My wife and I had a lovely short stay at Hom. The hotel is lovely, views are breathtaking with ocean, caldera and sunset views (in late October 2023) with great facilities and exceptional service (porter, restaurant, housekeeping). It was pretty much brand new, we cannot fault it and would highly recommend (aside from the description of our particular room which was not accurate). Upon arrival you enter to a breathtaking view and are provided with a welcome drink and given a tour of the hotel with reception providing tips for restaurants. The porter is really kind and helpful. The hotel is relatively small with 13 rooms so is relatively peaceful. It is on the edge with no other hotels below. It is 5 minute walk from the start of the boulevard so away from the hustle bustle which is lovely. There is even a market at the entrance for any essentials. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and had every amenity including nice touches like chocolates, popcorn and a welcome fruit basket. Not sure about ironing facilities as we had our own travel options. Our room was a Standard Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub and Sea View which was nice but was not clearly described as it was based in a hallway, partial sea views at best with one having to leave the room to use the hot tub so was akin to the public pool. Breakfast is delightful with an a la carte menu, we tried most things all which were delicious. The bar staff are friendly and provide exceptional attentive service. The second we were sitting on the loungers they would bring water. Breakfast in the room is available at no extra cost and is particularly nice with the views. There are lunch and dinner options and the food is to an extremely high standard albeit rather expensive (even for Santorini). The restaurant manager was a great guy and even offered to tweak the dishes and source halal meat for us which is really above and beyond. We had the Baklawa one evening which amazing and one of the best we have ever had.

HOM Hotel in Santorini is an outstanding choice. The staff are exceptionally attentive, making your stay feel special. The views are breathtaking—truly some of the best you'll find, especially from rooms with private balconies or hot tubs. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds. You’ll sleep well here, thanks to the peaceful atmosphere. While it’s on the pricier side, the quality of service, views, and overall experience make it worth every penny. It’s a stunning place that offers both luxury and serenity.

They sold me on the fact that a Michelin-starred chef designed the menu, and Michelin even recommended the HOM hotel on their website. Don't get me wrong—the food is good, but far from Michelin-star level. The hot tubs need to be emptied (or checked) every time the guests come and go; they should check the mess they live behind. Unfortunately, HOM didn't practice this with our Hot Tub, so we didn't use it much. The shower was leaking, so the water was everywhere but manageable.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hom Santorini, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hoetl itself is beautifully appointed with stylish, decor that creates a soothing and relaxing ambiance. But what really made my stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in the mydoor, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk attendant who checked me in was so friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations and answering all my questions about the hotel and surrounding area. Throughout my stay, every single staff member I encountered was happy to assist me with anything I needed. The concierge bent over backwards to get me reservations at a very popular local restaurant. The housekeeping staff did an immaculate job cleaning my room and even left sweet goodnight chocolates on my pillow. And the room service was lightning fast and incredibly courteous. I was just so impressed by the effort and care put in by each and every staff member. They truly went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and make sure I had the best possible experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled. But even more so, their kindness and desire to be helpful made me feel so welcomed and valued as a guest. I cannot recommend Hom Santorini highly enough, especially for anyone looking for stellar customer service. The exceptional staff made my stay absolutely exquisite from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and I highly recommend it.

All was perfect!

Perfect location , a 5 min walk to the town of Oia where you will find all the restaurants and shops . The walk down to the hotel is very short and you get help with your luggage from the kind gentlemen that works there . Everything from the location to the breakfast to the pool area to the rooms was impeccable, couldn’t had asked for anything more . Everyone from the front desk to the bar area to maintenance was very kind and welcoming . You might not be able to catch the full sunset here but everything is a short walk to the town so we didn’t mind at all . Perfect couples hotel , very relaxing and quiet - and the views are out of a picture perfect book ( unbelievable) . We would stay here again and again.

very large rooms with private jacuzzi on the balcony. the view was 10/10, absolutely breathtaking. the hotel was very very clean and very modern whilst remaining the private feel amongst the town full of different hotels. the staff were always jumping to help whenever they could but also gave us enough space to ourselves. breakfast menu was simple but elevated and really delicious and hotel was only a 5 minute walk away from the main town full of shops and restaurants.

the gym was poorly equipped and the jacuzzi on the balcony was way too hot for the heat of greece, we burnt ourselves a few times just trying to get into the hot tub because the metal heated up so much. the hotel itself was a bit pricey but honestly we would highly recommend.

Everything!! The view was breathtaking and the staff were exceptional. Ritz Carlton level and then some! Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of delicious offerings. They even brought us coffee and croissants for our 5:30am departure (their suggestion). The front desk staff, especially Elani, went over and above to arrange transportation and a lovely itinerary for the day. Loved the catamaran!! Our experience was 10/10!!

The hotel is exceptionally run by Thomas and his brilliant team. This was a honeymoon trip for myself and my partner and we were looked after extremely well. The location is perfect, with amazing views of the sea, and a short walk in to the town of Oia. The hotel is clean, smart, stylish and relaxed at the same time. This is a boutique hotel so you almost feel like its your own at times, but the inviting bar by the pool with the views out to sea is a very sociable space. The food and beverage team will look after you perfectly, serving a delicious range for breakfast, and expertly prepared cocktails in the evening. The whole team will make you fell welcomed, and make your stay unforgettable. Truly the best stay we could have asked for, so relaxing, and very grateful.

Out of all the hotels we have stayed at throughout our travels this must be rating in the top 4. We love staying in places which offer great contemporary interior design as well as feeling homely, welcoming and in touch with the local architecture. Huge attention to details around as well as with the service. Hom Santorini has it all!! Perfectly located In the quiet part of Oia, but still only a few minutes walk from its heart. Not overlooked like some hotels are and offering the most stunning views of the Caldera. The staff were SO nice, friendly and helpful always there if you needed them but still discreet. The a la carte breakfast is gorgeous and varied and dinner at the hotel though expensive (high end London prices) is delicious. Dishes use local sourced produced and inspired by traditional Greek recipes reinvented. Would definitely recommend at least one dinner there by the pool overlooking the Caldera (very Romantic). I did a lot of research before booking the hotel and this definitely was the best choice. Could not recommend highly enough.

Maybe more hooks in the room to hang towels. that all I can criticise :-)

Truly our favourite stay over the whole 2 months of our Europe trip!! HOM was nothing short of magical. We even extended our stay last minute, because we loved it so much. Views were breathtaking. Our room felt so private. Food was amazing. Staff were beyond attentive and helpful (they even assisted us in finding/getting our lost luggage that was stuck in Athens from our connecting flight to Santorini - from following up with the airline, arranging all transport for us to get to and from the airport to go retrieve our luggage and so much more.) 10/10 recommend this incredible hotel. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Santorini.
