Beautiful private large room, good breakfast served whenever we wanted, helpful staff for scheduling activities which were outstanding,

Robes should be provided, the doorstop was directly in front of the breaker panel that was used everyday for the hot water heater, I smacked my feet into it more than once. Very bad placement. Also was very offended with a sign at reception about the political views concerning the riding of donkeys. I found it to not be welcoming as I checked in. It felt very aggressive. As a girl raised for generations in the mountains I am aware of these wonderful pack animals and the service they are bred for and perform. I find it abusive to force people to climb all those stairs all the way back up rather than choosing to ride the donkeys. Please keep your animal activist views to yourself! Not everyone agrees with you!!

The cave room was beautiful and extremely clean upon arrival; staff kept it clean each day. The A/C work well but wasn’t needed at night because of windows and a ceiling fan that was more than adequate. The hot water heater provided showers with ample hot water. Breakfast was plentiful and arrived each morning at the time we scheduled. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and efficient providing help with all our arrangements. The porter and maintenance worker, NiTai, was the best and insured all our luggage was transported to and from the transportation drop zone. This is a wonderful boutique hotel.

The quality of room, the view and the staff.

Visiting Santorini with my wife, we decided to do it right and pay for right room with views and the convenience as we will probably only do it once. This hotel is it. You literally dont need to go out, it has sunbeds and an outdoor jacuzzi directly facing the sunset where people from all over the island are coming linning up on top to see while youre just chilling on your huge terrace with your drinks. Interior was so unique carved into a cave, large with kidn of a living room, bedroom kitchen and a bathroom.

Considering its located in the famous sunset spot in santorini, the crowds gather up on top of the hotel to see the sunset and for this hour you barely have any privacy (all understandable staying the hotspot of the island)

The location is amazing with the most incredible views over the three domes. The hot tub on the terrace was wonderful to cool off during the day. The breakfast was very good and served very punctually each morning. The staff were very friendly and the owner gave us several very good recommendations for dinner. The room itself was very clean and exactly as described. The cave suite was very unique and we thought this property was excellent value for money and would highly recommend it to others.

As the apartment is overlooking the three domes viewpoint, there is always a queue of tourists lining up outside the suites (but this cannot be helped).

The property was in an ideal location in Oia right next to the famous blue domes. The staff were really accommodating with a good breakfast, cleaning services every morning. We really appreciate the effort put into making our stay special allowing us to view the sunset in the other suites, as the sunset could not be seen from ours. The property felt clean, well air conditioned and well maintained with fresh water and amenities when we ran out.

We have no complaints about the property and would highly recommend this stay. The only thing to be aware of is there are lots of people visiting to see the domes, privacy in assured with a net across the balcony if you wish. This was however, expected as the famous spot is bound to be visited and it felt very luxurious watching it from our pool as people queued for a quick picture.

The location is the most popular spot in the whole Santorini, 10 steps away from the front door is the spot tourists queue up every day to take that famous snapshot of the 3 blue dome. Although the location is amazing but it dose cause inconvenience as every time you get in and out of your apartment you have to push through a queue of tourists who want to abuse you as they thought you are pushing into their line. Breakfast was great and generous

The host ask us to not put toilet paper into the toilet instead put in the bin as it cause the drainage problem ….. that certainly feels unhygienic and feels the room smells but it actually doesn’t smell. It’s impossible to sit down to watch Tv for 2 people as only one can watch the tv in that angle of the sofa . Have to turn on hot water heater system 15 mins before you get any hot water

Everything was easily accessible. We loved the host and everyone was so welcoming and accommodating!

Location was fabulous! Every photographers dream spot unobstructed views of the blue domes. breathtaking sunsets with the castle and the ocean filled with beautiful yachts all from your own patio! BONUS they have a sister hotel that you are welcome to go to at sunset for a different VIP view and they serve you free wine during sunset! 10 out of 10 🥂🍾

The ally way to get to the hotel is the busiest of any I’m sure in Oia for photos of the blue domes. People are there lined up ALL DAY LONG until after sunset. But don’t let that stop you from staying there you won’t regret the views you have the VIP patio others envy trust me!!!!

We can enjoy spectacular sunset from the terrace of my room, the owner is very friendly, at first I am a bit worry about the negative comment for this hotel but it is not true from my point of view. The jacuzzi is also very nice.

Everyday we have to pass through a slippery staircase back to the hotel, but not really related to the property itself.

Great location. Breath taking sunsets, private but right in the middle of things. The property manager was a no nonsense kinda guy but super helpful. We asked if he knew of any cooking classes and he went of his way to find and coordinate a private class for us. The place was kept clean daily and some guys helped us with our luggage.

The mattress could be a little softer but it wasn’t uncomfortable and didn’t keep us from getting good sleep. The toilet paper practice is common in certain European countries and definitely not a slight against Theodora suites. Still, it needs some getting used to.
