From the minute we walked through the door Sotiris made us feel so welcome and special! We relaxed within no time and the stress of everyday life faded away. Our kind and generous host was always on hand with a smile to share valuable local insights, knowledge and recommendations from everything to restaurants, beaches, sunset cruises, bus services, best spots for epic sunsets….the location is great with a sea view. Just a short walk uphill to the spectacular caldera, shops, restaurants, regular buses to Fira and onward connections. Every morning a different breakfast awaited us served by Sotiris and Daisy with the adorable kittens in the background - the pancakes, bacon and eggs and the omelettes were delicious! Coffee frappée was also a treat! We loved the pool, the gardens and the private terrace and jacuzzi - a perfect spot to chill. The rooms are furnished to a high standard and are very clean. If you are looking for a genuine family boutique experience with only five rooms, to relax and share fun times in a corner of paradise this is the place to come ! The sun may have set on our holiday, but the heart warming feelings for Sotiris, his lovely wife (special shout out for the banoffee pie!) and the kittens will remain long after our sun tans subside. Nothing we didn’t like…Just to leave!

This was by far the best experience we had. From the moment we have arrived, Sotiris was so warm and welcoming making us feel like home. The hospitality and the talks we had, made us understand the island better, what to do and where to go , giving us guidance. Felt like a visit to a family member rather than a basic stay. The room was excellent, having all the amenities you need. The garden was like a piece of heaven where you could relax, read a book or just enjoy the hot tub. Also you could relax at the pool, perfect for sunny days, and Sotiris always treated us with beer or gin on the house. Everything was cleaned daily (including the hot tub). We were so happy with the location (walking distance to Oia) and easy to travel anywhere on the island from there. We will comeback, as we promised Sotiris :), and me and Iulia send you our hugs and for sure we need to go to eat that octopus ^^ and enjoy a good time together. For us this was more than a vacation, and for that we thank you, and we cannot wait to see you again soon :). P.S. You are right :) Happy wife, happy life! haha ^^

The vacation was to short :)

From start to finish it was just absolutely perfect, Sotiris and Yula both did everything and even more for us, my Debbie is has to eat gluten free food and they went above and beyond to make sure she had all we needed everyday and was always full and satisfied, gorgeous breakfast! The apartments are beautiful and got everything that you need, the most perfect location as it’s quiet enough to have a relaxing day by the pool in peace and also been a small walk into the main centre where it’s lively with all the restaurants and bars, would recommend to anyone and definitely stay here again next time we come to Santorini!

my family of 4 had the ammoudi suite - it accommodated 4 people and had a private hot tub which was nice and warm. This establishment is a family owned business and has 5 units. Sotiris is the son and the one that greeted us. He is extremely personable. Provides great advice on where to go and what to do. This property is about a 5-7 min walk up a hilll to get into the center of Oia. Great location but away from the chaos. THey provide a breakfast in the morning which was amazing and full of variety. They also have a pool which was a welcome dip after a full day of walking and sight seeing. I used WhatsApp to communication with Sotiris - he was responsive anytime of day.

This property far exceeded my expectations the rooms were spacious and the garden areas beautifully maintained. Sotoris is an excellent host delivering a varied delicious breakfast each morning. The breakfast area is well landscaped and so comfortable. He offers excellent recommendations and advice making our stay in Santorini effortless. The location is excellent making Oia easy to visit even during busy times. A short walk to the heart of the village with its beautiful views, restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket close by.

An absolutely fabulous stay. Our host Sotiris could not have done more for us and his apartments are perfect for a stay in Oia and are located very close to the main town. Sotiris was on hand to help us with every aspect of our holiday from the fantastic and personal breakfasts through to advice on what to do and see while we were staying with him. The pool area was lovely and private and the hot tubs in each apartment where lovely for the evenings. Will definetly be back in the future.

We initially chose Apanomeria because of the quaint boutique style B&B. We wanted more of a personal touch as opposed to a big, busy hotel. We completely fell in love with this family run business and the surrounding area. The b&b is cosy and stunning with a beautiful surrounding garden and pool area. The family and staff are kind, friendly and generous. We were looked after from start to finish. I asked the host to arrange flowers for my partner’s birthday and this was sorted without any issue or fuss, we were given a variety of delicious breakfasts in the morning, always something creative and hearty and advice on stunning restaurants and beach locations. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

The location was ideal for us - large family with a baby. Short uphill walk to Oia town centre and beyond. Satirios the owner was wonderful, made us feel like family, and his breakfasts were excellent. Really comfortable beds a great pool and loungers. Unlike many properties just outside Oia, you don’t have to have a car here. Excellent Value - we had two ground floor apartments with tubs!

Nothing to dislike - next time I’m going to push the boat out and go for one of the first floor apartments- they had an even nicer view.

We had an amazing holiday, the property is in an ideal location just a few minutes walk outside of Oia. Which was perfect to relax. The bed was very comfy and large. Shower powerful and hot water 24/7. It was cleaned daily. The apartment had everything you needed and more including hairdryer, straighteners, iron, robes, towels, bottled water to drink and fantastic air conditioning so it was always cool. The grounds of the apartment are immaculate, beautiful gardens, lovely swimming pool, private hot tub, sun loungers. We like to be away from the hustle and bustle- so it was perfect. Oia itself was so beautiful and only a short walk away. The owner (now friend) Sotiris was such a welcoming, kind and genuine person. Nothing was too much trouble. His mum Aruler (not sure on spelling) was equally as lovely. We will definitely return and I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone.

My stay at the hotel in Oia, Santorini, was absolutely fantastic! I spent a week there with my family, and from start to finish, everything was perfect. The hotel was impeccably clean, and all the amenities met our expectations. It’s also very family-friendly, which was a huge plus for us traveling with children. But what truly sets this place apart is the host – I have never encountered such a kind and helpful person in all my years of traveling! His hospitality and attention to our comfort were top-notch. It was one of the best stays we've ever had. Only positives, highly recommend!
