each room has an outdoor seating area, ours was in the sun most of the day, our friends sitting area had full shade all day which was great for us, very nice pool and sitting area, exceptional rooftop sitting area to watch the sunset, very good breakfast, excellent location for strolling, finding restaurants and shopping...it was busy during the day due to tour buses and cruise ships, but we working around that ....also I messaged a day ahead and a shuttle was arranged from the airport and back to the airport in a very timely fashion for a cost of 45 Euro each way

there could be a problem with water pressure in the morning, but the staff attended to it right away

The property is at an amazing location in Oia. On the one hand all the scenic places and photo spots are just around the corner and on the other hand it is very close to the public parking so in my opinion one of the best locations. Yes, it is not one of the instagram highlighted houses with a private tub overlooking the sea but it if you are the practical kinds who can live with seeing an equally beautiful view from the terrace - this is a great choice! The room itself was a pretty spacious. The breakfast and the pool are both really good too!

We stayed at room No 19 and the access to the terrace was a little tricky. While we managed, it will be really difficult for the elderly. Not sure why they have a practice of noting down the credit card numbers manually. Being a reasonably experienced property, it would have been great if they had a more digital (read secure) way of handling credit card information. While there have been no incidents in my case, it's just that this practice feels really insecure Was surprised at the 10.30 checkout as at the other two places we stayed in Greece - Mykonos and Athens the checkout was at 11. A little more surprising was the staff coming to remind us at 10.45. While it's their duty, usually the properties I've stayed at allow you a 30-45 minute relaxation.

This is an understated stay in Oia for anyone looking to have a great holiday in the most beautiful location on the island. The property has excellent location close to the main bus but also to all the main attractions in Oia and the access there is excellent. We loved how accommodating the pool was with the sunset terrace and the really cozy rooms. The breakfast was good too.

The beds were a bit too hard mattress and I developed a numb leg from the nerves squashed into the hard mattress for too long ( even if I switched sides often). The stairs in the room were a bit slippery and scary during the night to get from the bed to the toilet. It takes some effort to get used to it.

Very good location, close to the bus stand and from the cab drop area. Good terrace facilities to view sunrise as well as sunset. You can enjoy it very comfortably in private The entire Oia village and attractions are at a maximum of not more than a 5 minute walk The breakfast was very good. Overall it was exactly as mentioned and very good for a family.

The staff was amazing and the location was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to everything in Oia. About a 1 minute walk to the Main Street of Oia, and 5 minutes to the bus stop. Room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great balcony view. We were allowed to drop our bags off at reception while we waited for check-in which they were able to accommodate an early check in for us. Staff helped with all of our questions, recommendations and carried our bags to our room. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed recently at this hotel for three nights with our 3 kids. It was a wonderful experience! John from the hotel management was incredibly accommodating, Cece and the chef making sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious and adequate. The rooms were clean, and spacious. Hotel is located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood away from crowds yet close to main street and all attractions and restaurants. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained and had a great view of the church beside the hotel. Our kids loved the pool. The sunset and sunrise terraces were great to watch the sunset and sunrise right from the hotel. Overall, this hotel made our Santorini trip extra special!

Everything was great.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The facilities were excellent and the location was fantastic. The swimming pool was perfect for cooling down, and the owner was very kind in arranging for my room to be next door to my family’s. The staff were wonderful—helping us with our luggage to meet the driver for the ferry, arranging transport, and even organising an unforgettable day trip. Everything was clean, welcoming, and the whole team was so kind. If I return to Santorini, this is definitely where I’ll stay again.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

The reception staff were excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the Oia pedestrian path made it a convenient choice. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and the rooftop provided a stunning vantage point for sunset viewing. The hotel's size with numerous suites was impressive, though the pool could have been cleaner and better maintained. On the plus side, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the overall scenery of the hotel was breathtaking.

Cleanness of the pool

The property is a 3-4 minute walk from the bus station right in the heart of Oia and is like a walled mini-city nicely painted and landscaped with groups of rooms on either side of the main walkway that leads up to the reception/breakfast hall which is next to the large and nicely kept pool and there are two huge terraces for looking out over the area. Our room had a huge living room with a loft area for the bed about 6 steps up (with a rounded ceiling which meant hitting my head a few times) and the bathroom and mini-kitchen tucked in the back about 3 steps down. The bed was pretty firm but not uncomfortable and the sheets nice. The shower area was long and narrow and had enough space and the water pressure pretty good and the curtain kept the water in place. The breakfast buffet was bountiful with plenty of choices hot and cold and it got us fueled up for the day ahead. The owners were genuinely helpful and friendly and made our stay wonderful. There was even a ping-pong table in a shaded area that was a fun change-of-pace for an hour. Very few steps on the property (except for going up to the terraces). Great value for the money.

Location right in Oia a bus shuttle from Fiera the Capital. The beautiful Cadeira Sea right near by with all the shops and restaurant. You will wee the most beautiful sunset from the roof top of this hotel. You will not have to fight the crowd. Just get your camera and all set.

The breakfast was excellent. However if I'm pressed to write something in this section would be the fruit selection for breakfast. But I think everything was fresh and delicious and the staff really went above their way to make it a wonderful experience overlooking the greek islands and pool. Just beautiful!!! Thank you!
