We were a bit disappointed when we arrived as the property is on the opposite side of the town. We had wanted to stay for 2 nights but got stuck in Ios so only had one night here which probably didn't help our first impressions. We were a bit unhappy that we didn't get breakfast on our arrival at around 9.45am, as we should have stayed the night before (and we'd paid for it). It would have been appreciated to have been given breakfast, after all, it was included in the price. However, we quickly realised that we would see a stunning sunset from the property and, as other reviewers have said, it's away from the crowds of Santorini town. The property is good value for money if you're happy being away from crowds and don't mind that you haven't got a full sea view. It's much more private than the rooms in Santorini that face the caldera as I think you would just feel watched over the whole time. Overall, we would have been happy to spend our two nights here and would recommend this place as a more value for money alternative in Santorini.

We loved the customer service! Alexander was super communicative and on point. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that provided room service, but he was awesome! The suite was comfortable with great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was very nice each morning, we had a huge box of pastries to select from with fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and juice. A bottle of wine was also waiting in our refrigerator upon arrival, which we also really appreciated! The sunset view was beautiful and we loved that there was both a pool for the day and a jacuzzi for the evenings. It was a close walking distance to the city center as well.

The only real suggestion is to have a full length mirror in the room and there could have been a little more light in the bathroom. There were also a lot of ants, but they took care of that for us right away. It's too be expected when you're staying oceanside. I wouldn't let that detour you from staying!

When we got to the location we were greeted very well! We loved our accomodation! It genuniely felt like the perfect place to relax. I had multiple questions and she answered them all. Incase you are not sure, from the accomodation you can see the sunset really well and on top of it, it really is not that far from the town itself. To be honest we stayed at another location in santorini and realised that Oia is EXTERMELY packed that, this location provides you the right level of peace and quite for an amazing vacation stay whilst also being able to go into the town and get something to eat. Also, in my opinion we looked at countless places to stay and this was one of the more affordable ones. I really wished we stayed here longer. On the day we left, we needed a taxi at 5.30am, the hotel manager not only booked us a cab, but also came to our room to help with our bags and make sure we got into our taxi safely. Cannot reccomend enough!

Staying at Santolia Art suites was an absolute treat. Highly recommended and furnished with high standards and attention to every detail. The room was super clean, nicely decorated, beds comfortable for a good sleep, spacious, and my absolute fave was the pool and jacuzzi area with THE perfect ocean an stunning sunset view. We easily spent a full day just relaxing and tanning and dipping in the pool. Location was perfect just a 2 min walk and you are in the heart of Oia. The service and hospitality were incredible and I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Many thanks the Santolia Art Suites. Cant wait to be back!

The view was super amazing! Even when we were walking towards the suite, the view was incredible! We saw the sunset from the hot tub, keep in mind sunrise is not visible, only sunset. The property was clean. We celebrated my husband's birthday there and it was totally worth it! There is no reception but still we had a contact person who we could call if we needed something, great breakfast was provided to us as well. I highly recommend this place!

The place is simply perfect, very well located (closer to many restaurants and nice places to take pictures). The view for the sunset is speechless. Alexander helped us with all the details (booking transfers and recommendations) The breakfast is the best I have seen delivered directly to your room. And the best of all is the pool together with the jacuzzi, I will definitely put one of this in my house, just amazing

Everything was perfect, just beyond my expectation! The room is so beautiful, decoration is nice with the simple greek style. One of the hotel room has a big window between the bedroom and the shower, it is so cool and sexy. And the wash basin is super cool style, never seen anything like that before. Big terrace with super view. Here you can enjoy the sunset from the jacuzzi with the prosecco or cava or anything you like. And have a breakfast outside with the view of the sea. Since the road to the hotel is private, you can relax sunbathing without any tourist nor the neighbour watching you. Location of the hotel is very good, it's in quite area, almost no tourist walking around. If you rent a car, the parking area is nearby and Oia centrum is only 5 min to walk. The staff are very nice and very helpfull😘 Love this hotel and really enjoyed staying there. If i go to Santorini, i'll stay at this hotel again for sure!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Santolia Art Suites in Santorini! Everything about this place was perfect. The location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk from Oía center, which meant we had a peaceful and private property away from the noisy tourist crowds. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the sunset right from our jacuzzi – it was the perfect way to unwind. The breakfast, especially the spanakopita, was a delightful treat every morning, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the amenities provided were fantastic, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time in Santorini. I can't recommend Santolia Art Suites enough for a memorable and luxurious stay in this beautiful island paradise!

Hi! Alexander was an incredible host! He was very communicative and helpful- answering questions about the apartment and transportation as well as on our itinerary. Everything was thought of in Santolia Art Suites from A-Z. We were very very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend! The apartment is not on the side of the stair blue/white type houses seen on Pinterest, yet it’s facing the sunset and only a two minute walk from the city center (shops, restaurants, market etc.) Deilino Cafe is right next door- I’d definitely recommend checking it out. It is also an easy place to put into waze/maps to find your way to Santolia.

The location is GOLD. You don’t have to queue to see the sunset, there’s cafe nearby if you want to have drinks, the owner is super helpful and full of smile. The hospitality is on par with 5 star luxury property — without the price. The location is not inside Oia village, but it’s just a three minutes walk. So it’s quiet without a herd of tourist yet it’s conveniently located. The amenities were good. They even gave us a bottle of wine. Alex and Donna were so thoughtful and friendly and they helped us a lot with tips and tricks. Definitely recommended!
