Great location and if you are driving there is a parking lot next to the property.

Some suites have shared balconies, so make sure you research specific suites if that is the problem for you.

10 out of 10 for the hotel and staff at IKIES Santorini. The location is perfect - about a 15-minute walk to the shopping and restaurant area in Oia, so you don't get noise from tourists and you have privacy to enjoy the view while at the hotel pool. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They offer a pickup bus from the airport to the hotel, which was very convenient when our flight arrived at midnight in Santorini and departed early. The breakfast was really good with a variety of choices. I would definitely stay at the same hotel if I visit Santorini again. Katerina and all the other staff are the best.

Beautiful setting, clean, quiet, outstanding views.

Just a small thing but bottled water was provided in the room on arrival, when it ran out we had to pay for it to be replenished. In most hotels of this standard, still water is replenished on a daily basis without charge. Also it would be really handy to get a pre-warning when the hot tub was being checked. A couple of times when we were getting ready for the evening, we were caught unaware by the gentleman on the terrace. The receptionist who checked us in on our arrival was really lovely and very friendly.

The view with the sea and caldera was so worth it! The staff were all super friendly! Our stay here easily elevated our experience in Santorini. I was very indecisive when booking hotels but decided to book this hotel upon my research. I'm very glad I did and I have no regrets! Easily the best hotel we've stayed at because of how clean our room was, our room was amazing, very modernized, very easy to communicate with staff, friendly staff, and great hotel accommodations. The food was super fresh and served to our rooms. Our stay also included AC, fridge, coffee maker.

We liked everything!

The property offers the most stunning views of Oia—an ideal spot to watch the sunsets. We stayed in the Boatman apartment, which is located close to reception but still felt very private, peaceful, and quiet. It featured a hot tub and plenty of space on the terrace. However, it was the staff who truly made our stay exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and professional, offering great recommendations and looking after us throughout our visit. A big thank you to Katarina, Kidiki, Mark, and Yuri (apologies if I’ve misspelled any names!). Although there isn't an on-site restaurant, the property offers in-room dining with an extensive à la carte menu featuring delicious, freshly cooked meals. We would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

As it was the start of the season (I believe we were the first to stay in the Boatman apartment in 2025!), it took a little time to sort out the water supply and balance the hot water—but we got there in the end. Other than that, there was nothing we didn’t like. It was the perfect spot for a short vacation, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were really amazed by it. Firstly, the location of the hotel is great. You can see the amazing views of the whole city and also the sunset in the sea from the hotel. Secondly, the service was wonderful. All people from the staff were really nice to us and they helped us a lot in organising our transport and also other activities like going on a boat in the sea. Finally, the rooms were also nice. We had a room for three with a jacuzzi and we liked it a lot. Outside every room there are sun-beds which is an amazing detail to the room. Also the thing that satisfied us the most from this hotel is the fact that every morning you have your breakfast being served and the table in front of your room so as soon as you open the doors when you wake up you can have a beautiful sea view with your breakfast.At all our stay at the hotel was really enjoyable and we recommend it to other people so that they can have an amazing stay at Santorini.

Ikies Suites Santorini is an amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and took great care of us the whole trip, from organising taxis, helping us with our luggage etc. The property is beautiful, perfect location to have great views of Oia, but only a short walk into the centre of Oia. Our suite was wonderful, and the private terrace was perfect to enjoy breakfast on every morning. Breakfast was also incredible, and a great selection. We had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat

From the minute my daughter and I arrived to Ikies in Santorini we were in awe with the location the view the room and the incredible staff. We even got to meet the owner! Thank you to Katerina Kiriaki Gianni Fred and all the staff! I can't say enough great things each and every one and how amazing they were to us! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional! Our table (each room has an assigned table) was a dream! Our breakfast which we got to choose every night for the next morning was cooked to perfection! We even had lunch and other meals there that were so delicious! Choices were great! It was quite with an amazing pool overlooking the caldera! A quick walk to the center of Oia! Also when our flight was cancelled late at night without hesitation they made sure they could accommodate us! I am so thankful for everything! We can wait to go back! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!! Everything was beyond perfect!! There is nothing to not like!

Excellent location, stunning views and really comfy property. The breakfast each morning was fab, delivered to our terrace - sometimes a bit cold but that is understandable given it is taken to the terrace. It was so peaceful and away from the centre, but just a couple of minutes from the restaurant options. Sunset from the terrace was incredible. Beautiful few days of escape.

It took a little while for the mugs and supplies in the room to be re-stocked and it would have been a nice touch to have fresh bottled water each day. But that's just a minor point.

The IKIES is perfect! It is located at the beginning of Oia so you can see the whole town like a picture postcard from the hotel. The staff are amazing! A special thanks to Catherina for her warm welcome and helping us with whatever we needed be it a taxi or restaurant reservations. The breakfast is served on your private terrace and absolutely delicious and had so many unlimited options that we didn’t know what to choose! The hotel also provides all day dining in your room/terrace and whenever we ordered anything it was superb. We can’t wait to go back!
