Elizabeth, the manager of the property are exceptional! She is super friendly, welcoming, and communication is easy with great hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure our family's stay in Santorini is memorable and amazing. Elizabeth deserve a raise! Elizabeth reached out for our arrival information, and offered great price for pick up service from and to the port (Oia is at least 30 min from port with no traffic). She also recommend activities and restaurants around Oia prior to our arrival, and offered to help with reservations for us. Pick up was easy from port with her warm welcoming, and her partner helped carry luggages to the property when we arrive in Oia. The cave house is clean with full amenities (internet, electric stove, water boiler, fridge, plates, utensils, towels) and a jacuzzi in the front. There are two bedroom, two bathroom, and two living room (one inside of of the room). The location is great with privacy with a front door acting as a gate, blocking off tourist passing by the street while you're in the jacuzzi. It's close to the main street with a convenient store within walking distance from the parking lot, and you will also have a breathtaking view from your front yard. The beautiful sunset viewing point that people came to Oia for is also extremely close, which is less than 3 minutes walk from the house. Oia wasn't crazy crowded since we came right before peak season (end of March), which is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Elizabeth offered transportation services to location if she can make it to her schedule, which is phenomenal because buses and taxis are limited on the island. I was going to look for a taxi after a late dinner in Fira instead of having her come out of the way, but she still offered to come at 9:30pm to take our group back to Oia (which is great, because taxi was also harder to find when we were there in March possibly due to off-peak season). Our stay was nothing short of incredible! a Clean design, exceptional hospitality, and luxurious amenities including a private jacuzzi that was the epitome of relaxation. The privacy and tranquility of the location were unmatched, offering a serene retreat with an amazing view!! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful getaway or a romantic escape, with the bonus of a spectacular view.

We absolutely loved everything about Cosmoia Cave House – the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Oia with stunning views and easy access to everything. Staying in a traditional cave house was a magical and unique experience, blending history with modern comfort. Most of all, our host Elizabeth made this trip unforgettable. She was exceptionally hospitable and incredibly responsive, always just a message away. She went above and beyond to arrange transportation, book activities, and ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for.

The Cosmoia Cave House was the most incredible place my partner and i have ever stayed the property was breathtaking, it was in the best location and the facilities and rooms were outstanding! the host was so helpful she answered any questions we had and went out of her way to help make our stay one to remember! i could not recommend this place enough, i will definitely be returning here in the future ❤️

From the moment we arrived, our host Elizabeth went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and special. Each morning, she delivered a delicious breakfast right to our doorstep – a thoughtful and tasty start to every day. Elizabeth also arranged a private car with a driver for airport transfers and sightseeing, making it incredibly easy to explore the island in comfort. What truly stood out was how she personally organized all our activities and provided amazing local restaurant recommendations that made every meal a highlight. The cave house itself is stunning – clean, cozy, and full of character, with all the comforts you could ask for. The level of care and hospitality we received made this a truly standout stay. WOW!!! If i can rate it a 15/10 i would. Everything was perfect !! Elisampeta our host was incredible. She assisted us in every way, we felt like royalty!! Thank you The welcoming experience was great, with the restaurants recommendations, the activities, the shuttle services. perfect! The room is super well located in Oia, not too much walking, the terrasse is perfect with our private pool. The kitchenette was great ! 2 big rooms, with 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms!! We were so comfortable. Thank you so much Cosmoia for the best experience of my life, honestly.

The communication and assistance from the hostess. She was always quick to rely and offer assistance.

Unfortunately there was a mixup/misunderstanding of one of our highly anticipated tours that was very disappointing. We were told and expected a catamaran boat and were given a monohull sailboat which we would have never booked. There wasn’t adequate space for our group and it was disappointing and were offered nothing other then an apology. The captain and crew were wonderful and we realized it wasn’t their fault and definitely compensated them accordingly. Hot tub was not hot and barely even warm.

The location is absolutely gorgeous with a view of Ammoudi Bay and the cliffside from the front balcony. The house was very clean and comfortable and each morning breakfast was delivered to the front door. The host was AMAZING- she made suggestions on things to do and restaurants and assisted with making reservations. As it is difficult (impossible?) to rent a car and stay in Oia, our host arranged for all transportation to sites that were outside of Oia. The entire stay was very luxurious and our host helped with any questions/needs we had.

Oia is very crowded- especially when the cruise ships come in. This is NOT the fault of the host or the property but does impact the overall stay. While we loved our time here, it's expensive and that combined with the crowds means we would probably choose another island or location for future trips. However, it is truly an experience and I'm glad we chose to stay here.

The property location is perfect! The views from the outside terrace are stunning! This place is huge and spacious! As soon as you open the front door, there’s a blue dome church right in front, so beautiful! Elizabeth, the hostess, picked us up from the port. She gave us many recommendations prior our arrival to make our stay easy! Very helpful, very sweet and gave us her own personal number in case we needed anything. She had a porter take our luggage to the room bc there’s so many stairs in all of Santorini. Location was excellent, a 3 min walk to the panoramic views from Oia castle and also to Ammoudi Bay.

Absolutely amazing place! The location is unbeatable, everything is clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. What truly makes the difference is the outstanding service—Elizabeth is simply exceptional. Super attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. Her warmth made us feel right at home. This spot is a hidden gem and I genuinely believe everyone should experience it. Highly, highly recommended!
