so we didn’t use it but nice looking. staff very attentive. Don’t know how they do their jobs up and down stairs but they all do it with a smile - thank you! To be honest we would have extended our stay if an offer (favourable rate) had been made to keep the room, it was a lovely experience.

We booked a suite with caldera view and thought this meant we would see the sunset but it doesn’t. We didn’t see it from our suite. It is quite expensive and there are lots of steps. You need to be prepared for this, the steps are part of the scenery in Oia. Not much to not like, luxurious, unique, will recommend.

The view is like something from a movie. You'll be hard pressed to find a better one! The pictures don't do it justice to be honest.

The are a lot of steps not just in the hotel but in all of Santorini. Its just a bit of a workout but worth it. The staff carry everything heavy for you anyway to its just yourself you need to worry about.

Everything was perfect! Amazing staff, we had everything what we expected. A very good location with a great view.

Quite small main swimming pool but manageable in the end

Exceptional quality hotel with a fantastic staff team who did everything to make our stay as memorable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms, restaurant and infinity pool have the most amazing views of the caldera. Every member of staff we met was extremely helpful to us. The Black Rock restaurant was also an exceptional dinner for us on our final nights stay.

Nothing negative

Every thing in this hotel was awesome, staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast menu was great with many options.. thanks to everyone at Santorini Secret..

Nothing to complain

I asked for a place to rent a bout without license, you provide me a place really far from the hotel in acrotiri but I found another in ammoudi perfect in terms of distance from the hotel. This could be a great contact to expand the activities provided by secret hotel.

The room was beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the staff were wonderful. Our dinners at Black Rock were excellent and everyone working in the restaurant went out of their way to make us feel special. Oia is one of the most special places in the world, and our private terrace overlooking the Caldera was a little piece of Paradise.

Nothing—great location and everything was beyond our expectations

We loved the private pool with the sea view. The burger for dinner when dining in was delicious and we had breakfast in bed every day. Ideal location for water activities, walks, and restaurants.
