BOOK YOUR STAY HERE ASAP you wont regret it! I almost cannot express how good our stay was in words. View from the room was breathtaking. Loved waking up to the view of blue domes. The room was so neat, modern and gave relaxing vibes altogether. The jacuzzi my babies loveeedddd it. Good thing the water was always hot so even in chilly april we could enjoy it while day. My kids didn’t wanna come out 😅 the manager and all the staffs were soooooooo friendly. Always responded to our massages very fast. Made us feel so welcomed. Altogether AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING 👏🏼

Very friendly and attentive property manager who helped arranging even last minute dinner reservation and was always available for advice. The property itself was very clean and in a great location that offered stunning views to the sea and the volcano. Highlight was the private heated whirl pool on our terrace that was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. The breakfast was simple (all we needed!) & delivered every morning at a pre-arranged time for us to be enjoyed on the terrace. The property manager and his team tried to adjust quantities and selection or our needs. Highly recommended place to stay!

From the moment we arrived, Dimitris and his team took a great care of us. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always ready to assist with a warm smile and helpful advice. They truly made us feel like VIP guests. The location of the hotel was perfect. Nestled in a traditional Santorini cave house, it offered both privacy and a unique, authentic experience. Waking up every morning to stunning panoramic views of the caldera and the Aegean Sea felt like a dream come true. We loved watching the sunsets right from our terrace—an unforgettable highlight! Amazing suite, located centrally in OIA, within walking distance to the main street and local bus stop/taxi rank. The view from the property, was UNREAL! Clear, undisturbed views of the caldera and volcano that you are able to view from being on your jacuzzi. Cleaners came in daily to refresh toiletries, towels and clean. Breakfast brought to the room each morning was a bonus also! The trip was made that extra special by dimitris who looked after us during our stay. Came to us within minutes of arriving and welcomed us with warmth. Super responsive with any questions we had via WhatsApp and even came down to help with checkout. A follow up message from dimitri on our return was a nice touch, also remembering that we mentioned my wife was pregnant with our first. A genuine lovely bloke who made the stay that much warmer. Overall, fantastic experience and would not look anywhere else if I go back to santorini. Thankyou Dimitris!!!

Couldn't view the sunset from your room, although it is only a short walk to find the best spot on the island so not a problem at all!

We got married in Santorini and stayed at Canvas Suites with our family- we book out 6 of their suites. The Aether Suite was perfect for all the ladies to get ready in. There was plenty of space for all of us and the photographer, hair stylist, and makeup artist to join. Demitrius and the staff were excellent and so so helpful. This spot was the perfect location- close to everything. We had close family members happen to book Sky Suite and Azure Suite which was perfect bc they pretty well share a balcony and entrance area- was great for us, but good to know for people looking at those suites! Aether suite has the fewest stairs from lobby to the suite (they’re all scattered around the cliffside but close walking distance from one another); however Aether has a two story spiral staircase to the balcony- worked fine for my husband and I, but could see it being a challenging surprise for someone with difficulty walking up stairs.

It was a GREAT suite EVER! I stayed in the Tramonto suite, I thought once was a bit pricy but at the end it’s totally worth it The view was really exceptional, you get to have everything, a great view, a perfect sunset, not too windy, a sunbath, a nice tub if gets too hot, enough privacy even the town is packed, walking distance to the town or the Ammondit port, breakfast to your door…etc The staff were super nice and helpful If I ever come back to Santorini I will only book this room as it is really really good

The location of the hotel was great for the views, though it was still a lot of steps down to go to it. The room was nice and roomy and it was a unique experience being in a cave, though the a/c wasn't working quite as well as we wanted. The hot tub was a great addition. They provided breakfast daily and tasted good even though it was the same menu each day. Dimitris was a great host. He was very helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. He gave suggestions of places to eat and explore. He assisted in getting a rental vehicle for the duration of our stay, as well as a transfer to the airport. He was very responsive through WhatsApp at almost anytime of the day. He also got someone to help us getting our luggages to and from the hotel room, which was very helpful as there were quite a few steps down to the room.

The shower drain did not drain properly and would puddle up. The steps down to the room are quite steep and the AC unit in the room did not blow cold

This Cave style Suite is very LUXE! If you can spend the extra bucks, why not? Our host Dimitri, an absolute legend! He was so helpful and easy to communicate with! From reception he helped us with our big luggage walking down those cobblestone steps on a scorching hot day! The suite is located steps away from all the iconic photo spots. The breakfast was delivered to us from a local cafe, nicely packed and it was delicious!

If you are looking at this property for the full sunset experience, then this may not be the property. The sunrise and sunset is amazing from here, however the sun sets on the other side towards Ammoudi Bay.

First and foremost, Dimitris the manager was truly a delight. Very communicative before we arrived, helpful with any questions we had even after hours, able to give us insight on any tours and set up all transportation smoothly. Morning and evening views were breathtaking. Breakfast was prompt every morning. Villa was close to shops, restaurants - but also had a mini mart nearby so we could get snacks as well.

The only thing that was a minus were the people who kept stopping by in front of our villa to take pictures and the stairs to get there.

Gaia (previously Canvas) Suites was nothing short of amazing! Dimitris was an incredible host. He saved us a parking spot at the post office and escorted my husband and I to our suite. He was readily available via WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. We loved using the jacuzzi that remained heated 24/7 throughout our stay. Breakfast being delivered to our room daily was also a highlight for us! We stayed in the Artemis suite which had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. We would definitely visit again!
