The privacy of the rooms with the private plunge pool was great, as well as the distance from other spots on the property (i.e., the pool/restaurant, spa/fitness room, and reception area).

The food at the hotel was average and overly expensive.

Amazing friendly staff. Cleanliness was exceptional. Considering this hotel isn’t brand new, it gave a brand new cleanliness vibe. Food was amazing. Little extras in the room were perfect. Overall this was a stunning hotel and would highly recommend. For us personally it was in a perfect location, just outside of the main village of Oia. The complimentary shuttle was great to go visit Oia but we were there for a relaxing short break and this hotel was perfect for that. Took the complimentary shuttle down to Ammoudi Bay, which is a must visit, and took the water taxi to the little fish restaurant which was lovely. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with small children as the pool was infinity and a bit cold

Warm and professional check-in. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The villa was spacious, extremely clean, well-organized, and included a private heated pool — a true luxury touch. Hotel facilities were top-quality and beautifully maintained.

The breakfast is fully à la carte with no buffet. While the food quality was high, the variety was very limited — especially for pastries, fruits, and child-friendly options. For example, basic purées for kids were missing. The breakfast didn't quite meet the expectations for a hotel of this class and price. Our two-bedroom villa was a duplex that goes downward with stairs at the entrance, which can be challenging for families with toddlers or strollers. Despite the stunning property, the design of the duplex and the stairs made it a bit less convenient for us with a child.

One of the best Gastro cusines we have ever tastied worldwide. Excellent and polite staff, excellent service, AMAZING location for retreat, it was one of our BEST experiences ever in a Hotel.

The property is beautiful & very relaxing. The infinity pool with the ocean view is mesmerizing! The complimentary breakfast was amazing & you could pick anything from a gourmet menu. The what’s app messaging was very convenient to communicate with the staff on or off property for anything. The octopus & the carpaccio were excellent & we did the tasting dinner one night it was very romantic. But most of all we really enjoyed the staff remembering us & paying extra attention & being extra friendly & making us feel special, it really made the experience even better & felt like royalty, top notch hotel & experience!

The wait for the shuttle or taxi sometimes you didn’t know when to call if it needed to be 15min before etc then trying to time with when we’d be ready whether in the room or in town, because sometimes it would be quicker than we were told & sometimes longer, so we weren’t sure when to request the ride without being rushed or having to wait a while. But we just knew we had to give a window of time & be patient, you are on vacation & it’s not NYC, so you have to just plan ahead. At the end of the day it’s not the worst thing in the world & we were thankful for the free shuttle back & forth to town & also greatful for them coordinating taxis for us for other places we went.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are extremely professional whilst being friendly and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble. My room was beautiful - it was cleaned everyday - the mini bar was restocked every day - and I loved the delicacies left at turndown - when fresh towels and water were also provided. The food and service in the restaurants was exceptional as was the 24hr room service. And it was lovely chatting to the young men operating the shuttle bus which operated into Oia and the other hotels in the group as well as to Amoudi Bay - which I loved! Communication with the hotel was via WhatsApp and was responded to immediately. Special mentions to Amanda in Elements, the reception staff, the lady who greeted me as Mrs Sonya every morning for breakfast and to Vasilis who as well as replenishing the mini bar brought me ice for my foot which I foolishly injured.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel - for me it was perfect in every way. Sometimes when travelling alone you can feel isolated - the staff here made sure I never did. Thank you

Absolutley stunning hotel. Dream come true, bucket list place, and definitely the highlight of our trip. Superb customer service - the staff go above and beyond. Love the Whatsapp service for their concierge. We used this to make reservations, book excursions, sort out shuttles (see below). The hotel provided a shuttle into Oia which worked perfectly. Very clean, timely, drivers were super friendly. Oia was only a 5min drive, and very easy to pop to town for an hour. They organised the most fantastic semi private yacht cruise for us. Both pools are GORGEOUS. Cocktails by the pool are an absolute must (although a bit pricey, but that's to be expected for the quality and the amazing setting). Good quality gym. Room very spacious with gorgeous views and lovely pool. Grounds in general are so green and well tendered. It was almost unbelievable to be in this little slice of Eden surrounded by Oia.

Nothing!! The hotel was a dream and although expensive, we thought it was worth every penny. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special place in Santorinin.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff is very mindful, the suite (we were upgraded to a Villa!) was perfection, the infinity pools were beyond surreal. This was honestly the best hotel. And they arranged everything with my boyfriend so that he can propose in one of their sister properties. Also, the fact that they have free shuttles to Ammoudi Bay and Oia is one of the best ideas. It allows to stay next to Oia while avoiding the crowd and the painful walks within the city of Oia (when it’s crowded during the summer). Can’t wait to come back!

I initially booked a 10-day stay, extended for another week, and now I’m extending yet again—this place is just that unreal! The staff are incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. Our room is stunning—spacious, with a huge private pool. The daily room service is amazing, with thoughtful gifts left for us every day. The breakfast was excellent. This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m excited to be extending my stay for a second time! ☺️
