The location was unbeatable. We didn't have to walk far to get to the property because it was in the center of Oia. However, it was still very quiet while we were inside, so it was the best of both worlds. Having a 3rd bedroom was also very helpful for our party, rather than having to sleep on a sofa bed.

The water in the hot tub could have been hotter, but this wasn't a big deal. Hot water inside the property was also spotty, but it didn't bother us enough to reach out. I'm sure the property manager would have tried to address it right away.

- It is exactly as shown in photographs - Wonderful location: just a 5-6min walk from Oia post office and on the main path. Easier with elders and young kids - Cozy and comfortable: has a kitchen, daily cleaning service is provided, breakfast, booked a 3bhk (2 attached bathrooms with 1 common outside the apartment) - Awesome view: Great views of the caldera and sea from the apartment balcony - Hot tub: this was a hit with my kids. Because we had gone in late Oct, it was chilly. Nothing like jumping in the hot tub post sunset and enjoying the outdoors

- Bathroom: No ability to lock it especially when you have young kids and family. Can also add a shower curtain (something found lacking in all Greece properties; helps water not spilling out and dirtying the bathroom floor) - Vegetarian option for breakfast could be improved to introduce some variety (cereals, muesli, salad)

Location was prefect and views of the caldera were stunning.

The pool was green and dirty the whole stay. The height of the doorways was dangerously low. While breakfast was provided, it was never delivered at a consistent time and was much later than we would have liked (often after 9am).

The location was unbelievable! Just steps outside our villa was the most incredible sunset... easy to get items from shops, go to dinner, etc. The breakfasts were delightful, and best enjoyed with the epic view on the balcony! It was nice to have fresh food delivered each morning. Mary and her team were amazing!! It was wonderful to have a personal concierge helping us navigate Oia for our first visit there, and we felt so welcomed. I highly recommend!!

Everything went really smoothly, and Mary even guided us where to meet up with transport and taxis. Perhaps in the future, we can get instructions on how to use the safe in the room, but that was such a minor detail. We felt very supported through our stay.

Breakfast was good, but too much food. It arrived on time each day. The location of the property was great, and the caldera view was awesome. The one morning there was a sunrise over the town that was absolutely spectacular. The soaking pool was nice and clean and was used each day.

The deck got dusty, and it would have been good to have a broom, so we didn't track the dust into the house. The living room furniture was not very comfortable. The cushions on the back deck were moldy in spots.

The view and especially at night, wow! The beds were so comfy, nice and quiet, airy and spacious, perfect after a 24 hour long haul flight with the family. Mary and her team do a great job and organised transport for us, easy instructions. My daughter loved her “cave room”. The breakfasts were filling and delicious. Close to beautiful restaurants, the blue domes and an alcohol shop that sells water just across the path. Thank you Mary

Some cooking smell from the restaurant in front of the balcony. But the view and the perfection of the room surpassed this.

The location was perfect as it was close to everything, not so much walk to do. We enjoyed catching the sunrise and sunset. The mini pool was great for relaxing after a hot sunny day to explore. very close to shops and restaurants. The experience was great.

The kind of the hotel as i didnt expect it like that, the bathroom that has no door, only cement and nothing else. the towel replacement every 2 days wasnt ideal for us, the breakfast was okay but all the same everyday isnt that good. The variety of breakfast not so much to enjoy, the value for money per night compare to a fancy hotel rate doesnt meet my expectations.

Great spot with amazing views - including from the hot tub! The hotel arranged us a transfer from the airport, and a porter took our bags about 100m from the drop-off spot. Many restaurants and scenic viewpoints in a short walk. Tourist excursions depart from the post office area about 100m walk, 2 minutes if the streets are clear, 5 minutes if the's a cruise ship in and the streets are packed. There is a phone concierge who can book car or boat trips. Sitting on the terrace with a glass of local Assyrtiko wine, watching the caldera view, was beautiful.

The third bedroom is a loft with a steep ladder access, not suitable for small children, old people, disabled. The whole town is difficult for disabled folk, with many steps and steep hillside. The toilet system is strange. There is a sign not to flush your toilet paper but to put it in the bin. I've travelled in many third world places like Africa and India, and haven't encountered that before. I'd heard of it from my son travelling in Mexico, but there's something unpleasant about wiping your own excrement into a bin that's 2m from your bed! The place is serviced daily so it's less of a health hazard. The otherwise full kitchen didn't have a microwave.
