The villa is spacious and clean. It faces to the sea and with great view. The breakfast is great with lots of options for us to choose. The croissants and bread served are warm and fresh.

This is an amazing family home that Dimitrius and his family have recently converted to a rentable villa. It occupies an enviable position on the main pedestrian thoroughfare through the heart of Oia. It is extremely spacious and they are wonderful hosts. Especially recommended for people with mobility issues as there are almost no stairs involved (difficult to do in a city built almost entirely of stairs). A better location than most 5 star hotels and wonderful hosts as well.

The villas were perfect for our group of 5. Location was spot on for the view and access to everything in Oia. Our breakfast every morning on our outside veranda overlooking the caldra was a perfect start of the day. The amenities were above average. The hot tub was an added bonus (only had time to use once).

The hot tub could have been hotter and it was hard for us to get english language on the TV...not that we had time to watch much TV.

Our hosts were very gracious and welcoming! The view, the breakfast, the welcome snack/drink, the hot tubs and patio - all amazing! Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen area met all our needs, and we'd stay here again and again. Our hosts helped with arrangements for laundry, holding our luggage on our day of departure, and our drive to the airport. They were great about anticipating our questions and needs during our stay.

everything was great! Konstantino was such a welcoming person! He made us feel at home and was always attentive of our needs. the view from the villa is great! literally everyone stops in from to take pictures of the view. we would have breakfast outside and ppl will pass and just stare at us but we didn’t care we enjoyed the attention even the jacuzzi was great! I loved that everything was so close by. I will definitely will be recommending to friends and family and if I get the chance to return to Greece we will definitely stay here again! we were a family of 6ppl total.

Beautiful location with great view of the caldera. Konstantinos was a great host and the location in Oia was great. The Room was very nice and the breakfast was wonderful every morning.

The two bedrooms share the bathroom in the master bedroom. while the hot tub is great; many passerbys walk between you and the view. as typical in Santorini, do not flush paper or you will have a problem.

It was right on the walk path so a bit too many people staring into/onto the patio. Not a big issue and wouldn’t deter me from this place considering the payoff of the view!
