Location was perfect. You will find the all photo locations and famous places within couple of minutes. It was super easier for us to explore everywhere and come to sleep at night. The couple was nice and helpful. Provided us nice cake and coffee in the morning.

Bathroom has to be repaired. Everything else was perfect.

Sunset 🌄 point is 2 min walk from his house Boat , cruise tour ( http://www.santorinisailing.com ) is 2 min walk as well Sunrise 🌅is @ Meteos Cafe 1 min walk ( where you ll see Donky statue ) This is little bit in Gully / narrow st ( MARCOS HOME ) GPS ll take you to the post office than you better walk straight ahead and turn right passing (http://www.santorinisailing.com) on your left side Walk ahead towards Meteor cafe and you ll see Donky standing, walk ahead for 2-3 shops and you hv to turn right into Guly / lane , and you ll see big , MARCOS ROOMS SIGN . The apartment is on walking distant from busstops, shops and places to chill and eat. The facilities in the apartment are very good, and got everything inside for your convenience. Two bedrooms with tv, bathroom, and a well faciltated kitchen (fridge, microwave, espresso machine, electric stove and oven, etc., enough clean towels, sheets and mats, and a good wifi connection. The apartment even has a back terrace. The apartment has a security front door and roll-up security rails at the back door and back window.

The apartment is situated in the subbasement, and you have to take a few stairs down. The stairs and the corridor to the apartment are just a few steps but not very welcoming. Especially the first time.

We were so impressed with the generosity and kindness of the staff. There was an elderly couple running the show (really amazing to see actually). The lady especially took excellent care of us. She made us a wonderful tray of tea and biscuits after we arrived and we were able to bring it to our room as my mother was feeling unwell. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage the next day after check out. The breakfast was so unexpected and really lovely. We eat on the terrace which was SPECTACULAR. We really loved our stay at Marcus rooms and hope to stay longer if we ever pass Oia again.

Beautiful place in the middle of central Oia❤️🇬🇷! Very comfortable and convenient. The rooms are big and tasteful in an older style. A beautiful greek couple helps you and cares for you. Very nice homade breakfast is served in the morning. The place is located just 5 minutes walk to the famous sunset point and 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. I had a perfect stay and a very good nights sleep. There is AC but I didn’t need it.

A charming place very close to the beautiful streets of Oia but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Argyros and Marcos are charming hosts. The house has the spirit of the traditional, simple but cozy. And with a great terrace for perfect sunset view. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, very central and easy to get to everything. The hosts were lovely. We are on our honeymoon and got our room upgraded which we really appreciated! There were a couple of different seating areas with a sea view. Breakfast was also provided which was a great touch. The rooms are just like the photos, no surprises. Very happy and would recommend!

Low cost! Low expectation?? Not at all, basic yes, don't expect 5 star at 2 star cost. But what a pleasant place to stay over in .The owners were smashing people and very customer concerned. All in all loved the authentic Greek rooms and authentic Greek charm. Brilliant, would deffo stay again. David Hurst.

The hotel is located in the quiet area, it was very comfortable to have rest after the day full of expressions. But the center is also not far from the hotel. The breakfast so tasty and the owner's welcome (tea & tasty cakes) was very pleasant. The owners are so nice people. Highly recommend to the individual travelers who appreciate quiet places

The hotel is in a great location, close to major attractions, clean and convenient. The landlord couple are warm and considerate, and treats guests like friends. The breakfast is rich and varied. In the afternoon, we returned to the hotel tired and thirsty, and the hostess immediately served us drinks and snacks. They made us feel at home.
