The property was beautiful and clean. The caldera view was just amazing. The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of the town but far enough down the cliff side so that it was quiet. I love that there is a service for baggage going both up and down to the property. The pool was perfectly heated as were the personal hot tubs. Yola, the manager, was on point with everything she did and made our entire stay 1000x better. She was wonderful to talk to and personalized our start to make it extremely memorable.

Not the most outstanding sunset view.

Staying at Pearl of Caldera was an absolute dream! The rooms are immaculate, stylish, and so comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring Santorini. Every morning, we were greeted by the most breathtaking sunrise views – truly magical and incredibly calming. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel completely at home. Breakfast was delicious and set the perfect tone for the day. Santorini itself is stunning, but staying here made the experience unforgettable. We left with full hearts, happy memories, and a strong desire to return!

This was an exceptional hotel. Oia is a beautiful place and the Pearl of Caldera has the most perfect location with stunning views of the volcanic islands, Fira, the sea, and back to Oia itself. We had a lovely cave room with our own hot tub. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was lovely and the sheets and towels changed every day. We had everything we needed. Jola and the team were always on hand and helpful, but not intrusive. The breakfast was delicious. And the pool area was so cool with amazing views of the sea Santorini and the islands. They provided a member of the team to carry our suitcase from the taxi to the hotel which featured over 100 steps. I'd have keeled over if I'd tried to donut myself, and they organised a transfer with a great driver and a smart comfortable air conditioned car. It was the perfect r stay

The only minor issue is the steps to climb back up to Oia's main strip but climbing steps is a necessary part of being in Oia, and a price worth paying to stay somewhere as amazing as The Pearl of Caldera. It wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues but it was fine for us.

Amazing Stay at Pearl of Caldera! We had the most incredible experience at Pearl of Caldera in Santorini. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing hospitality of Jole, the hotel manager. Jole went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. She was so helpful, providing us with fantastic restaurant recommendations and guiding us to the best local activities. Thanks to her suggestions, we were able to experience the true charm of Santorini, from hidden dining gems to unforgettable adventures. Her personal touch and attentiveness really stood out. She made us feel so welcome and looked after us like family. We can’t thank her enough for making our trip so special. Pearl of Caldera is a beautiful hotel, but Jole’s warm and thoughtful service is what truly sets it apart. We’ll definitely be back!

The experience we had here was 10/10. Special shout out to Jola , Fimis, and the rest of the staff who go out of their way to make sure everything is exceptional. They are the best. This property is so beautiful and chic facing the famous Caldera view. The sunsets can be seen from the entire property and you don’t have to leave the hotel to the join the crowds. The pool/ terrace on the top floor is so nice and clean and we barely left during the day. The food and the endless breakfast options they have is very tasty and well made. My favorite was the scrambled eggs, sausage pies and the beautiful fresh fruit. Rooms have nespresso pods and machines .

The property manager Jola and her staff were extremely helpful from the moment of our arrival to the last minute we departed - starting from helping with luggage from the taxi drop-off to preparing an early farewell breakfast. They all made us feel very welcomed and did not hesitate to show us that they are there for our comfort any moment of the day/evening.

Can't think of anything as our expectations were highly overachieved. I can only recommend this place mainly for couples, if they need to getaway from their kids for some time.

The property was heavenly . The room was absolutely gorgeous & we had our own jacuzzi . We could watch the sunset every morning from our bed / balcony & bathroom . The swimming pool was heated which made it dreamy . The views of Oia from the property were amazing . Jola & her staff were the kindest & friendliest owners / staff we have come across . We will definitely come back . We cannot find any faults at all . Just wish we could have stayed longer . Thank you so much Jola . We will be back 😊

Everything was perfect . It was heavenly .

Everything about this place was outstanding! It was absolutely perfect. Coming from someone who was in this industry for 20+ yrs it is hard to come by these gems. Jola is the best asset to this property. She is the kind of host that you can only dream of but never have found until now. The property is heaven on earth. I wouldn’t just stay here again, I would live here. Everything exceeded my expectations to say the least. Heated pool overlooking the most amazing views, most comfortable bed, clean facilities, great water pressure, coffee machine…i could go on and on. Hands down my favorite location to date(and there have been MANY)!!! Best staff, location and facilities.

The fact that I have to leave

From the moment we were picked up with our luggage, we were overwhelmed by the friendly reception we received. Jola and her crew were not only kind, helpful and considerate, Jola was thoughtful on every element. She went over and beyond in her care for us including our Ceoliac dietary requirements Jola checked with us every day to see how we were feeling. She is the most professional, kind and thoughtful person we have ever been fortunate enough to meet and was instrumental in resolving issues with cancelled ferries and onward travel. Jola engaged with everyone in the hotel with compassion, class and understanding, The hotel had the highest of standards, the staff were respectful, happy and a pure joy to see every day. We truly loved every member of her wonderful charming team, and we will forever cherish our time with Jola and Fimi. We will miss them until we return next year, The Pearl of Caldera Hotel is just as the name says. A beautiful, spotless place , a shining gem in Santorini.
