The property is in an amazing location. Very central and close to everything. Absolutely stunning view! It takes breath away! The property is very nice, clean, it has everything you will need. We felt very comfortable and hot our well deserved rest. The bed is also very comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful. Especially Boggi. It was always at our disposal. Thank you so much! The cleaning lady is also lovely. The whole stay was just top!

There was no such thing

Great location, amazing view. Jacuzzi was clean and felt private/hidden when in it. Room cleaned every morning, host is very helpful, friendly, and reliable throughout. Bed is super comfy! Good sized shower.

No drying rack/clothes hanger for bathers, clothes, etc, only for shower towels. Would have been good to have a small drying rack! Door handle is a bit broken so you must be delicate when using the handles to open and close without making it come out of place.

The location is absolutely ideal and the views are stunning. There’s an excellent restaurant just above. The hot tub is a dream, and the bed is the most comfortable we’ve encountered in several weeks in Greece. Do note that this is not an appropriate spot for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was consistently lovely, and our concierge, Christos, was so kind, attentive, and helpful. He elevated our stay immeasurably. Having the option to have our room tidied daily while at breakfast was a true luxury. I cannot say enough good things.

It was perfect.

Excellent staff. Great breakfast delivered to our door each morning after ordering online from a menu the night before. Great meetup upon arrival and helped with luggage on departure including being able to hold our luggage after checkout. The view is incredible over the caldera. It was fairly private despite being near Strogili restaurant. Not many steps to climb and super centrally located in Oia!

Maybe increase the height of privacy fence at back of outdoor patio (we found trash on the pool liner one morning—probably from a restaurant patron above—not the hotel’s fault). Add some potted plants to elevate the space. Maybe add a moveable shade umbrella to the back of the swing for additional privacy? I liked the swing but would’ve preferred large lounge chairs for ease of use. But it was idyllic to sit in the jacuzzi or on the swing and watch life go on in the caldera. This was great value for the $$$. Very private considering one is in central Oia. Nice to be within minutes walk to shop’s & restaurants! Great housekeeping , a dehumidifier and wonderful AC in the room. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect location in the middle of Oia. The room (blue dome suite) and bathroom were basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. The highlight of this accommodation however is the spiral staircase that leads from the room up to a private terrace with a decent size hottub and an incredible view of the entire caldera. So beautiful and peaceful, we spend a lot of time up there because the city itself was too crammed with tourists in July. The view here is absolutely EVERYTHING!

The emergency exist sign in our bedroom - it was so bright at night that it was hard to sleep without an eye mask.

Loved the stay, bit pricey but the location and the view is amazing. Our housekeeper (such a sweet Romanian lady whom I don't want to insult by misspelling her name) did a fabulous job. Joanna and team were super supportive, helped us with our bags and always responded promptly to all our queries.

Room amenities could be better considering the stay's cost.

Location, location, location...nice warm jacuzzi, great view, very friendly people, very clean, great food... Thanks to Krina for taking care of our room and also to the lady who prepaired our breakfast every day and for good coffee 🤗. Arrival and departure with private car - on time. Thank you!

Great location, greater views, cozy for honeymoon

not easy to find unless accompanied by owner, weird smell in the room, very basic hot tub, stray cats

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed, it was absolutely amazing! Vasilis was so welcoming and friendly. We ended up with a room upgrade by chance, to the suite with upstairs terrace and outdoor hot tub, which made it even better! The room was perfect and had everything we needed. The breakfast was super too, it was in a nearby cafe (Vitrin) with another beautiful view. We only stayed for one night and were so sad to leave, would definitely come again without a doubt.

Nothing to dislike

I think the location of Kaleidoscope is perfect, you are right in the heart of Oia, close to the mini market and a variety of restaurants and bars.

I think the stairs leading up to the terrace felt unsafe, I also didn't like the restaurant overlooking our terrace. I felt it'd be nice to have sun loungers so we could lie in the sun, as it was all so covered.
