All the positive reviews are so accurate! The photos of the hotel with overlooking views of the caldera; the wonderful staff, Sima; the location being close to shopping and dining yet away from the bustle of the main Street. They surprised me with balloons, decorations, fruits, and cake on my birthday! I am well traveled and have various hotel memberships and none of them have ever done equally as thoughtful. Delfina Villas and Sima have made my trip so memorable and special. Thank you so much!

Our stay here was absolute perfect! Sima was the most perfect host. She arranged our cooking class, dinner reservations, and taxi services making every aspect of our trip relaxing. Each day she delivered a huge tray of breakfast foods, absolutely delicious and so much food. She also left a bottle of wine and flowers in the room for us. The executive suite was extremely spacious with a wonderful view and privacy on the terrace and hot tub. The property is a few steps from the taxi drop off so it was relatively easy to access with heavy luggage. It was directly off the main walking in path in Oia so we were a few steps from shops and restaurants, and very close to the Oia-Fira hike path, but we still felt secluded from crowds.

Very beautiful property. Small apartment not hotel. Clean, amazing views, amazing service. Few steps considering it's Oía. Lovely in room beakfast.

The mattress in the bed should be replaced it's wear out.

This was the most perfect stay! First of all the views! omg breathtaking! Aside from having your own private balcony with a hot tub that looks out at oía town there is a private roof terrace which is the envy of all passerbys stopping to get photos of the view while you have it all to yourself! Honestly we didn’t even see the point of going to these “sunset view” bars when you have the best view straight from this accommodation! Sima was a sweetheart and looked after us so well with the most extravagant breakfast every morning she was just fantastic, had the room clean everyday too which we were not expecting!! I can’t say enough good things about this accommodation highly recommend

Actually the price when you compare with the nearby accommodations delfini is good price....Oia is very expensive area ...so it's worth it.

The best stay I’ve had in my entire life. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the location was perfect! Far enough from crowds arriving on cruise ships but still only a 10-15 minute walk in any direction with tons of shops and restaurants in between. It is also at the top (only a few steps down) so no one is looking into your balcony which was a HUGE plus! The room was spotless, and Sima was fantastic. The second we arrived, she was so attentive, gave phenomenal recommendations and always made sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty, paired with the views… we were IN LOVE. I would 1000% recommend staying here, and we will definitely book a room here again when we return to Santorini.

I really appreciated the comfort of the room and the stunning view. The breakfast was generous and delicious, a great way to start the day. And what truly made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of Sima. She welcomed us with a smile as big as her heart and went out of her way to plan and make our stay easier. A big thank you to her for her warmth and dedication. Also, thank you to the hotel for all the thoughtful gestures and little gifts – they truly touched us and made us feel very special ❤️

Everything. 🤩 Spotless villa and spacious. There is a photo spot I think can only be captured from this villa. Loving it! Hospitality from Seema is excellent! She can help you with everything. We enjoy the breakfast with a view 🌹. We also enjoy hanging out at the rooftop which only can be used by the guests. So no crowds and all yours! We love the privacy! The location is easily accessible by bus from Fira. But if you want a peace of mind, don't wanna navigate, Seema can help to book the transportation from the airport. I would recommend this villa if you plan to stay in Oia. Most affordable villa I've found.
