Location and views are obviously amazing.. and I do wish for everyone to stay here and experience this at least once in their life. But the price is mad for what it is. We only justified it as it was our honeymoon.. but there are better hotels out there for less than this.. you need keep in mind you pay for the location and the view , hotel itself is quite basic. Room was clean , but a bit outdated. It still looks good enough , but you won’t get that modern feel. No Tv. But regardless the stay was amazing.. pool and the view killed all the bad stuff .. I just wished it wasn’t that expensive.

Furniture seemed a bit outdated .. and would be lovely to have a TV.

Extremely accomodating and welcoming staff. Secured us airport transfers, complimentary porter service to carry our bags, unbelievably delicious breakfast served on our balcony each morning, housekeeping ensured the room was always well kept and comfortable at all times. The villa itself was one of the most picturesque places you could be in the world. Fantastic sunrise and sunsets everyday enjoyed from the private balcony, private cave pool or if you’re a little lazy you can open the doors and windows and enjoy the view from bed too!

That we didn’t stay longer

The suite was absolutely beautiful, stunning views and very comfortable. The staff were superb and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfasts brought to the terrace every morning were magnificent. Very comfortable and stylish suite for a special occasion.

You really had to fight through the crowds to get to the suite, extremely busy, even in October and just trying to get to the entrance of the suites was overwhelming and very difficult. Even though the area where the suites are is private and only for guests, tourists would still come down and take photos right outside, so privacy was challenging and an issue.

The room was beautiful, and the private mini pool was the perfect size with an ideal temperature. Breakfast was truly complete and delicious. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, and the view was absolutely dreamy.

The hotel doesn’t have private parking, which is a downside as it’s very difficult to park in the area. Also, people walk past the room to access other suites so there’s little privacy on the terrace. That said, this seems to be quite common in most hotels in Oia.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Oia. It’s literally a 2 min walk to the 3 blue domes, and very close to the Oia castle, as well as the bus stop and car rental. Plenty of restaurants and shops around too. I would rate the location 10/10. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our balcony has an AMAZING view of the caldera AND the sea. You basically get 2 amazing views on different sides of your balcony, which is a big plus. The pool is quite private as well, unlike other hotels where everyone who walks past your room can see you. We would definitely stay at Chelidonia again :)

The bathroom structure is a bit weird. You can’t shower without getting the floor and around the sink soaked, so it’s a bit of a mess after a shower, but the views and the room makes up for the that problem :)

The location and view are worth every penny. Breakfast on your private deck each morning is amazing and made our trip. The front desk also arranged a private tour of the island and some great winery visits!

Nothing to do with the hotel but Oia is overrun with tourists especially when a lot of cruise ships are in, people also have little respect for walkways to hotel rooms and anyones private space as they are are insearch of their perfect picture and ignore common courtesy

Great location ok the heart of Oia Beautiful view from the balcony with jacuzzi Amazing breakfast brought to your balcony every morning Staff extremely friendly and helpful in terms of giving island tips about restaurants etc

It's pricey so I wouldnt recommend staying more than 2-3 nights as thats enough time to explore many things on the island and due to lack of beaches can get a bit boring otherwise The jacuzzi seemed a bit old and at times didn't get warm enough but was overall still not bad The bathtub inside had very limited hot water, we didn't really manage to fill it up without water turning cold mid way

the location was in the center of Oia, the most desirable part of santorini island. the room was stunning. the pictures are great but they don’t convey how incredible the room actually is. every morning I woke up in this room was the best day of my life. I will 100% come back and stay in this exact room and property one day. an actual dream come true.

I have no dislikes about this property. I will say though for people who haven’t visited santorini, oia hotels are not for partying late into the night. they are romantic, secluded and quiet. stay in fira if you want to party late into the night.

Central location in Oia was great, staff were amazing, breakfast delivered under the Olive tree every morning was plentiful and delicious. The Villa definitely had the wow factor. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely nothing.

From the moment we arrived in our pre arranged taxi (arranged via the hotel) we were met by i believe Nick who carried our luggage to our rooms while we checked in at reception. Everything was done so smoothly and we were able to enjoy the view from reception while sipping on their lovely home made lemonade. Our room was out of this world and we both had the most amazing time here. all members of staff are the loveliest of people. I would recommend Chelidonia Luxury Suites to everyone. Massive thank you to all the staff x
