Thus is right in the heart of Oia. The space is very roomy and the decor is very nice. The outside area with hot tub is set back from the caldera view. But the breakfast deck with tables has a great view. Constantine, the manager, was very helpful and would arrange anything you needed. The lady who cleaned our room and fixed breakfast was so sweet and helpful. Krina went above snd beyond to help. The cave house is traditional and decorated nicely.

After extensive research I chose to stay at Kaleidoscope Cave House, more espcifically on the Blue Sky Suite. This was handpicked because it was the place I chose to propose to my girlfriend. And it was perfect! For me it is the best combination of views (both the City and the Caldera), privacy and location (close to bus stop and no need to carry luggages for long distances). The staff was amazing as Joanna helped with everything we needed. I really can't say enough about the views. To be honest, there is not much to do in Oia, so having the jacuzzi with this view was really precious!! I would recommend this place to everyone! You will not regret!

Nothing major, but the only downside of the room is that it doesn't have a direct sunset view (at least on June). I already knew that, so it didn't bother me. Also, I know that if we had direct views of the sunset, the prices would certainly be significant higher. Also, the price of the stay is not cheap. However, considering the reality of hotel prices in Oia, I honestly think it is a bargain.

The view from my room was unreal. I've traveled all over the world and this was by far the most beautiful place I've seen. My room was absolutely gorgeous, quiet, and comfortable. The location was perfect. Timmy was so helpful and arranged all my transfers. He sent me a list of restaurants and boat experiences. My only complaint is I should have stayed one more day. This was a bucket list item for me. I was not disappointed.

What an amazing experience staying at Kaleidoscope. Super good access (Specially for my pregnant wife).. the rooms are close to Santorini Main Street so you don't have to walk too many steps.. the room was amazing, and Joanna (our Host) was super kind, and insightful. The breakfast was delicious with a stunning view from the Mediterranean sea.. the lady that prepares the breakfast and cleans is very kind as well. And also Timmy was super kind.. we had an issue with the HotTub but they came immediately to fix it. Amazing staff

Johanna was amazing. We received such a warm welcome. She made sure we had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The cave style of the hotel was truly an amazing experience. This property has breath taking views and the location was close to everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our romantic honeymoon. We will never forget it.

The property was exceptional, the location was perfect right in the middle of everything on Oia. Constantine the host was great he looked after us very well, gave us a list of the best restaurants and things to do. He organised bookings for us and got us the best tables and service. We payed a small fee for a direct shuttle from the airport and they picked us up carried all of our bags to our room while Constantine gave us a walk around Oia. The views were absolutely amazing and the spa was awesome overlooking the water. We will definitely be back longer next time and didn’t want to leave.

Leaving

Our host Constantine was incredible, from check-in to check-out. He made sure he was waiting for us with he porter to carry our bags when we arrived and he walked us through the hotel and gave us amazing tips and recommendations for our stay. He booked a catamaran sunset cruise for us which was absolutely incredible and he arranged assistance with our bags on check-out as well. He texted us daily during our stay to see if we needed anything and to communicate about any plans or breakfast. Not only was he was incredible, but the view from our hot tub was absolutely breath-taking, and or room was clean and very comfortable as well. Overall we had an unforgettable time and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

I genuinely do not have a bad thing to say about this hotel, nor would I change my stay at all, just wish I could've stayed longer

The location is stunning and the staff extremely kind and professional. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable and the outside jacuzzi with the caldera view will really light up your day.

The room, maintenance, decor and furniture should be improved. In such an expensive 4 stars hotel there should be some basic amenities such like towels holders in the bathroom, better quality chairs, a couple of electric plugs close to the bed (there is just one on each side of the bed. So you have to choose between charging your phone or switching on the bedside light), a frigo bar with something more than a bottle of water inside, a system to close the shower so that the water will not flow all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery and few other details here and there.

The cave house is such an interesting place to stay in! Beautiful interior! perfect location just 3-4 mins walk to the blue domes, restaurants around, very very quiet at night, everything is so perfect!!

KONSTANTINOS!! From the moment you get out of the car, property manager Konstantinos is there with a smile ready to help you with your luggage. He explains everything about where you are and even sets you up at great local restaurants and tours. I literally needed a hair curling iron and he offered to bring his wife’s. Such pure, wonderful hospitality. The suites are right along the main walking path for Oia. The cave-like feel is unique but beautiful, and air conditioned !! Was wonderful waking up to a gorgeous sunrise and watching it from the hot tub while the staff made fresh croissants s Breakfast was included and the perfect amount to get the day started. We really enjoyed our stay here.
