We had an exceptional stay at Oia Spirit Boutique Residences. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Three Blue Domes, offering direct access to one of the most photographed sites in Santorini. The staff’s hospitality made a lasting impression. They (George and Mario) came out to greet us upon arrival and kindly assisted with our luggage. Even at 4:00 AM on our departure day, Mario was prompt and attentive, driving about half of hour from his home, in helping us carry our bags to the parking area. Communication was also outstanding. George responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions via message, which made the experience seamless from start to finish.

I recently had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property in Oia, Santorini. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views. The private plunge pool offered the perfect vantage point to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset over the caldera—absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sun melt into the horizon while relaxing in the pool was an unforgettable experience. The location is unbeatable—right next to the famous blue dome of Oia, which makes it feel like you’re staying in a postcard! The tranquility of the area and the beauty of the surroundings made this trip feel like a true escape from reality. Highly recommended!

This was probably one of the most incredible properties I have ever stayed at in my life and I have traveled all over. The location was the shining part- and I mean million dollar views- until we experienced the amazing service of the hotel’s owners and staff. We were in such good hands! They were so accommodating, kind and immediately attentive to any need we had. Our room was beyond amazing. It had every modern amenity to make our vacation seamless and was spotless clean to the last detail. I read a review before booking that said- just close your eyes and book it and I have to reiterate that sentiment. Many places on Santorini island- but you hit the jackpot with this one. Just close your eyes and book it. You will not regret.

Location to the blue domes, modern amenities, service and fantastic staff. From the sweet wine upon arrival to assistance with bags and navigating the location, I cannot say enough. Most locations in Oia require standing in line for the views of the blue domes but here all you need to do is open your window.

This is hands down one of the best, and most memorable stays ever. First, the staff - Mario, Greg, and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond every single day to make the stay magical. They were responsive to all of my questions, and were so helpful with recommendations and setting anything up we needed. They are fabulous, and they alone really made the trip. And then the hotel itself - it is pristine clean, with the nicest accommodations (because we were there on low season, we got to peak in a couple of rooms - there is literally not one bad one in the bunch). You are in THE location to be at. It is not an exaggeration how close to the blue domes you are - you could literally touch them. The views are absolutely stunning. And, you are only a few steps away from the Main Street - so it’s truly not taxing to get in and out each day. I’m someone who really searches for a hotel (I had 22 saved on booking for Santorini!), but this one is the place to stay for the best experience. Don’t hesitate, just book it!

Location was fantastic for a view of the iconic blue domes. We could almost literally reach out and touch one less than 8 feet away. Having a private balcony with umbrella was a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the view. Room and bed were very comfortable. They even provided a little bottle of wine to enjoy along with a Nespresso machine. Marios who greeted us and took our bags to the room was fantastic during the entire visit. Mary the owner was very responsive and welcoming.

Along with the great view of the domes you are going to get a lot of tourist in the area. At times a small number will attempt to come past the ropes and gates to take pictures. Also you’ll need to swim through the crowd to get to and from the main walkway. We were likely on 1,000 photos as we sat outside. If you don’t turn around you’ll never see them. We knew what we were getting when we booked here, but just be aware. We didn’t hesitate to tell those who encroached into private areas that they were in a private area and nearly all knew it and left.

Also blessed with good weather, which allowed for fantastic views of the famous sunset from our balcony. Very much enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Bang on location, right behind the iconic the blue domes of Santorini. The place was spacious with a private balcony and hot tub in the room I stayed and had everything I needed. The host and staff were extreme friendly and accommodative of my requests. They also had provided a local wine for tasting, some cookies and a stocked refrigerator.

When we arrived to Santorini Oia, we were welcomed at the meeting point at the post office. The staff were very welcoming and helped with our luggage. The communication was amazing before we arrived and throughout our stay. On our way to the suite, the staff gave us a tour of Oia, which we felt very helpful as we were walking through it. We were then shown to our room which was absolutely stunning, we were given wine as a complimentary gift and a mini fridge full of juice, Greek yogurt and water which was topped up everyday for us. The suite had gorgeous views of the blue dome and a hot tub with sun loungers. The hot tub was very clean and the staff took pride in their suites. The room was clean and modern and well worth the money we paid for it. It was in a perfect location and easy access to the shops. The team sent us some recommendations on whats app and the password for WiFi which was very handy. The breakfast was located in the town centre of OIA, a short 2 minutes walk. The staff explained what we would receive for breakfast such as a bread basket every morning and your choice of breakfast and a drink from the menu. The food quality was lovely and was very well presented. We had the view of the sea and the blue dome which was lovely when we were eating. We returned to this restaurant for breakfast every morning of our stay. When it was time to check out, the staff were prompt with the support they gave us with our suitcases and even waited for us to have some breakfast before we headed on our travels. Absolutely fantastic and would definitely recommend. Thank you to all who made our stay enjoyable 😊

The location is prime. Right above the infamous blue domes. The views from our balcony were so wonderful, that we were out there quite often just to admire and take alot of pictures. There is no need to queue or fight for photo spots with many other people. We also had our boxed breakfast out on the balcony as well. The breakfast were quite substantial, the choco-banana crepes were delicious. Communication was good with the owner, mostly via whatsapp. There is no check-in lobby, but there was someone to pick us up from the main square to walk us and carry our luggage to the hotel, brought us our breakfast and attend to some of our random small requests. The service staff were friendly. Very well-kept hotel, clean and neat. Our room was a good size for 2 people, and we made used of the sofa bed as well.

Being in such a central location does mean you may have to deal with crowds and had to maneuver through alot of people in order to get to your hotel's gate, as that location seems to be a prime spot for photos. We did had to deal with some annoying tourists who questioned why we were jumping their queue when we were not; we didn't need to queue to take any photos from that spot and had every right to move ahead of them to get back to our hotel! The toilet and bath has no door that separates from the rest of the room. So you would have to angle yourself a certain way while sitting on the loo so that people elsewhere in the room can't see you pee.

This is truly one of the nicest locations you can stay in Oia the views are absolutely stunning and unforgettable. If you're into picturesque scenery, this place is a dream. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail throughout. The host was very welcoming and easy to reach, always available to help with anything we needed. A nice touch was the breakfast at a nearby local restaurant, which offered a great variety of delicious options and made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, a peaceful and visually beautiful stay in a prime spot in Oia. Would absolutely return!
