We stayed at the Ambassador Villa with private pool. It's an EXCELLENT villa, spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Many options to choose for breakfast that they bring to the villa at whatever time we want. There are free public parking lots near the hotel, where staff came to help us with our luggage as to get to the villa we needed to go down several steps. Ms. Stavi is super lovely and helped us with all our questions before we even arrived at the hotel. She also helped us with the rental of the car that was waiting for us at the port upon arrival of our ferry. The location of the hotel is very close to the "main photos spots of Oia", however with no view of the sunrise or sunset. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

Unfortunately the water in the pool is not heated, so we couldn't use it as we didn't go in a very hot season. The WiFi connection in the rooms does not work due to the construction of the villa, which I believe is a general problem and not just for this hotel. However, the WiFi worked normally in the living room and on the balcony.

We stayed in the Galatia suite so I can only speak for that room. I highly recommend it .The suite is a large and tastefully decorated executive 2 bedroom apartment situated on the cliffhanger Caldera Ridge in the heart of the upscale Oia area just below the walkway and close to all the restaurants. Very nice. F.a.b.u.l.o.u.s. world-class-one-of-a-kind views. Good A/C which is unusual for that large an apartment. The breakfast served each day on our personal terrace was lovely and the staff were great!! Marina who is very hospitable makes everyone feel loved and welcomed along w Admir who no kidding carrries you’re luggage from the parking lot to your room so you dont have to worry about that (for a generous tip of course which is not required but you’ll want to give it when you see how hard he works to serve you. He’s so gracious) Just remember to select the Galatia Suite for your stay — we were comfortable and that suite/apt actually exceeded our expectations.

Everything was amazing the vieuw breath taking and the staf really helpfull breakfast was deliverd you have a veriety of choices (the iced choclet milk is amazing and i dont even like choclet milk thay much) The room is huge and the bed great aswell it feels both luxuryous and like a home at the same time

Nothing really maby the walk down and up but that would just be looking for somthing bad cause everytging is great really i meen its santorini thats part of the charm of the island.

The Ambassador villa was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We were so impressed by the design and the bathrooms with spacious modern showers. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and whole apples and kiwi as well as an orange when we checked in. The balcony with the private pool and the view were our favorite parts. The pool was very warm and we used it both day and night. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Marina booked us transfer from the airport and the Mercedes van was very nice, they had cold waters waiting for us. Another staff member (very nice guy, I wish I knew his name) helped us with our luggage as it would have been quite difficult to get all of our bags to the villa and back up and down steep steps and very narrow pathways. He also helped us take some flying dress photos outside of the villa, which has the most gorgeous view. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and ensuring we had the trip of a lifetime. Breakfast was amazing and included in the stay. We had bacon, fried eggs, coffee, tea, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, and coffee cake. We had a very romantic and lovely stay here and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Santorini.

Great views, personal hot tub with great deck. We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio daily. Breakfast was made to order and delivered to our villa. Staff were great. Avenir handled our luggage and checked in throughout our stay. Marina helped with dining suggestions and helped with transportation. Housekeeper was outstanding also. Very comfortable accommodations.

The location of the villa is absolutely perfect right in the middle of Oia village and the scenery from the rooms are unmatched. The staff was also very friendly and provided us recommendations around the village.

Our pickup service came late and there were a few miscommunications on the payment method which made start of the experience bumpy. The room in particular can also use some upgrades. The water motor is a bit loud at night and moving these outside the room might help.

Amazing stay! So picturesque! The rooms were spacious and clean. Our hot tub ran perfectly and we enjoyed the view of the sea from it. Great views from the balcony of the caldera and sea. Prime location in Oia. Breakfast served to the room each morning was great. Marina and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Marina even provided us with recommendations for when we returned to Athens. Highly recommend this place if you are going to Santorini!

Indoor jacuzzi could do a little refresh but still enjoyable Exactly beside the famous blue dome sites for pictures, therefore some photo taking activity by photographers and tourist alike at the stairs leading to the accommodation. Common problem for all well placed accommodation

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Our flight was early so we ended-up reaching the hotel at 8 in the morning, because our room wasn't ready (check-in starts at 3pm), Marina (the host) handed us with a delicious breakfast with a sea view, our stay had just begun that the perfection was reached. We then discovered the villa we had booked the Ambassador Villa with Private Pool, it was wonderful, the pool was bigger than what we expected, the terrace also and the inside of the Villa itself was so great. What we honestly enjoy the most is the privacy, in Santorin there are a lot of hotels where people can just walk by your terrace and here with the Villa we had booked, it was perfect. Last thing is the breakfast: lot of choices, very diversified and of course, excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you again Marina and all the staff for this perfect stay. Ju and Rick

The location is perfect in Oia and view amazing for sunset/rise and just in general. Loved getting breakfast delivered to room! They welcomed us with wine and a key chain! The staff was so helpful and friendly!
