His restaurant recommendations, including tips for things to do around, helped us very practically. He will put himself in the guest's shoes and do his best to create the best experience for you. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and can be delivered to your room, you can enjoy breakfast with the sun and the sea view 3, the hotel's pool area design is very good, the depth of the pool is 15 to 3 meters, 1 pm to 2 pm is the most suitable time for swimming. There is a sea view area with a full row of chairs by the pool, which is directly preceded by the main cliff walkway, which visitors must pass. You can see different groups of people around the world and the experience is very special 4. The location of the hotel is very convenient to go in fira On the main road of Oia, one stop before Oia: get off at Vazeos and walk 20 meters to the hotel. It is only 600 meters to walk to the downtown area of Oia and 800 meters to watch the sunset

Location is perfect, amazing sun-set view from room balcony or pool area. I book the room with balcony. Staff is extremely helpful. Set menu for breakfast which has enough options to choose from and gets delivered in you where ever you want in hotel. I tried the lunch meals from hotel restaurant and was great. I took some photos below from my room. Will definitely stay there again whenever I am back.

I didn’t like the shower. It was so small. You can’t take a bath without hitting your arm or elbow by the wall, no glass protection or a cabin to close the door just a fabric around, which was moving by the waves of the water while in the shower all the water came out of the shower and cover the floor

The view is to die for, the breakfast magnificent and delivered to our room each morning by the gorgeous Therios. Martina at reception was very sweet and helpful. In all the staff could not do enough for their guests. The position of the villas is also perfect - just on the edge of the busy town of Oia but easy to walk in and easy to get away again. We could see the sunset perfectly from our own terrace. There is a little mini market across the road and even a local bus stop right outside if you want to go to Fira. We walked to Fira via the 10km walking track. It was lovely but make sure you leave earlier than we did as it gets very hot! The bed was very comfortable and having a fridge/freezer and sitting area was fabulous. There is even a very convenient little washing line outside each unit. It has an authentic feel but with all the comforts for a relaxing holiday.

We really loved everything. If I am forced to pick something it was that the shower water went all over the floor every shower no matter what we tried. Really not an issue at all but a bit irritating.

The location is perfect... walking distance to the centre but far enough to have the calm during the evening. It's been a very long time since I didn't experience such a warm stay at a hotel. The entire staff is beyond professional and warm. They truly made the difference and made our stay so special. We celebrated the birthday of my parents, and they went above and beyond to make them feel so special. Also I would like to extend my special thanks to Matina for organising everything for us, from the special surprise to attending every request we had with such grace amd warmth. The views are spectacular. The pool is amazing, and the surroundings are so pitoresque. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy our summers there.

You will not be disappointed if you pick Nickos Villas.  The location is perfect. The accommodation layout has been very well-thought-out. The views from the poolside and rooms are stunning.  The staff are warm and welcoming, making the atmosphere very homely. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful with a big selection and the added bonus of being delivered to your balcony. There are 3 restaurants very close to the villa, away from the expensive and crowded restaurants. Please give them a try! Krinaki Santorini Mou Anemomilos

Perfect location away from the crowds but close enough for an easy walk to Oia. Bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchenette all spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional furniture. Two balconies, one of which was big enough to accommodate two sunbeds, two chairs, two tables and a large sun parasol. The views from the hotel are spectacular as it is perched on a ridge and there was no need to leave the grounds to see the legendary sunset.

If you are booking it may be worth passing on the breakfast included option. The choices available on the menu, which may indeed be fabulous, were unusual and not to our taste but there are other options not far away. Not really a criticism but you may want the choice.

Everyone was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We were given a map when we got there with plenty of ideas of places to eat and activities. If we needed anything fixing it happened straight away. There were fresh toiletries given to us daily and a choice of whether we changed towels or not. The views were exceptional with our own private viewing of the famous Oia sunset. Beautiful place.

A little bit pricey but probably to be expected and when compared with other similar places on the island actually it was one of the more reasonable

Wonderful views from the entire property. Set in a peaceful and quiet area yet in close proximity to town. A nice 10 min walk into town for restaurants and shops. Really sweet staff at the reception who were considerate to leave boxes of breakfast for us in the fridge before our early morning departure. Loved the serenity and calm of this property.

The pillows and bed are a bit firm for my liking but could be a personal choice. We were expecting staff to help with our large bags due to the staircases and walk to the main road before our flight, but probably due to a last minute issue they didn’t show up and we didn’t receive any information.

The location is excellent, incredible breathtaking view of the caldera, the town of Oia, the sunsets! The action on the vast expanse of water of cruise ships, catamarans speedboats and here you have a Birds Eye view from the comfort of the pool area with chairs and tables set along the view front. You are the envy of all passersby on the pedestrian path to town below you, it is 5 mins walk to center main strip but out of the afternoon crush in town. The evenings here are heaven and the daytime pool lounging is heaven with wonderful Andreas to serve good food and drinks! Special thanks to Dimritis who made our stay unforgettable he is so welcoming happy and accommodating, Eleftheria and Matina on front desk are a joy, efficient and happy to assist you with all it seems nothing is too much trouble here! The housekeeping staff are wonderful with their smiling daily care and replenishment of your room. We experienced both the standard pool view room which was really generously sized room more like an apartment with lovely view from its terrace , the shower is small but perfectly adequate so value for money in this room is excellent. The junior suite is huge it’s long balcony has incredible panoramic views sunsets from here Amazing! The views from every window in the light filled bedroom and living room were awesome. Both types of rooms well equipped and comfortable. Supermarket so close too in fact stop reading this and just book here you won’t be disappointed!
