Great location with beautiful views. We enjoyed breakfast on our terrace. Room was comfortable and spacious for our family of 3.

Stairs to hotel were steep. Staff helped us with our luggage. Be aware if you are bringing a lot of luggage.

Nice selection of breakfast which you can choose from for each morning and being delivered to your terrace so you can enjoy the spectacular view on the caldera while having breakfast. The host is really friendly and welcoming. Authentic cave like rooms, nice view on the signature blue domes. Amazing sunrise experience from your own terrace and you can also enjoy the sunset behind the private gates of the property to avoid crowd.

You have to pay the price for this spectacular location: -meaning you can’t avoid the crowds each day -Walking all the steps each day -If you are renting a car you are more likely to find a spot in the non free parking only (12 eur for 5 hours) and then going out before closing so you can find a free spot when the crowd left.. Too many drones disturbing us while resting on out terrace. Interesting if it is not prohibited or why it is not controlled in the island more.

The location was perfect for the sunset and sunrises over Oia. It's close to the castle ruins (where you can watch both sunset and sunrise - or lots of other locations around - it is busy) but the apartment is not really overlooked. We had room 7 which was a good size cave style room for two people. A warm welcome from the host. Cute breakfast of your choice brought to you each morning with coffee and juices, al fresco dining. The shower is small but it was fine for us. There is a separate bedroom with small wardrobe and a separate lounge /kitchen area which you enter into from the front door. The front door over looks the hot tub and the views of the caldera are amazing.

The shower itself was small, you can't stand under it but as I said it was fine and there were Elemis toiletries for the win. Clearly there are a lot of steps but you expect that everywhere in Oia.

The property is ideally located in one of the most famous spots in Santorini. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The views are incredible. The best part of our stay was the service provided by Mike and Antonio. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic.

One challenge is the access to it is via steep stairs that while safe can make it difficult for anyone having mobility issues.

The location of the property is amazing with a beautiful view from the balcony. The property was clean and the staff cleaned the property and changed towels etc every day. Very good choice for breakfast and good products. The staff were very helpful.

Tourist often came down the path steps to take photos so there was not a lot of privacy at times. There was a rope but not all guest put the rope back.

The location was perfect. Right by the castle in Oia. Very beautiful view. Steep steps to get down to the room. They helped with luggage. Very secure gate to enter the property as it is in the main tourist area.

There are a lot of steps, so if you have mobility issues it may be difficult to get to and from your room. Though Oia in general has a lot of steps, so this likely applies to most hotels in this neighborhood.

The view from the suite was incredibly beautiful. It was a quiet haven, away from the busy tourist area of Oia. We loved the hot tub. It was refreshing on hot days. Costa was amazing. He works so hard. From meeting us in town to guide us to the suites, to bringing us breakfast daily, and ensuring the hot tub was looked after.

The robes provided were too small. Some furnishings looked a little tired, used or faded. (rug, bed throw, sofa).

The view is amazing. It doesn't quite face sunset or sunrise but you have an amazing view of the caldera, and easy access to Oia's main pedestrian street. If you have heavy bags, definitely arrange with the hotel in advance to pick you up from the airport/ferry. They'll both pick you up in a car/bus, and also carry your bags to your room. The hotel itself has quite a few stairs, but lugging bags through the uneven crowded streets of Oia is also difficult (the closest car dropoff is a 5 min walk).

the facilities are very nice and they have a very clean room, they are also very generous in giving fresh new towels, coffees, and toiletries. this hotel also has the perfect view of the houses and the bay plus the sunset overlooking is near the hotel. also, the staffs were very nice and accomodating. we had 6 luggages and they carried it up and down without a charge, they are very helpful. this is a highly recommended hotel for when you visit Oia!

the stairs were a bit stiff but there’s a rope you can hold on to, you just need to be a bit more careful when going up and down.
