The View of the Caldera is one of the best from the entire earth.

Nothing, they’re all fantastic!

Nostos apartments was the perfect location for our stay in Oia for our Honeymoon. The staff were all amazing, they could not have done more for us. Everyone was so welcoming and lovely, always greeted with a smile and a hello. The cave style room with our own hot tub was perfect, not to mention the super breakfast every morning, with views we will never forget. Having a main pool, with an onsite bar was perfect for days we just wanted to chill out. A special mention to the reception staff who organised our sunset cruise. Their recommendation of a particular company was brilliant and was a real highlight of our entire trip We had a really late flight and were able to stay in our room a bit later than checkout and this made such a difference. If you are considering staying here, just book it. From the moment we booked our stay until we left, it was just perfect!!

Absolutely nothing!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a truly memorable experience. The view over the Caldera was breathtaking, and the private heated jacuzzi on our terrace was a perfect romantic spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Breakfast was served each morning directly on our balcony according to our wishes, which made the start of the day very special. The location was excellent – close to the main pedestrian street of Oia, yet private enough to avoid the crowds. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

As for minor challenges, there were quite a lot of stairs to climb (though that is part of the charm of Oia and good for health). The transfer service to and from the airport was convenient but a bit overpriced.

We stayed here on our 30th anniversary trip as we were hoping for a special experience in Santorini. Wow, we were overjoyed. What a fantastic property. Stunningly beautiful location with a cave room that was very comfortable, cool, and with great bathroom/shower facilities. Nostos felt like a retreat away from crowds and action. We had breakfast to order daily on our terrace and drinks on the terrace or by the pool (very cool cave pool). The view is stunning and so calming. Easy to walk back up to the pedestrian path in Oia and get back into the crowds and to restaurants and shops. But as soon as we started descending the stairs to Nostos all that evaporated into calm and peace. Staff was super helpful at arranging transportation, and it's an easy walk from the dropoff at Luno Oia. What a stellar experience from both a property and a staff standpoint. Stefanos, Marina, and many others really made our stay special.

No concerns

Everything was fantastic, From the second you reach the property the whole staff is waiting to give you the most incredible hospitality. Bags are carried from the top of the strip all the way down to your room. The food service is delicious with delivery to either your poolside lounge area or the door of your room! The breakfast on the balcony each morning is a surreal experience and very tasty! All of the staff is very friendly and give incredible recommendations. The pool was warm, spotless and open all day till 11pm. We had a delightful stay and would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Oia!

Absolutely fabulous room / apartment with an independent bedroom with a double room (and an incredible view) and another double room in the 'studio kitchen' area. The view from the terrace was amazing, and the front desk (Marina) was so friendly and helpful - it was a lovely stay, and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone else wanting to stay on the cliff in a the cave style properties in Oia.

Only small issue was the light above the door in the main studio part of the apartment - where my husband and I stayed (as we gave the other independent bedroom to our daughter). Whilst we appreciated it was to indicate the fire escape, the orange light was very bright and made it impossible for our room to be dark at night (which did impact our sleep sadly). Not sure that there is much that can be done about it, but it was very annoying when we trying to sleep. Bring an eye mask!

Amazing location with excellent customer service. We were welcomed by Niko and Stefanos to this beautiful property with a superb view of the bay and sunset view to die for. We could not have chosen a better property in Santorini to enjoy our trip. Lastly, our morning breakfast every day was made to perfection and served on the balcony with great hospitality. Definitely will be coming back here and recommending to family and friends.

The only drawback was 40-50 steps to get to the cave house apartment.

Reception welcomed us from the airport shuttle that was organized by the hotel. Helped us carry our luggage down the stairs and was welcomed at the reception desk where we were shown to our rooms & provided with in-depth knowledge about things to do/where to eat on the island during our stay.

The water temperature for the private outdoor tub could have been warmer, but otherwise the property was exceptionally clean, all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful and our stay was absolutely amazing!

The staff in these suites were exceptional. They could not do enough for us, we only had to ask. The caves were immaculate and the views were absolutely breathtaking!! We have never visited such a beautiful location. Our cave accommodation overlooked this amazing view and it was simply wonderful. Our own private breakfast was served to us daily-what a special treat!! Thank you to the entire team at Nostos. A truly special holiday.

Nostos Apartments were fabulous. The help I received via emails before we even arrived. The team helped me book a private boat cruise, transport & restaurants. From the moment we arrived & the porters had to take our luggage down the steps to getting us into our room. They were amazing. The room was great, food was wonderful. I could not have been happier with booking nostos and would highly recommend.

Nothing everything was great. Even the stairs getting to & from the apartments. But if you didn’t have to go down the stairs then the view wouldn’t have been as spectacular.
