OMG the view!! Did not want to leave the balcony. In fact, I slept out on the balcony! Room was adorable and comfortable with a couch and table and chairs, oh, and an indoor jacuzzi. Crazy! The manager, Eva, was wonderful. She sent a coworker out to find us in the maze of Oia, otherwise we’d still be looking for our villa. She also booked us a catamaran cruise happening a mere 18 hrs later, and even got them to pick us up and drop us off at different locations. And breakfast brought to our room in the am? This place is simply wonderful!

The bathroom was a little cramped, but then this is Oia.

Located in central Oia so everything is in walking distance however with maximum privacy and no hordes of tourists nerby. View of the terrace was simply mesmerizing. The gem of the Ambassador villa is the huge cave pool where you can stay all day on sun or in shade and look ar the caldera. The furnishing was clean and the breakfast were tasty. Personel was very kind and helpfull. Reccomend 10/10

We stayed at the Ambassador Villa with private pool. It's an EXCELLENT villa, spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Many options to choose for breakfast that they bring to the villa at whatever time we want. There are free public parking lots near the hotel, where staff came to help us with our luggage as to get to the villa we needed to go down several steps. Ms. Stavi is super lovely and helped us with all our questions before we even arrived at the hotel. She also helped us with the rental of the car that was waiting for us at the port upon arrival of our ferry. The location of the hotel is very close to the "main photos spots of Oia", however with no view of the sunrise or sunset. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

Unfortunately the water in the pool is not heated, so we couldn't use it as we didn't go in a very hot season. The WiFi connection in the rooms does not work due to the construction of the villa, which I believe is a general problem and not just for this hotel. However, the WiFi worked normally in the living room and on the balcony.

The room provided us with such an amazing view and everyone was so friendly. The manager was really contactable and helped us with so many things. She was honestly so amazing. She helped us get cheaper taxi rides than uber, plan wine tours, and provided us catamaran tours. Also the view from this place we stayed was one of the most amazing views in Oia. The caldera view was really perfect and exactly like the picture.

There’s nothing to complain about.

The location is great , close to the iconic blue domes and most importantly the villa manager Eva has been great help She has arranged everything; even personally arranged the lunch with local restaurant, last min arrangement of boat trip which was fab. Great experience overall.

Sunset is not visible from the property but no complain .. just few couple of min of walk and you are at a wonderful viewing spot

We stayed in the Galatia suite so I can only speak for that room. I highly recommend it .The suite is a large and tastefully decorated executive 2 bedroom apartment situated on the cliffhanger Caldera Ridge in the heart of the upscale Oia area just below the walkway and close to all the restaurants. Very nice. F.a.b.u.l.o.u.s. world-class-one-of-a-kind views. Good A/C which is unusual for that large an apartment. The breakfast served each day on our personal terrace was lovely and the staff were great!! Marina who is very hospitable makes everyone feel loved and welcomed along w Admir who no kidding carrries you’re luggage from the parking lot to your room so you dont have to worry about that (for a generous tip of course which is not required but you’ll want to give it when you see how hard he works to serve you. He’s so gracious) Just remember to select the Galatia Suite for your stay — we were comfortable and that suite/apt actually exceeded our expectations.

Everything was amazing the vieuw breath taking and the staf really helpfull breakfast was deliverd you have a veriety of choices (the iced choclet milk is amazing and i dont even like choclet milk thay much) The room is huge and the bed great aswell it feels both luxuryous and like a home at the same time

Nothing really maby the walk down and up but that would just be looking for somthing bad cause everytging is great really i meen its santorini thats part of the charm of the island.

The Ambassador villa was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We were so impressed by the design and the bathrooms with spacious modern showers. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and whole apples and kiwi as well as an orange when we checked in. The balcony with the private pool and the view were our favorite parts. The pool was very warm and we used it both day and night. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Marina booked us transfer from the airport and the Mercedes van was very nice, they had cold waters waiting for us. Another staff member (very nice guy, I wish I knew his name) helped us with our luggage as it would have been quite difficult to get all of our bags to the villa and back up and down steep steps and very narrow pathways. He also helped us take some flying dress photos outside of the villa, which has the most gorgeous view. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and ensuring we had the trip of a lifetime. Breakfast was amazing and included in the stay. We had bacon, fried eggs, coffee, tea, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, and coffee cake. We had a very romantic and lovely stay here and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Santorini.

Great views, personal hot tub with great deck. We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio daily. Breakfast was made to order and delivered to our villa. Staff were great. Avenir handled our luggage and checked in throughout our stay. Marina helped with dining suggestions and helped with transportation. Housekeeper was outstanding also. Very comfortable accommodations.

The location of the villa is absolutely perfect right in the middle of Oia village and the scenery from the rooms are unmatched. The staff was also very friendly and provided us recommendations around the village.

Our pickup service came late and there were a few miscommunications on the payment method which made start of the experience bumpy. The room in particular can also use some upgrades. The water motor is a bit loud at night and moving these outside the room might help.
