My partner and I stayed at Art Maisons in Oia, Santorini, for three nights, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. The sunset view from our private pool was absolutely breathtaking—something you have to see at least once in a lifetime. The suite was spotless, and the staff were beyond amazing—always kind and eager to help, which really made us feel welcome especially Dajana and Kostas. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to add more food service options. Other than the great breakfast, there wasn’t any room service available, and it would have been nice to have that convenience during our stay. Overall, we had an incredible time and would highly recommend Art Maison to anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway in Santorini!

We had a wonderful stay at the Castle Oia in Santorini. The team welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the very first moment. Their professionalism and attention to every detail made our experience truly special. They were always attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh and high-quality products every morning. Thank you for everything — we will cherish these beautiful memories!

Very nice location, rooms, amenities, and wonderful staff. They were very attentive and helpful to our needs. The room is clean and breakfast is a nice (you order what you want the day before and will bring it to your room). The room we got (cave suite with 2 bedrooms) is perfect if you need to maximize your privacy which is somewhat an issue in Santorini (especially Oia). We also had a direct sunset view from our room balcony which is a huge plus as all the tourists swarm to the same area to see the sunset and it gets crowded.

The location was perfect for the sunset directly over the water. The spa was superb looking over the caldera. The room was large and we didn't want to leave it at all.

Staff were not as attentive as we would like and were a bit rude. The difference between the sister location and this one wasn't clear enough.

This hotel is absolutely superb. The real sticking point is the location as it is not only beautiful in its own right but the hotel has the best vantage point for the sunset and of the eastern side of Oia. In addition the staff are fantastic, especially Evi who went out of her way to make our stay incredible! She went above and beyond to schedule our itinerary - from making reservations, to organizing a private dinner and room at the sister property for a special occasion. I wish we stayed longer.

No on site restaurant/bar. Plus we booked three cave pool suite. One of the suite (my son’s) the cave pool isn’t in the suite. It is located a floor below. I had a feeling they gave it away for a different customer. The staff were extremely nice so we didn’t want to confront them

there are improvements to the attention for details. didnt refill the tissue box when it ran out didnt empty the dehumidifier tank left the cleaning cloth on the desk but thank you to help us to hang our swimming suit on the clothesline, which we didn’t know it exist

I booked a suite at Art Maisons Oia Castle for my 40th birthday celebration. This resort is AMAZING. The view you are going to get from your room is breathtaking. In fact, you will pass many tourist COMING to the area around the resort to take pictures of the view. You won't have to do that because you are already there soaking up the sun on lounge chair with a hot tub behind you for late night swimming. The staff....I have never experienced such nice, polite and accommodating staff. To say they were 'great" is an understatement. We stayed next door to some folks from New York and were chit chatting over the privacy divide between rooms. They wanted to order wine. A member of the resort came up and started thoroughly explaining the wines available with great detail. He was basically the equivalent of a sommelier: very, very impressive! You don't have to worry about transporting your luggage up and down the millions of stairs as they have a bell hop that will do it for you. If you are going to Oia, be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs. Despite the cardio workout I got, I would not change anything about my stay there. Truly, truly an amazing experience!

It was a little chilly in our room and it took a minute for the heat to work. We went in March, which is their winter time. It was in the 60's. I had a decent amount of blankets and still was able to get warm enough to sleep at night.

Excellent location. Great amenities (including the cave pool and the private hot tub). Great customer service especially from Evie regarding booking dinners.

Some of the dinners were quite expensive, which I could probably have researched, but perhaps a bit more questioning on price point would be helpful. The only issue we ran into was we booked a photoshoot but were not told what photographer or where to be until I asked about 5 minutes after the suggested time (I was under the impression the photographer would be meeting us at the property given we had not heard otherwise).

I wanted to share with you my recent stay at the hotel - it was truly exceptional! Everything was amazing, from the facilities to the services provided by the staff. The staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. Can't wait to visit again soon!
