We lived in as a family in two suites, all different suites had different views and inner decorations. Everything was perfect, the rooms were luxurious and service was professional. All staff were cute friendly and amazing. The food and wines were also excellent. We will revisit.

Lots of people entering the properties through the gates, to watch the sunset, suggestion would be to use a keypad with a code for paying guests only to enter the premises

The properties view and location were excellent. Staff were super helpful and easy to communicate with. Sophia was very nice and accommodating. Helped me get reservations wherever I needed to go and made sure we had transportation if needed. The honeymoon suite was nothing like the photos on booking.com, but it was far better than advertised/expected. The welcome drink and wine that was delivered to the room were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Porter service and transportation service was top notch. The morning breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Only thing I wish I knew was that I could have requested the pool temperature to be increased, but that was my fault.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our Honey Moon suite was very well appointed with everything you might need. You could tell a lot of thought had been gone into fitting it out. From the moment you arrived subtle music was playing which created a wonderful ambiance. The staff were extremely professional and engaging. Stella at reception is a delightful young women who was very helpful in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The staff from the restaurant, Artemis and Casper, were also delightful young people who added to our experience. Nothing was too difficult for them. Thank you!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Staff Aug 2024 My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Charisma Hotel in Oia, Santorini, and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a truly unforgettable holidays. A special mention must go to Artemis, Kostas, Sammer, Zac, and James, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their service by the pool and at breakfast was simply outstanding. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying a leisurely breakfast, their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel truly pampered. They anticipated our every need and consistently delivered with grace and professionalism. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to making guests feel special, and they truly exceeded our expectations. However, we do have a small suggestion. Given the intense summer heat in Santorini, it would be great if the staff could wear shorts. It would not only be more comfortable for them but also align with the relaxed, resort-like atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, our stay at Charisma Hotel was remarkable, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Artemis, Kostas, Sammer, Zac, and James. Great location.. the edge of Oia, Santorini. Perfect to view the Caldera sunsets!! Very clean and well maintained. And excellent service by the team.. A la carte breakfast served to the portico of the rooms, overlooking the sea.. was amazing.. They helped with carrying luggage up to our rooms from the parking lot 200 mts from the hotel.. All the rooms have a gorgeous view.. restaurant set by a common infiniti pool.. offered great drinks.. and a greek menu.. very well presented.. very stylish..

The rooms are set on a cliff.. so the walk down & up to the restaurant/common pool may be a difficult one for older folks..

It was perfect! The location is amazing, stunning views over the sea, the Old Castle of Oia and breathtaking sunset! Also o enjoyed the overall energy of the place, all the people coming to see the sunset each evening, amazing armosphere! We stayed in the upper part of the hotel, near the windmill, and it was simply one of the best experiences i ever had in my “traveller life”. The room, the two pools, all the hotel’s setting and overall design was created with 100% attention to details, good taste and very high standards. We were impressed by the way we were welcomed in the hotel with complimentary lemonade and salads and a bottle of wine. We totally recommend this place. It is more than a hotel, it is an experience itself! Worth every penny. We can’t wait to come back to this amazing oasis in Santorini!

Everything was perfect

We had a great stay at Amazon Suites in Mykonos. The place is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing with amazing views. The food is fantastic, especially the breakfast. A big thank you to Danai, who was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She really made us feel welcome and took care of everything with a smile. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Beautiful- excellent view of the sunset, delicious food- but most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Everyone from breakfast delivery to cleaning to waitstaff in the restaurant was smiling and happy. Thanos was outstanding both before and after the trip- he responded promptly to all emails and helped us with all arrangements. The young men who carried the luggage were amazing! Breakfast was very good but our dinner the first night was even better! We will highly recommend Charisma to anyone coming to Santorini.!

Our party all wanted their coffee/ tea to be warmer. The service at the restaurant was extraordinarily slow. Very little to complain about😍😍
