Had three amazing nights in La Madeleine. The room was extremely comfortable and the sunset view was simply spot on✨ However, our most memorable experience was how friendly and helpful the service was. Istrefi, who was the lady at the front desk, was very very nice and patient. Not only did she answered all of our questions with detailed information, but she also recommended and helped us booked the sunset cruise experience, which was absolutely phenomenal. Ismail on the other hand, has carried our luggage ever since we have arrived at the hotel. He even took us straight to the location that we wish to visit. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and everyone at La Madeleine have definitely tried their best to cope with all our needs.💕 Thank you very much for the wonderful experience and we will not forget about the abundant breakfast every morning(morning!)

The rooms were soo nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious! The beds were comfy too and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. But the real winner of this accom was definitely the location! It's located not too far from the main strips of Oia, but also on the quieter side, so that you can also relax in peace.

It was hard to find staff as the reception was often unavailable. We had poor wifi coverage in our room, it looked like the coverage was limited due to thick doors and walls and there was no wifi extenders in the room itself. The configuration of the rooms are a bit odd, as we had the neighbour's bathroom window open up into the space were our hot tub was, and also our bathroom window opened up into the general courtyard.

The location is right in the heart of Oia. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was good. Ana, who helped us during our stay, was extremely attentive and helpful. Anytime we needed a taxi anywhere or had a question or issue, she followed up immediately. She even left us a box of delicious chocolates on our last day there! She also went our of her way to help us with our luggage when arriving and leaving (which would have been very difficult otherwise because of all the steps). And we had 1 consistent taxi driver who worked with the hotel who was also excellent. I would def recommend staying here.

The doors are tricky to open and close; not only are they heavy, they require an actual key. There were two times when staff entered our room and left the door unlocked (I believe for this reason-because it is hard to get in and out) even though we had left both doors locked when we left, which was alarming. We also did not like that when staff came in to clean the room, they left the panel that covers the window open, which gave full visibility of our room and all of our personal items to anyone on the street who wanted to peer through. For safety reasons, both these things made us uncomfortable. I do want to say nothing happened. It is just something to be aware of or maybe remind them that you don't want.

Excellent location near the OIA main tourist area and access to good restaurants and shopping. Our Suite was large with access to a private roof-top balcony with a plunge pool. Breakfast was served in the room and could be eaten on the private balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property was immaculate. So clean and in a fantastic location. Oia is very crowded in the summertime and the property is located in the back streets away from the noise of the centre which is perfect! We loved having the mini pool on the roof to ourselves! Breakfast was just fantastic and Rudina was so kind and friendly helping us with whatever we needed and booking taxis etc.

Nothing to dislike. The head of the sun loungers flops down when you lie on, but this can be resolved by putting the sun lounger close to the sliding doors so that the back cannot come loose.

Great room and facility

Breakfast was cold and terrible. When we tried to tell the host she was dismissive and with an attitude "Oh another rich turist"

We have never been as happy as in laMadeline including the manager Anna made our staying even better. She is so helpful, so kind and easy to talk to. The rooms are spacious, modern, extremely clean and the bed was too comfortable. The A/C worked great and the Wi-Fi too. Other than that the staff were really kind and friendly. Breakfast in room was alway on time even 5 minutes before expected! Breakfast includes almost everything you want such us ( cereals, pies, croissants, fresh juice, fresh fruits and Greek salads, eggs, bread, etc…). The cleaning person replaced our towels everyday, cleaned our room, made our bed daily. Not to mention the jacuzzi was cleaned everyday and the room smells amazing. The location of La Madeline is perfect. Easily reachable to (restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc.). The suite is perfect, you have your own pool, big room where you can freely leave your luggages. What was crazy to experience was our last day! We did not expect it at all. We were simply getting ready for the day until Anna the manager contacted us and told us she would like to show us something. We simply thought nothing big… but that’s when our trip got even crazier. We literally got a new room, I think it is called a superior room with a sea view. We had a bigger bed with a balcony, a jacuzzi outside by the balcony with the most beautiful sunset view. So basically on our last day. We had 2 rooms, our old room with our luggages inside, and the master room with most spectacular view. So we are so so thankful to Anna again and again for this wild experience. We believe that Anna made our stay even much more worth it. Thank you and we can’t wait to be back in Santorini in La Madeleine.

We had a fantastic stay at La Madeleine. Our sea-view suite was superb, with a spacious terrace featuring a plunge pool, sun loungers, and coffee tables. The room itself was exceptional—very spacious, with extremely comfortable beds and all the essential amenities. The bathroom, with its walk-in showers, was impressive. The variety and quality of the breakfast, served in the suite, were outstanding. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, just minutes from restaurants, shops, and more. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A big thank you, and we can’t wait to return soon!

Wonderful stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had a private jacuzzi with an amazing view of the blue-domed church. Just 4 minutes from the famous 3 Domes Viewpoint — perfect for sunrise. Breakfast was good and brought directly to the room. The staff were very kind, helped us with the airport transfer, met us upon arrival, and assisted with our luggage. They also offered help with booking excursions. It was a really special experience. Thank you!

From the minute we arrived, we felt so relaxed and comfortable. The suite was outstanding, the beds are super comfy and the decor/finish was lovely. The private pool and terrace with blue dome view was stunning. We loved every second! The breakfast was brought to us every morning at a time of our choosing. The food and service was lovely. Thank you for an unbelievable stay. They also made a lovely surprise for me on my 40th birthday with flowers and complimentary bubbly!
