Nestled on the stunning cliffs of Santorini's Oia, our stay at Caldera Premium Villas was a truly memorable experience. The pros of our visit were indeed remarkable: 1. Amazing Staff: The staff at Caldera Premium Villas welcomed us like family. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay feel personal and unforgettable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, offering tips and recommendations to make our visit even more enjoyable. 2. Delicious Breakfast: Although the breakfasts were a bit more structured than we're used to, the food was undeniably delicious. The morning spread offered a variety of options to suit every taste, and it was a delightful way to start each day. 3. Breathtaking Views: The location of the hotel, with its panoramic sea views and the mesmerizing caldera in the background, left us in awe. It's the perfect spot to witness Santorini's legendary sunsets and savor the island's beauty. 4. Privacy at its Peak: Caldera Premium Villas offered a level of privacy that's hard to match in Oia. Situated on the lower part of the caldera, the tranquility and seclusion were a true luxury. The private room whirlpool added an extra layer of intimacy, and we found ourselves taking full advantage each evening. In summary, our stay at Caldera Premium Villas was truly magical. The unique cave-like room and the picturesque surroundings gave us a feeling akin to being on Tatooine from Star Wars. The hospitality and breathtaking views were the highlights of our trip, making it an unforgettable experience.

A few cons to consider: 1. Organized Breakfast: While the breakfasts were scrumptious, the level of organization might not suit everyone. You had to specify your room number and select items from the buffet through a staff member, which could feel a bit restrictive. Some guests might prefer a more self-serve approach. 2. Physically Demanding Access: One thing to be aware of is the physical challenge of getting to and from the heart of Oia. The steep, stair-laden journey can be physically demanding, especially when navigating it daily. The stairs leading to the hotel can also be a bit slippery and might pose a safety concern.

I liked everything. The view from the hotel, the location, the room decor and the view from it, the place, the cleanliness, the service. Everything. I came to regenerate, relax and calm down, this place gave me everything I needed and the view of the caldera and the sea soothed and calmed me down. The breakfasts were very tasty and had a selection of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes, they lasted until 10:30 so there was enough time to enjoy the meal on the terrace looking out to the beautiful view of the sea. The service was incredibly nice and the whole hotel was unbelievably clean. The socks I wore did not get dirty from the bottom even once, I do not even have such a clean house to compare. It was an amazing stay. I highly recommend it. Thank You.

Lovely and clean with amazing view, great air-conditioning. Very private with shared pool. The porters are amazing and bring your bags up and down the scary steps 👏 friendly staff. Small rooms but everything you need for short break

The steps oh my .. they are scary definitely made me think about how many cocktails I had ! It's not so much the number of them but they are slippy and uneven with nothing ro hold on to.. but I guess that's why you get the stunning views and privacy. Also note you won't see sunset from you room.

The facilities overlook the caldera. We found our room to be spotless clean and comfortable plus beautifully decorated. They are located below the Apsithia Restaurant, check it out on a map. The breakfast was great; it was varied and delicious. There is a pool too if you wish to jump into it. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The location is close the Oia Bus Terminal in case you take that bus from Fira.

Everything about the facilities was great. One thing that is out of their control is for people with walking issues or if you carry checked bags, you need to go up/down those slippery stairs.

Everything was perfect! I loved everything from the time the villa sent us porters to help us carry our luggage since cars are not allowed, and they served us lime juice as welcome drinks and were greeted by the staff. The recep has stunning views of Oia walk/sunset and caldera sea. Our room was upgraded with an indoor jacuzzi, and the room was nicely decorated and was clean! The bathroom is clean and big too! The only thing lacking would be dental kits and slippers, but not a problem for us since I brought ours. We had our own private balcony where we had wine everyday and appreciate the views of Caldera and Fira on the left side and Oia sunset on our right. I didn't expect much for breakfast, but surprisingly, we were full every after meal. The lady who served breakfast was very nice and just ask her, she would assist you. There were varieties of bread, eggs, cheese, bacon, ham, desserts, cereals, salad, and fruits. Of course, you can opt for coffee or tea and orange juice! I couldn't ask for more. I just regret that our stay was so short for 3 days only. I was sad to leave the villa. I will definitely book Caldera Premium Villas if I will have the chance!

Breakfast had only cold options & could have included a few hot ones like omelettes, bacon, etc.

Absolute PARADISE and everything we have ever dreamed about. We got upgraded to a better room so then it represented even better value for money. The Room was like a Cave with all the creature comforts. The View over the Caldera (ocean) was absolutely incredible. It was literally "location location location". Fortunately it also had a nice little Pool area which was ideal for those afternoon Swims and Drinks on a steamy hot summers day. The Breakfast Cave Room was amazing, and the food exceptionally good organised by Anna and staff. We were just sssoooo happy with this choice of accommodation. The Bag Porters were incredible as they held our Bags on their shoulders and trapsed up and down both large rocky Steps and steep Stairs from the Road to the Villas - amazing men who do an amazing job. We had to pinch ourselves daily sitting there eating and drinking, or waking up to the magnificent views of the sea and the boats and all the action going on around the hillsides.

If you are not walk fit.......best not to stay anywhere on the Caldera. Ultimately there are both rocky Steps and steep Stairs involved everywhere you go. It was a bit of a marathon to reach the Villa and go up and down several times a day. You have to be careful not to slip and make sure you were runners or something with good tread underneath or it could be trecherous. We just took it easy and planned for the steep climbs daily. Many other Villas are in the same boat in this regard.

A fabulous hotel in a great location close to restaurants and local transport links. About a 5 minute walk to the castle where you can see the legendary sunset. A lot of steps in Santorini and the walk down to the hotel is no exception. It is built on the side of a cliff, like most of the hotels in Oia. But the views of the caldera are completely worth it!! Completely recommend it.

Absolutely everything ! This place will always have a soft spot in my heart as my partner proposed to me in this beautiful location ! The place itself is amazing : the view, the facilities, the staff. We very much enjoyed our private hot tub with the view of the caldeira. I will come back in a heartbeat !

Nothing it was perfect !

As everyone says, the view is stunning. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. The porters who carry your luggage up and down the hill are amazing! But the stairs are no joke!

Overall, it was a nice stay. But I asked for a room with a view. Our room opened right onto the pool and was next to the breakfast area. We couldn't open our windows or shutters because people were right there. We could easily get to the view, but we didn't have a terrace or patio like most rooms. Also, the beds were pretty hard, in my opinion.
