Hotel is beautiful, it’s located in Santorini and the views are amazing.

Floor is painted gray and it doesn’t have gripping paint or tape, I went flying on the last step to reach my room right outside the main office… her reaction was, “we should do something about it”

This was such a wonderful location! Scenery, staff, communication, everything! First night wasn’t in the room that was expected/had an issue with hot water…they had us moved the very next day! No issue

Nothing was wrong with the property! Just fair warning that santorini has ALOT of steep stairs! But the staff is there ready to help as long as you give them a heads up with luggage, etc. hotel shuttles do cost 60 euros per trip, but worth the ease of it.

Great location with amazing views overlooking the coast, it is easy to forget how to get back to your room but that's probably because we were so distracted by the views on the way there with the concierge! Didn't realise until we were waiting for our taxi to the airport but there is a small dipping pool outside the reception which appears to be for anyone who stays here, so I managed to dip my feet in while we waited in the heat.

Not much, but the aircon was a bit weak and would shut itself off sometimes when the room was still quite warm. When we arrived at the meeting point to be greeted by a member of the concierge team after our taxi ride from the ferry port, we had to wait about 25 minutes for another couple to arrive so the concierge could show them to their room at the same time as us. A bit annoying for us as we wanted to get on and enjoy the rest of our evening before the all important sunset

Great staff that met us upon check-in, helped us with our bags, and made the whole process smooth and easy. The room was nice and I loved the view outside our room on the shared balcony (although I wish we had a little more time to ourselves on the balcony since it was shared between us and a couple other rooms). The bathroom was nice, the service was good, and overall I felt like we got great value for our stay! I can definitely say I recommend Vogue Suites, I think it has a great location in the heart of Oia but still feels like your own private area.

The Vogue suites is in an excellent location right at the end of the Main Street near the castle. There are plenty of places to eat (breakfast, lunch or dinner) within a few minutes’ walk. We had excellent views across the caldera from our patio area. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arranged our airport transfers through the Vogue suites and everything went perfectly. It’s not possible to drive right up to the accommodation so the porters collect all the luggage carrying heavy cases on their shoulders with apparent ease. We’d have no hesitation in recommending The Vogue Suites. Just a warning, there are lots of steps up and down in Oia so it’s not ideal for those who find steps challenging, but obviously that isn’t something the Vogue Suites can change!

The staff was unfortunately too pushy and persistent in carrying our bags for us. We declined and said we could carry our belongings ourselves, and we clearly stated no perhaps five to seven times but they could not respect that. We ended up giving him our checked-in luggage for him to carry around 20 meters to then tip him. We understand that this a nice hotel and such services are common, but we did not appreciate that they could not take no for an answer. If you like that kind of service then there is nothing to complain about but it did make us uncomfortable.

Excellent check in service including communication prior to arrival and organisation of porter to transport baggage. Friendly staff were welcoming and provided excellent cleaning service through including after the rain. The room was in an excellent location with beautiful view as per “room with Seaview” with great facilities. Upon request they also organised transport to the airport with a local company

Santorini can be quite tricky to navigate with luggage, but thankfully, the hotel arranged assistance both upon our arrival and at checkout, which made everything so much easier. The room was a bit smaller, but the breathtaking view from our spacious balcony more than made up for it. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful stay made even better by that unforgettable view!

We had a standard cave room. It had ample space for our stay. It was spotless and the cleaned everyday. There was a small fridge if you wished to store food and drinks and tea and coffee were provided and topped up everyday. We had a small balcony with two chairs a table and sun umbrella, with a view to die for morning, noon and night. The reception team, porters and cleaners were extremely friendly and very helpful. The porters met us at the drop off point and carried our cases and for the reverse trip, amazing. If we return to Oia my wife and I will definitely stay there again.

Nothing to complain about. We knew what services were provided when we booked, but our treatment by the team went above what we expected.

It’s 1 minute until main Shipping place. Air conditioning works very well. We can use wifi outside chairs. There are free water bottles. The host helps us to tell us breakfast and dinner cafe and restaurants, pool restaurant. Staff cleaned our room every day when we went out afternoon too. We can use sheared terraces and sofa, table chairs. It wasn’t crowded.and we can take pictures of blue dome churches and sea. And lots of cats coming. So cute! Tourists coming sometimes, but it’s still quiet because it’s just a way inside of noisy place.

Ants coming in through the window every days. Our room terrace has table and chairs, but there is building from of there. We can see good scenery.(107) The host answered in WhatsApp my questions only first day.
