Very clean room. Also bottle of good vine and fruits as compliment I appreciate. Breakfast was wonderful, good kitchen, good cocktails near pool , dinner was exceptional. They really like to please their guests. Chef is brilliant. He made my best memories of hotel! Also very gentle and professional woman who work in Spa. I like their friendly communication and quality of massage! Staff is very gentle and helpful! Will be happy to comeback again!

Checking was a bit long and not so professional, especially when you after exhausting plane travel. Also it’s not easy to walk inside hotel, road without minicar is quite tiring. To go to centre of city Oia you should take taxi , not possible walk by foot in that dusty area around hotel. But if you want just relaxing time you don’t need to go often outside. For pool lovers there are perfect area with huge pool as well.

It was one of the best experiences I ever had! First, it's a beautiful hotel, very well organized, everything clean and with great food. Second, the view of the sunset it's just amazing! My room was right in front, with a beautiful view of the sea and sunset. Lastly and more important, the Staff and the people of the hotel. Always, close, looking to assist, very quick and kind. I want to highlight 4 of them that were incredible: Bruno ( was our first contact, as we were a bit lost and he kindly guided us), foivos another amazing guy always driving us around with a beautiful smile and happy to help, then Katarine from the breakfast and lunch - what an energy and smile and finally Chara from reception, super kind to us. Congrats and I'm sure I will be back!!

We celebrated a birthday and the hotel upgraded us to a beautiful sea-view room. Service was excellent, with shuttles always available and very kind staff. The hotel is modern and stylish, with access to Santo Pure facilities, where we preferred the pool since the bar is right next to it. Our room was serviced twice a day with fresh towels – amazing attention to detail!

For those getting around the island by car, the hotel’s parking is outside the property, which made it a bit far to walk. The breakfast did not fully meet my expectations, but that’s a matter of personal taste. Unfortunately, what I ordered wasn’t as flavorful as I had hoped.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The location has a great view and since there is always a little wind the heat was really easy to handle. Pool area was great and not crowded, we enjoyed the free fruits that were provided at the pool.

The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet which we enjoyed. The only problem was they poached eggs were always cooked to much, the staff took constructive criticism and improved immediately. In general the bar restaurant area was not very busy which was a bit depressing but private though....

Departure early breakfast delivered to the room was not up to a 5* hotel level! We received a few slices of cold cuts and cheese, a plate of fruif, fee slices of toast bread, honey and some sweet cakes! My wife is intolarent to lactose, gluten, ….. this was not really taken into consideration during this early departure breakst served in the room. Every other time, in every occssion they did everything possible, so thanks for that ! I think the early departure breakfast should be improved in variatey and quantity. Everything else was fantastic, thank you so much for the hotel staff for looking after us.

The hotel is an extension to their old property Santo Pure, and has opened recently this year in April if I remember right. Very clean and spacious property. We were welcomed in the reception with welcome drinks and checked-in fairly fast. We also found complementary fruits and wine in our suite. Room was big enough for my wife and I, and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from our pool. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from the restaurant, the bar, and near the gym. It is almost very easy to watch beautiful sunsets anywhere in the property. Water was sent to our suite twice a day and I appreciated that very much. As well as the relaxing sleep drink they send in the evening. Golf carts to take you to and from reception. They also received the car keys in the reception and they parked it because parking is a little bit far, and they bring it back fairly fast too within 5-10 minutes after I call them. We were offered two complementary drinks that we could have anytime during out stay in the bar. And also 15-minutes spa for each of us, but we couldn’t try it for lack of vacancies, so I suggest reserving early. There are yoga sessions too but we never tried them. Availability of two restaurants, the first in Santo Mine which specializes in seafood, and the other in Santo Pure which also serves meats and poultry. Location is nice in Oia, very easy to walk up to the town in 10-15 minutes, or go down to ammoudi bay in a 5-10 minutes walk. Although I do recommend renting a car if you don’t want to climb up the mountain every time you leave the hotel, and avoid very expensive taxis and only if you are confident with driving in tiny tortuous roads. I also liked how they appreciated our privacy and the privacy of our information.

Although we filled an allergy form during check-in for my wife, we had to explain the allergy again in the restaurant. So I didn’t understand why we had to fill it in the first place. We tried the restaurant in Santo Pure, and while it was a nice meal listening to live piano, I didn’t find it special enough to justify the premium prices I had to pay. Unless you plan to only stay in Oia, a car is important to visit other areas in Santorini.

Our stay in Santorini was exceptional, starting with the seamless check-in process. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed with their warm and friendly demeanor. They truly deserve high praise for their outstanding service, which was top-notch throughout our stay. They even took note of our request and ensured we got the best room available in our chosen category. The room itself was incredible, offering a unique and breathtaking view of the sunset—something you don't find just anywhere. The staff's timing was impeccable; they delivered our meal and cocktails just in time for us to enjoy the sunset from our room. The pool was fantastic, though it would have been even better if it were heated—just a minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to this resort in the future. Once again, a big thumbs up to the staff for their excellent service.

Beautiful brand new hotel. Private and quiet getaway. The staff in the restaurant and buggy men were very nice. The location: 7 minutes to Oia town centre on foot. Breakfasts are excellent, on the terrace with beautiful views. A bottle of wine and a plate of fruits as a welcome gift was very cute. We liked everything about our stay. Except one reception manager, unpleasant lady who checked us in and out and was unfriendly at all

Stayed in a beautiful suite with a perfect sunset view. Very delicious breakfast and very nice staff. The pool was also great.

A proper 5 star property EXCEPT FOR the spa. The spa needs work. The massage itself was great but the table didn’t recline or move. It is also a very small spa with a tiny locker room.

Resort was new and very clean. Staff was polite and tried their best to successfully complete our inquiries. Their spa service was great and pool area exceptional.

Definitely hotel staff needs better training and there should be some procedures implemented of how to deal with different situations.
