The view is breathtaking. The second property was in a classic house, very nice in itself and at a very good price. Unfortunately it is oriented towards the opposite side of the island and the view is nothing special.

It is important to know that this is not one property in one location. The only thing all properties have in common is management. We rented two of the properties believing they were in the same location, but ended up in two completely different locations about 10 minutes apart. As a result, six of the children in the group had to sleep separately from the adults. A very unpleasant experience.

Amazing! First, Konstantinos is very helpful but in a nice and not at all intrusive. You can definitely count on him. You will find several properties belonging to K&K, but this one is the best. Location is so easy accesible you just get off the bus at the station before the last one and you arrived. It was so easy and right in the middle of Oia. The view is simply gorgeous, and the terrace offers the perfect ending of a long summer day.

I wouldn't say not liked, but you need to be careful with the bathtub as it is in the room, and water could get to the bed that is very close.

The view was amazing. Though it doesn’t have ‘sunset views’ it’s a stunning location and we loved looking out to sea. The room was very modern and tastefully done. The chap who met us was friendly and there was good communication.

Sadly there was a power cut when we were there meaning we didn’t get chance to have a shower or bath. This wasn’t the owner’s fault. Also, due to some rain, the outside cushions were taken away which was a shame as we couldn’t sit as comfortably during the evening. Also, the air con was intermittent and the room was very warm. It’s not a criticism but there is a lack of privacy as people in other apartments have to walk past the room and can see it. There were also builders in the morning carrying all their goods down which was a shame when enjoying the morning views. But overall we had a good stay.

We stayed in the K&K Aram Suite and it was fantastic! A small unit but beautifully appointed with more than enough space for two people. The view from the property is incredible, sitting right beneath the Main Street of Oia. Our host Markos was so helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. There was also a patio that overlooked the water which was the perfect place to sit and have a wine! I’d definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Santorini.

Nothing, we had a lovely stay!

We booked the villa and the house was simply amazing and it's huge. There are two bedrooms (one is a bit smaller)on the ground floor and two bathrooms as well. There is a third bedroom in the attic which also leads to the roof top. The kitchen had everything you might need for cooking and stuff. The living room is huge with big and comfortable couches. There is a Jacuzzi in the backyard. The aesthetics of the entire villa are beautiful. It would be a great fit for three couples or groups. Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff- Macros was so sweet and polite. Helped us with our luggage and was available for anything we needed. It's near the sunset point (windmills) and shops are around as well. Very near to the main parking spot as well. As you know there are stairs everywhere is Santorini. You either have to climb up or down in the narrow areas to reach your hotel, this didn't have stairs just the regular stone path so that was good and they come to help carry the luggage as well. Points to note- it's on the opposite side of the infamous cliff view of Santorini but sunset point is within 2 mins of walk so that's great. From the roof top you can see the sea view but it's kinda restricted view so that was a tiny bit disappointing but as you literally walk to all good points in minutes so it didn't bother us much.

The location was absolutely incredible and hosts were super responsive as well as helpful. The room was always clean and cleaned upon us arriving from our busy travels. The AC worked perfectly, the views were breathtaking just from the terrace of our room. Also, it was quiet despite the central location and it was one of our favorite stays ever.

The only thing I didn't love was that the shower was in the same room as the bedroom for the Aram Suite. I wish that the description stated that prior to booking because it was hard to tell from photos.

Amazing location. The alea residence has a fantastic caldera and sea view. AC and wifi were working. Someone helped walk us to the residence. Communication was good too. Expensive but I recommend to anyone whose visiting Santorini for the first time and staying a short amount of time

A lot of stairs to Alea residence but it’s expected in Oia. Tap water not drinkable, probably a Santorini thing. They did provide one bottled water. There were some ants/bugs in the residence. Washroom was very small and not that clean. Alea does not face the sunset, not a huge deal since it’s only a few minutes away but it’s worth mentioning. Go an hour early to get a good spot. Someone was suppose to meet me in the morning to help with check out but didn’t show up (minor issue)

Everything! The location offers one of the best views of the caldera in our opinion. It is also right next to the sunset viewing spot so extremely convenient. The host Konstantinos is kind and very helpful, we really appreciated his prompt communication and assistance arranging everything for us including transfers. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is even a small kitchen with fridge. We highly recommend this accommodation in Oia!

The location is a bonus, right at the sunset viewing spot on Google Maps, by the time everyone around your balcony is watching the sunset. You can also enjoy a unique small rooftop balcony, all furnished for yourself . The apartment is very large, with two floors inside and a balcony above, which can accommodate 6 people. It exceeded my expectations and was very clean and beautiful. With the landlord's permission, we met the housekeeper to clean and change the sheets. Early check-in.
