Everything was exceptional. This was our second time at Perivolas and it blew us away just as much. The staff are absolutely amazing, you could want for nothing. Every detail is thought of. The amenities are beautiful, clean and well maintained. The location is close to everything. It is quiet like a slice of heaven. We will be back :)

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

We went to cool off for my husband’s 40th. Not only they gave us a free upgrade. From the moment you arrive at that port, the driver was waiting for our arrival. The team treated us at the resort. It was comfort, luxury, hospitality and serenity, just what we were looking to get. We tried the spa, the prices were not horrendous and we seriously got rejuvenated. The resort has an excellent steam and sauna room. We couldn’t be happier and we will be their loyal clients now every time wer in Oia. I really wish we had stayed longer. But definitely next time. The restaurant, the breakfast. We were supposed to leave early morning and the hotel staff packed our breakfast for on the go. I’ve lived in many luxury resorts but no one does it. Our room was spacious, it was an upgraded suite with jacuzzi. Can write more. But thank you pergolas for spoiling us rotten! ❤️

Nothing at all.

Absolutely everything!! The informative driver who picked us up at the ferry dock; the warm welcome and caring, professional tour of the facilities; the staff who took our luggage to our rooms, cleaned and replaced used towels multiple times a day; caring and attentive staff around the pool and in the restaurant. Impossibly breathtaking view from our bed, the pool, and restaurant. Gorgeous suite! Beautiful decor! Exquisite breakfasts and dinner! Perfectly made cocktails and drinks in general! The obvious desire to make this one of the best experiences ever. And they more than succeeded!

The only complaint we have is that we weren't able to stay longer! This is a dream experience that everyone should have at least once in their lives. We were made to feel so very special. Definitely a 12/10!!

The location is perfect, close enough to the centre of Oia to walk in easily but far enough away to be incredibly quiet and peaceful. The views are incredible - the view as you walk through from the car park made us catch our breath in awe. I’d seen all the photos but nothing prepares you for that caldera view. We stayed in a junior suite, which is one of the more “entry” level rooms but still had a beautiful terrace area outside our suite with loungers and a table and chairs. Service from all staff we encountered was exemplary, from helpful and fast responses to queries before our stay to getting us probably the best sunset view table in the restaurant that they organised our reservations for. We especially enjoyed the hospitality from Julia at breakfast. Food at breakfast and the one dinner we ate at the hotel was absolutely delicious. The pancakes were some of the best I have ever tasted (and I am a bit of a pancake connoisseur!!) I highly recommend having at least one dinner in the hotel restaurant. The main infinity pool is hard to beat and I would find myself staring out at the view rather than reading my book!

I think that the room was lovely but a bit simple for the cost (although I think that may be partly due to the overall aesthetic of the hotel). The bathroom was very small again for the price point of the room, however, you are paying for being in Oia and for the absolutely stunning views along with impeccable service and peaceful surroundings.

Located on the most beautiful part of Santorini, this hotel embodies the definition of understated luxury. Nestled on a cliff facing the caldera, the hotel boasts beautiful rooms(ours also had a private outdoor jacuzzi) with breathtaking views. The infinity pool is never crowded. breakfast is served by the pool with high quality ingredients. One of the few times where hotel is better than than the photos available on the website. Just on another level

Probably room amenities can be better and some upgrades of the sound system would not harm. Nothing that affect the sense of awe you’ll have from the moment you arrive to the (sad) moment you leave

This was more expensive for a hotel than we would usually go for, but it was utterly amazing. The staff were all so extremely friendly, warm and professional. The hotel felt luxurious but also very tasteful- it wasn't flashy but just really really exceptional. The cave rooms were beautiful, and the best bit was of course the view. We were upgraded which was really special, and we loved our room. The food was also really good, we had supper twice and both nights it was delicious, with really nice fish and meat options. It is very much fine dining rather than a normal hotel restaurant. The breakfast was lovely every morning, with lots of choice and they were generous with with what you could have. They also did a really good lunch. Again, expensive but a massive treat. Also there aren't so many other good places in Oia if you are a foody, so it was great to have the option of really nice food in the hotel. The hotel had an amazing location on the caldera, in the quieter (and much nicer) side of town. Even though it is terrace style, it still had enough privacy for us. Overall, it was definitely worth it and I'm so happy we stayed there.

We were there at a humid time of year, so the room felt a bit humid at night. Not really the fault of the hotel though!

Everything! Location, views, sunsets (oh, the sunsets!), service, food - it’s a spectacular place! The best thing about our stay was still however the staff - from reception to housekeeping and with a special mention for Vasilis, who was the most attentive and professional every single day and always remembered what we liked and accommodated my health restrictions with a smile - he is a true asset to the team. Great hospitality and cannot recommend enough!

Staff were exceptional. The location is great, om the outskirts of Oia and writhing easy walk of the Centre. Breakfast was fantastic. The suite was spacious and traditional. Views are unbeatable!

The ceilings are fairly low in the suite in parts (we are both quite tall) and the mirror was very low in the bathroom so you had to crouch a bit! The bed was comfortable but on a traditional stone plank and one person had to climb over the other in the night if they needed to get up. All small things - overall it was superb!

The employees in the restaurant are exceptional and truly made the experience at the hotel wonderful. They were so welcoming and genuinely kind that it made me want to just stay at the hotel! Also, the views are of course, stunning, but another plus for me is that the hotel is located far enough away from loud music/bars in Oia that you don’t hear it from your room, but still within walking distance of everything.

Not really a big negative, and it’s not something that would affect anyone’s stay, but something I didn’t like was that the room was a bit lacking in what I would consider basic amenities. Our room was charming in decor, and I understand the need to maintain the traditional style, but there was limited space for storing items like toiletries and there was only one small mirror in the bathroom that was set at torso height. It would’ve been nice maybe for the cabinet space below the sink to be accessible to guests (ours had cleaning supplies in it) and an additional mirror in the room.

this place is AMAZING. Pictures do not do it justice, the facility is immaculate and well designed, with the most incredible views from everywhere on the property. Highlights: - lots of comfortable outdoor seating in private nooks overlooking the sea. - amazing location - quiet, right on the edge of Oia but only a 5-15 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. - room is very spacious, clean and comfortable with nespresso coffee machine in the room. - breakfast is delicious and goes until 11:30am, lunch by the pool is also very good (big portions, see picture below). - staff are very nice and helpful, transport to/from the hotel is a nice touch. - nice big gym with a lap pool - Pool and hot tub are very nice and overlook the sea - only 20 rooms so it’s not too crowded
