Amazing! We couldn’t have chosen a better place in Oia. The cave-style room is even more spacious than it looks in the photos, with a private terrace and a heated hot tub. The view is breathtaking, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from the most beautiful spots in the village. The in-room breakfast deserves a review of its own: simply outstanding. The staff is highly professional and very friendly. A special thanks to the guys who carry the luggage, truly invaluable!

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a private pool. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. We dined at the resort restaurant, which offered stunning views. The food was average.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. The heated pool was not functioning properly, and the hotel staff was aware of this when we checked in. They needed a replacement part to repair the issue, which was resolved the following day. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was not cooling sufficiently. The manager was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary dinner at their restaurant as well as a transfer to the port.

Exceptional property! Only 11 cave rooms built into the side of the hill. Our room and bathroom were huge! They provide full breakfast to order in your room every morning. You can also dine in their restaurant or have dinner brought to your room. Food was excellent. Sunsets were off the chain! Private plunge pool was warm throughout our stay. Front staff was very accommodating with restaurant suggestions and orienting us to the island. They have a car and driver who you can arrange to transport you anywhere on the island, for a fee. Grateful to be able to afford to stay here a few nights. I would rate this as a top place to stay in Santorini!

Our transfer from the port was organized well by the hotel. The suitcases were brought quickly by the hotel to our room due to the many steps. The hotel is well situated. The best thing is to see the sunset from the balcony. The room is very big, especially the bathroom. We even got a very nice welcome drink. The personnel (reception, restaurant, driver...) was very nice and helpful. Although the price might seem high, it is worth for the good service, great view and excellent food. The breakfast (to be chosen beforehand) was excellent and served on the balcony to enjoy the great view.

The whirlpool was working well, also the water temperature was good. However, there were so many insects in the water that we did not really enjoy staying in it. Nevertheless, we did not complain as we totally understand that you cannot avoid them since the whirlpool is outside on the balcony.

Like it so so much because of the stunning view and sunset view. The reception is very thoughtful since it was our first time to Santorini and don’t know how to get there and where to park our car. They reached out to us ahead of time and tell us all the details and information that we need to get there. They can even help us to make arrangements for the taxi and can rental! They even have non alcohol white wine which is delicious just like the white wine! They also offer room service dinner dining in our suite with the nice sunset! Too many good things to write here so just try experience yourself.

A bit pricey, people walk by could see your room, heated plunged pool is not warm/hot so can’t enjoy at night.

Best view of Santorini. Perfect for sunset. Junior suite is awesome and worth staying. All the amenities are provided in the room, Hotel will help in your arrival and with luggage to the room. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful. Just book the hotel and they will take care of you in every aspect to let you enjoy the breathtaking view from the hotel. Food was Good Rooms are the best deal for this property. Very spacious, Clean and well designed cave rooms.

You have to walk on the pebble stone stairs to reach the hotel as it's located on the down side on the cliff but not much. It's worth for the view and the best stay in santorini

Where do I even start? This place is simply amazing, with incredible staff and stunning surroundings. The only minor inconvenience was the 3-4 minute walk from the car park to our suite. However, the breathtaking views, mesmerizing sunsets, and relaxing atmosphere more than made up for it. My wife and I chose this destination for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all our expectations. Special thanks to the manager and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable.

The location to spectacular sunset views was exceptional. As was the staff in making us feel like royalty in their above and beyond “touch” of making our anniversary celebration so special.

The stairs! But they don’t have any choice in that so not their fault. No elevator for those who can not navigate the steep stairs. Thankfully the bell staff lugged our suitcases up and down for us.

The room is beautiful and has an amazing view of the famous Santorini sunsets. You don't have to fight the crowds to see the sunset. They bring a wonderful breakfast to your terrace every morning. The staff was all very friendly. They arranged a pickup to and from the ferry. The porter carries your luggage to your room which is a must considering it was 250 steps down to our room. We rented the suite with the infinity hot tub overlooking the caldera which was amazing! I highly recommend this resort.
