1，1. The service of the hotel staff is excellent and exceeds expectations. Especially the front desk housekeeper Dimit, warm and sincere and infectious, one-stop solution to a lot of small problems. His restaurant recommendations, including tips for things to do around, helped us very practically. He will put himself in the guest's shoes and do his best to create the best experience for you. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and can be delivered to your room, you can enjoy breakfast with the sun and the sea view 3, the hotel's pool area design is very good, the depth of the pool is 15 to 3 meters, 1 pm to 2 pm is the most suitable time for swimming. There is a sea view area with a full row of chairs by the pool, which is directly preceded by the main cliff walkway, which visitors must pass. You can see different groups of people around the world and the experience is very special 4. The location of the hotel is very convenient to go in fira On the main road of Oia, one stop before Oia: get off at Vazeos and walk 20 meters to the hotel. It is only 600 meters to walk to the downtown area of Oia and 800 meters to watch the sunset

Location is perfect, amazing sun-set view from room balcony or pool area. I book the room with balcony. Staff is extremely helpful. Set menu for breakfast which has enough options to choose from and gets delivered in you where ever you want in hotel. I tried the lunch meals from hotel restaurant and was great. I took some photos below from my room. Will definitely stay there again whenever I am back.

Loved everything.

Within easy walking distance of Oia but out of what can be quite busy and chaotic. the sunset view from the pool is gorgeous. Everything was comfortable whilst embracing traditional furnishings. our room, 25, had a terrace for morning sun and a balcony for evening sun so always a sunny and a shady place to sit. The pool was lovely and all guests using the pool loungers were made to feel especially welcome by a lovely lady called Fo. In fact all the staff were great. Thank you

The location is excellent, incredible breathtaking view of the caldera, the town of Oia, the sunsets! The action on the vast expanse of water of cruise ships, catamarans speedboats and here you have a Birds Eye view from the comfort of the pool area with chairs and tables set along the view front. You are the envy of all passersby on the pedestrian path to town below you, it is 5 mins walk to center main strip but out of the afternoon crush in town. The evenings here are heaven and the daytime pool lounging is heaven with wonderful Andreas to serve good food and drinks! Special thanks to Dimritis who made our stay unforgettable he is so welcoming happy and accommodating, Eleftheria and Matina on front desk are a joy, efficient and happy to assist you with all it seems nothing is too much trouble here! The housekeeping staff are wonderful with their smiling daily care and replenishment of your room. We experienced both the standard pool view room which was really generously sized room more like an apartment with lovely view from its terrace , the shower is small but perfectly adequate so value for money in this room is excellent. The junior suite is huge it’s long balcony has incredible panoramic views sunsets from here Amazing! The views from every window in the light filled bedroom and living room were awesome. Both types of rooms well equipped and comfortable. Supermarket so close too in fact stop reading this and just book here you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely nothing

Everything! Location is perfect. You are literally 10minute walk from Oia centre but it’s also far enough away from the centre that it’s so peaceful! Such a great spot for the sunset too as you can watch by the pool and see it going down behind all the gorgeous buildings, plus you don’t have to be surrounded by all the crowds to see it. The staff are superb! Matina and Dimitrius at reception were so helpful and gave us loads of advice and recommendations for our time there, and helped us book transfers to places and a sunset boat tour. Andreas at the bar is so lovely! Everyone makes sure you’re so well looked after, asking how you are and how your day went and taking genuine interest in your life. Breakfast is amazing, so many options and you get so much! Really sets you up for the day! The rooms themselves are so lovely! Comfy bed, everything we needed in the kitchen. Pool is perfect, especially for those hot evenings. Bar serves loads of drinks and snacks that they bring to you whilst you relax round the pool. It really was incredible and me and my Mum can’t wait to return! I don’t think staying anywhere else is ever going to top this!

NOTHING! It was perfect!!

The property is absolutely gorgeous! The view from our balcony was a dream and even though there were some stairs to get to the room, we really enjoyed the privacy of it. The pool area had a good amount of sun-beds and chairs for you to either relax and read a book or order delicious cocktails made by Andreas. A big shout out to the entire staff: Andreas, Matina and in particular to Dimitri. Dimitri welcomed us with the biggest smile at 4 am in the morning (after our flight was delayed multiple times), communication & attentiveness were excellent and he also gave us amazing recommendations on things to do, restaurants and even wine. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Nikos Villas and we’ll certainly be back!

Nothing, everything was excellent

We received the warmest of welcomes from Martina on our arrival . All the staff we came into contact with went out of their way to be friendly and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble . We opted for an apartment with a good sea view and we were so impressed with it. The bed was extremely comfortable and we made use of the robe and slippers. Toiletries were luxurious and the towels soft and fluffy and replaced every day . It was good to have the small kitchen especially the fridge and kettle . We spent lots of time sitting on the terrace just staring at the view and watching the passers by on the little footpath. The pool was a nice size and it was pleasant sitting beside it with a cocktail and a nice lunch . The sunsets are very special and almost spiritual. We mostly watched them from the poolside or from a little church on a hill nearby , away from the crowds in Oia.

What a view! It's breathtaking, and you can see the sunset from the balcony with no big issues. Room is really comfy and huge, has a small kitchen and a living room that is big enough to accommodate 2 people. Breakfast is incredible, and it's brought to your balcony. Food is great and enough to be considered a brunch. Pool is nice, has a good size and it's the best place in the hotel to see the sunset from. Hotel is really close to Oia's centre, not even a 10-minute walk, and from there is possible to get transportation to Fira very easily. Room is not luxurious, but it's good! It has 2 balconies, and the view is spectacular.

Room is comfortable, but it deserves a remodeling. Bathtub does not have any curtains, so you end up flooding the bathroom, and the and ceiling over the bathtub is not high enough to put the shower attached to the wall - so you have to hold it during your entire shower. If you're a tall person you will also have problems showering, I'm not that tall and I was almost hitting my head in the ceiling. The rest of the bathroom is huge and has a really high ceiling, so I'm not sure why the bathtub was put exactly on that tiny spot - maybe it has nothing to do with bad interior design planning, but I think it's worth it to highlight it so people won't be caught by surprise.

We loved everything about this place .. from the beautiful location and views to the gorgeous Apartment and Villa we had.. to the exceptional staff.. have never experienced anything as good as Nikos! Breakfast was amazing and brought to our terrace each morning! From the moment we arrived Dimitri made us feel at home. Both he and his staff provided exceptional service! Nothing was a problem for this guy.. he truly loves his job and it shows!! We loved every minute… absolutely nothing but good things to say about this place! Pool was probably the biggest and nicest in Oia.. with incredible views. Food and drinks were provided at the pool bar by Andreas who was very attentive and polite. Exceptional place we highly recommend and will definitely be back.

A very warm welcome at the reception. No matter how tired you are, you feel relaxed once you are welcomed. The views are awesome from the first floor. The swimming pool is very neat and clean. I saw myself early morning cleaning. The early morning views sitting by the pool side are awesome. Another thing that makes it cool is the bus stop. Furthermore, the moment you arrive you get complete guidelines about everything. Where to go, how to go. You get a kitchen of your own and you have plenty of options that can be served from their kitchen, Andreas is the super man in the kitchen. If you think this is an expensive place, then think again as the money you spend is totally worth. All amenities are nearby, getting rental cars or buggies, just ask for it at reception.
