Beautiful view, clean and spacious property. We had everything we needed. What stood out to us the most was the incredible hospitality of the staff who really exceeded our expectations. Elisampeta was so lovely and very accomodating to us, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of our entire trip, from start to finish. Her communication was superb, and was able to respond to us quickly with any enquiries both big and small. We are super thankful for everything her and her team have done for making our stay in Santorini very positive and memorable. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is gorgeous—we were in a 3500 year old cave with a terrace that had THE best view in Santorini overlooking the ocean. The host went above and beyond to help us with logistics, even making us reservations for dinner and activities. The space is huge and well kept.

It was fine for us being in the bottom floor unit, but be aware that the terrace for this unit is directly below a very popular tourist destination for taking photos. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind!

Excellent location in oia. Right in the center of the main shops. Amazing communication with property manager Elizabeth. I wish all hotels can have this type of personalized experience with a staff member. Would come again just because of how amazing Elizabeth was. She helped arrange a reservation and could help book excursions but we just wanted to Relax. Shampoo conditioner and body wash toiletries.

Stayed in the honeymoon suite. It is right below a popular place for taking pictures. When booking we didn’t know there was a path right in fromOf the room so tourists walking by. Not a lot but when you’re trying to enjoy the jacuzzi it’s not fun haha. Also there is an obstructed view of caldera. The pictures on booking show it more open but in actuality there is a large umbrella from hotel right in front of the room and the building is blocking the view too. Next time we would have booking a different room that doesn’t have it obstructed. No lotion and no room cleaning on I believe on Thursdays.

The property was in the heart of Oia. So close to the sunset watching spots. Close to restaurants and shops. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Great views from the deck (a bit of a narrower view) but this is to be expected in Oia with all the white homes packed in together. The place was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Hot tub was a great touch and nice to sit in at night with a glass of wine. Air conditioning worked great. The staff were very accommodating with helping with transport and carrying our luggage to and from the suite. Nice shower and kitchen facilities.

The room itself was amazing. The walkway leading up to the suite was littered with cigarette butts and some old beer cans. Even though this walkway doesn’t belong to the property, it would be nice for someone to come clean up this area for aesthetic reasons.

The view on the roof top terrace is fantastic. It’s located right in the centre of the Oia village. The support team for the villa is good. Breakfast is pre-ordered at the night before. The two rooms are quite spacious and it has 2 separate bathrooms.

The terrace has no privacy because there are tons of tourists trying to take pictures right above your terrace. The hot tub has no view. The cave villa is kind of dark as it only has 2 small windows in the front entrance.

We recently enjoyed a 5 day stay at this beautiful villa in Oia with our 10 month old baby, and the experience was absolutely delightful! The room was clean, the views from the villa were simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was its convenient location, with numerous shops within easy walking distance. Elizabeth, our host, was a gem. Her warm hospitality made our trip smooth and memorable. She expertly arranged a hassle-free dinner and wine tasting for us, and even took care of the transportation logistics, ensuring we had an incredible experience. A huge thank you to Elizabeth for making our stay so special! Highly recommend!

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in. This apartment was right in the centre of Oia with the most amazing view of the Caldera. The location was so good that beside the property was one of the top tourist photo spots and we had the same view on our own balcony to enjoy with a drink without the queues. Inside was beautiful decorated and had a very comfortable bed. The jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in after a busy day sightseeing or to watch the lights of Fira after dark. We also really appreciated the manager Elizabeth. She was excellent and answered every question on WhatsApp no matter what time of day we asked. She was also extremely helpful in sending a list of recommended restaurants and activities prior to our stay and helped organise transfers. Mateo was also very helpful in meeting us on arrival and carrying our heavy cases down the steps. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone coming to Santorini as it had the perfect mix of peace and tranquility whilst being at the very centre of one of the most iconic villages in the world.

We stayed at the Dream Santorini for five nights, which was excellent. The view was outstanding. Many tourists were outside our door and above our patio, taking pictures. It did not bother us because the view was amazing. We will recommend our friends and family to this apartment. Also, I would like to thank our host Elizabeth. She was amazing. We communicated a month before our arrival. She helped arrange our transportation from the airport to the apartment and recommended many good restaurants and tours.

It was too dark in the bathroom. I wish the lighting was brighter.

It happens in life that you get lucky with good guides or good hosts when you organize your vacation. You hope that the next time will be at least as good, or at least as good as the last time when "it was good". I met Elizabeth through the Booking platform and the hotel she manages, The Dream Santorini. The hotel by definition is just a temporary home, where you don't have to expect to ever leave; you didn't come on vacation to sleep non-stop, or, as a Swedish friend of ours summarized, “we don't intend to buy it”, right? Our history with Elizabeth ended like this... a lot of unknowns were promptly clarified to us through probably a hundred messages sent bilaterally via Whatapp... first of all, Elisabeth responds to any message, at any time. Secondly, Elizabeth has a solution for any problem or request of her guest. Anytime! What made the difference between Elizabeth and any professional counterpart in the Hospitality Industry, was providing her credibility for us, in front of third parties! He got us a booking at a closed circuit club in the next village, where I don't think we would have ended up otherwise! The culinary recommendations, the choices of excursions of all kinds, with all of them relaxed us, finally delegating any organizational effort to him. Such a professional, a high-class facilitator as well as an excellent communicator was not given to us to know, although we walked on many of the meridians of mother Earth. In two words, Elizabeth was our guardian angel in Oia/Santorini! We parted friends, the sincerity, honesty and devotion to the profession being real models for many other colleagues. Elizabeth has reached the level where she can do professional training, anytime! Congratulations The Dream Santorini Hotel, for having such a pro like manager! Will we see Elizabeth again? Definitely, YES!
