The location in Santorini was central to all the action. Close to a Blue Dome, restaurants, shops, everything that Santorini has to offer. However, stairs to accom and accom set back made it extremely private and quiet even though you are in the middle of a spectacular postcard with throngs of tourists in the laneways just meters below. The view from the house is glorious!!

Wish we had have met Zak,the host, on Day 1 as he was a wealth of knowledge, lots of fun and an all round impressive human. Absolutely nothing else to complain about. His communication prior to our arrival, organisation, the opportunity to live in a traditional house on the side of the cliff in Oia, the photo ops and views made our time in Santorini better than our highest expectations.

This is the best accomodation I have ever stayed! The room/appartement is was big and was delicate. The bathroom was clean and the showerspace was big enough. The bed was very comfortable, and the room didn't lack anything. We cooked every night which was really nice, the cleaning lady did our dishes, so we could enjoy the most of our time in Santorini. There was even a small soundsystem in the room, which was easily connected with Bluetooth. We played our favorite songs and danced to it.:) The host Zak gave us a good feeling of welcome, and did everything right. Gave us advice when needed and recommended nice spots on the island and the good restaurants. The location of the accomodation was wonderfull, in the middle of the centre of Oia. Just of the main street which get really crowded. When you get of this main road, which is packed during sunset, you get this calmness on your own rooftop. But then the view of the rooftop, OMG. During sunset you have, the best spot of maybe the whole world. The red hues on the island, the caldera in front of you and a church with a blue dome on your left. Breathtaking. Drinking and eating on the rooftop was the best experience. Drink, eat and enjoy the moment at this stay. Things will get by very fast, as did our stay at Zoe Aegaes. I could recommend this stay more.

Zak was the perfect host! Met us upon arrival and transported our luggage to the house. We walked in and was in awe of the view!!! One of the best on the island!! We had both levels of the house as we were traveling with our two daughters. Zak explained everything about the house, made suggestions for things to do and was available whenever we needed him. He coordinated transportation for us for 3 days which made getting around stress free! We are grateful that our trip to Santorini was made even more special because of this beautiful home and Zak’s assistance!

We stayed at Zoe Aegeas Traditional Houses with my family in our Santorini trip. Zak is the perfect host. He was very interested in everything and explained all the details to us. He allowed us to check in early and was very helpful with our luggages. The house is even more beautiful than the photos. This is my third time in Santorini and I think this is the best! Location, cleaning, sea view were perfect! There are many opportunities to prepare your breakfast at home. They also put the coffee, honey, jam and butter. Water was given regularly every day. Everyone should have this experience. Thank you very much for Zak's sincerity. We now have a Greek friend :)

First time stopping in Oia. Location is great, with terrace having view into the caldera. Restaurants and cafes very close. Host picked us up from the taxi drop of point and carried cases for us which was a great help. Gave advice on where to eat, things to do and arranged transport for us to get to the port on our leaving day. Great sitting on the terrace at night when all the crowds had gone, drinking wine and looking at the view.

Nothing wrong with the property. Only downside is some people would use the steps to the property as an instagram photo point.

The host Zak is amazingly welcoming and responsive!! He arranged our taxi from the airport and back which are cheaper than local uber, as well as last minute taxi request from a small port which really saved our life because it was boiling hot! He helped us carrying suitcases back and forth from the car park to the house which is greatly appreciated. The house location is very centrally located with excellent view, very cute with a private front yard, air conditioning is excellent!

Toilet seat is kind of loose. Coffee machine’s light is on but not making coffee, which is minor because we used the kettle to make coffee instead.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this traditional cave-style room in Santorini. The room itself was stunning, with a unique design that perfectly captures the charm of the island. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking ocean view right from our window – it was simply fabulous! Our host, Zak, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay, organizing our transportation to and from the port and even arranging a boat tour for us. The boat tour turned out to be the best day we spent in Santorini! As a family with two young kids, we found the room to be very family-friendly. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

The villa was a nice surprise in terms of its design. The one we stayed in had a cool desk area steps up from one of the bedrooms, and it had an amazing view. There was a lot of outdoor space, and the view was beautiful. It was close to losts of shops and also one of the best spots for sunsets. The host was amazingly helpful with transportation and getting luggage around. Our family was very happy, so we highly recommend it!

The view is breathtaking, the location is so central. The house is comfortable and spacious. The roof top terrace is another nice spot for chilling. Zak is our host, and he is helpful,responsive, and honest. He helped us book a sunset cruise which we all had a splendid time.

Because it is in such central locations, we get tourists taking pictures in front of the house during day time.
