The accommodation was absolutely amazing. After looking around we still think we picked the Gem, best sunset view of the island. The villa/cave is just beautiful and we are soo happy we had the chance to stay here. Can’t wait to come again and would definitely stay here ! Service and communication with the host has also been 5 star, and made our holiday perfect. Always on hand for questions and requests. Just BRILLIANT!

Perfect location. The sunsets were amazing

Everything was perfect, Sophia Privilege willage is a beauty place. Many details : the view of the village, the furnitures, the rooms, the internal pool is amazing, etc.

My stay was incredible! The room had a gorgeous panoramic sunset view from the terrace, making each evening feel magical. I loved the thoughtful eco-friendly touches, like the compostable amenities, which added to the quality of the experience. A big thank you to Valandis for recommending the cruise—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip and a memorable way to explore the area. The staff here were friendly and attentive, always ready to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with breathtaking views and a sustainable touch!

Perfect location for Oia (next to Oia castle). Unparalleled views of the sunset from the terrace! Walking distance to main Oia square with restaurants and shops. Also walking distance to the iconic Santorini domes! Indoor pool was a nice touch but the terrace with beds and hammock was definitely a highlight for us! The team arranged airport transfer for us (FYI additional fee for this) and met us at the meeting point to carry our bags to the villa to check-in. They can even arrange other activities or car hire so any requests you have, definitely communicate with the team - they’re happy to help. Nothing was bad but worth noting (mentioned in other reviews) that if you’re looking for total privacy, you won’t get it. The way Santorini is built means that you can easily look into people’s properties from above. We weren’t that bothered but thought I would mention it because during sunset, you will have people standing in-front of your villa and above it. The photos don’t show the layout of the villa that well. It’s split into 4 levels - the pool is located downstairs with some gym equipment and a small bathroom (shower wet room style). The main level has an outdoor seating area with access to bedroom 1, main living area, a bigger bathroom and a small kitchen. Next level up is bedroom 2, accessed by a step ladder in the kitchen (awkward to get up so wouldn’t recommend if you’re not comfortable climbing the steps). This bed has a smaller bathroom with shower (wet room style again) and yes you can see feet from the tiny window but they can’t see you (unless they were to physically bend down and look into the room). The top outside level, the terrance, is accessed by steps from the outdoor seating area on the main level. Overall for a family of 5 (all adults) we enjoy our stay and Tony was amazing with organising everything for us (thanks Tony and team for a great service)! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Santorini in the future :)

We didn’t like people looking into our pool (people always stopped to watch, probably because of the disco ball), so we covered the windows with towels/blankets.

The room was amazing and clean with a breathtaking view! Comfortable bed and so relaxing energy. The people working there were all so kind and helpful with everything! Excellent location as well. Maybe one of the most beautiful parts of the island.

The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed and the view was breathtaking especially during the sunset the terrace offered a perfect spot seated above the crowds. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special, he provided us with a great list of things to do and helped arrange for everything we needed. Highly recommend

Superb location with stunning views. Very characterful cave house with light and airy feel to main rooms. Watching the sunset from the roof terrace in the evening and have breakfast on the lower terrace were amazing experiences, would highly recommend.

Valandis greeted me on arrival and was amazing getting my bag through the crowds and setting me up in an absolutely beautiful spot! I loved the pool, it was incredibly relaxing.

The crowds of tourists— too many people around. Avoid August if you want more solitude.
