We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Aspaki Hotel to celebrate my birthday — and I can confidently say it was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was simply stunning. The suite opened up to breathtaking panoramic views of the caldera and the iconic blue domes of Oia — waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream. Every corner of the hotel was picture-perfect, offering an atmosphere of romance, serenity, and true luxury. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and thoughtful pampering made us feel incredibly special. The staff went above and beyond — especially in helping my husband organize one of the best birthday surprises I’ve ever had. From the little details to the grand gestures, everything was handled with such care and heart. The food at Aspaki deserves its own praise. It was delicious across the board, but I must highlight the fried tomato balls — so flavorful and unique that I ordered them two days in a row! They’re a must-try if you visit. Aspaki isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Perfect for a special occasion or a romantic escape. I left with beautiful memories, full of gratitude, and already dreaming of returning.

We had Honeymoon Caldera view room that has perfect spot for sip white houses and caldera views on your own terrace with jacuzzi. Welcoming was warm and calm extended with great atmosphere of welcome drink and stunning view from their restaurant. Breakfast was on the highest level with the best products quality with huge variety of options. A great benefit to have an option to stay in the hotel after check out to have relax in comfortable shared zone with breathtaking views to caldera and blue domes. Moreover, all personal do their best to make your staying unforgettable. Generally, Aspaki project is a great sample of perfect hotel that creates only pretty unforgettable memories.

Jacuzzi was slightly colder than expected, but I think it could be a problem only for low season time. Another thing that the jacuzzi was too small for two people to have full comfort. For one, it is perfect.

Wonderful position, great room and air conditioning to keep cool, outstanding staff who are incredibly helpful, an oasis of relaxation away from the tourist chaos outside, extraordinary views

Many of the concerns are simply due to the fact that land is a premium on the caldera and building would be challenging in cave rooms. Just need to be aware that the pool is relatively small, and in summer a small plunge pool would have been more useful than a hot tub/jacuzzi. Also need to be careful of the steps down to the bathroom in the rooms but these are all consistent with every other property in Oia I would imagine. Not a criticism just need to be aware

I loved everything about this hotel! Everything was 5 star. The service was impeccable and the views are out of this world. When you get there, you can see how everyone wants to get pictures of this area, but you're lucky enough to stay there. The property is breathtaking. It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. We stayed in a suite with an outdoor pool on our balcony. I could have stayed on that balcony all day with those views. It also has a sister property that has coveted sunset views that we took advantage of our first night. No one else booked it that night so we had it to ourselves! We felt like celebrities!

There is nothing that could have been improved on. The place is perfect

The best view in Oia! The room is clean and the bed was so soft. The staff are very friendly and view was amazing. The breakfast all tasted very delicious! Will definitely come back here. The blue dome is right beside this resort so everything is pretty near. I love it! So relaxing

There will be a lot of stairs going up when you want to go out. This might be very difficult for elderly people. I hope they have elevators for the elderly cause i wanted to bring my parents here.

Aspaki is nothing short of amazing. You won’t find another hotel like it with the views of Santorini. You can sit and have a drink or food and look right at the famous blue dome churches. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and our room was huge! Everything was beautiful and the breakfast served to your room was extra special. We were able to enjoy wine from our hot tub staring right at the blue domes. When you leave the hotel there’s people right outside the door trying to get the shot we get to stare at 24/7 from our hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is place is worth every penny your spent on. Hotel is centrally located in middle of OIA hence you will get full panoramic view as well as it located next to the iconic Caldera. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Service was nothing less than exceptional. Breakfast options were great (even for vegetarians there were good options). Room was beautiful and comfortable. In most cases, I do not use hotel's shampoo or shower gel but I was surprised to see quality of shampoo/shower gel/lotion etc. This shows every small little thing was carefully curated. Balcony had warm jacuzzi with panoramic view. This was definitely one the best holiday experiences we had. If I ever visit Santorini again, I would stay in Aspaki for sure.

Astaki Suites in Santorini offers an excellent location, providing great comfort and a peaceful sanctuary from the busyness of Oia. The breakfast and food are exceptional, and the views are breathtaking. The friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure all your comfort and holiday needs are met. They assisted us with transportation to and from the hotel, organized a tour of the island via Technohull, and arranged a helicopter transfer to our next destination at the end of our stay.

Excellent location, literally next to the blue domes with the best picture points. Literally everyone else has to cue outside the hotel, but you get uninterrupted views. Service is impeccable, Joanna and Mariana went above and beyond what i usually expect from hotel front staff. They booked us the best seats for all the fancy restaurants in Oia. They really do have the best connections in town. They cleaned and prepped the rooms twice a day! Brilliant service in and out

NOTHING

First of all I love the location. It has a fantastic view of the Caldera and the Blue Domes! It is right beside the domes which is very conveniently close. It has great facilities. We have our own tub facing the Caldera. Our room is always cleaned. It has great choices for breakfast and we were given the choice to have it on our own balcony. We got to watch the breathtaking sunset from their sister hotel’s private balcony, with the great view of Oia. What we love the most are the friendly staff. The concierge are always happy to help, Nefiri and Liartis were amazing! Valentin always has a smiling face and friendly demeanor. Kristos helped us with our luggage no matter how heavy and hot it is.

It’s expensive but all worth it!
