The hotel is family run. Anna and Marousa are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They will arrange anything from car hire to food delivered to your room or sun lounger. Location is on the edge of Oia which we found to be better than in the center. Short walk to the shops. Fantastic sea views to the North and South. Bus stop is very close to the hotel. Nice private pool to the rear. Daily cleaning and fresh towels, bed changed every other day. Great choice of breakfast delivered to your room.

Because of the beautiful buildings and scenery there are a lot of visitors to Oia.

The location was perfect, walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants in Oia. Anna helped us hire a car to see the rest of the island, she was extremely helpful and also helped us with booking a boat cruise. I really loved my stay and the staff. Couldn’t fault it at all. My sister in law was pregnant and Anna went over and above to make sure she had everything she needed as well as making the rest of us comfortable and give lots of tips and tricks for our stay in Oia. There was a lovely private terrace which was perfect for watching the beautiful Santorini sunset. Thank you so much Anna for your hospitality.

My daughters and I stayed in early June and had a wonderful experience at Ianthe Villas. The manager Ania is a friendly , gracious host. There is a beautiful sunset view over the town of Oia from the deck. In fact there is a 360 degree view of the island and sea that is stunning. The sun rises behind a mountain and the caldera is brilliantly cast in peach tones in the morning. We hiked from Fira to Oia along the rim , down the mountain straight to the Inn. The Oia marble walkway is just a few minutes away. We walked from the Inn to Ammoudia Bay and swam in the sea. There is a bus stop a block or two from the Inn, but you'll need to tell the driver ahead of time of your intentions to disembark. The accommodations were extremely comfortable. Ania helped us make arrangements for activities and delivered a most delicious breakfast.

My 9 year old girl and I stayed in the villa, and it was really an authentic experience! To live in a typical cave house facing the beautiful caldera, and to wake up every morning to those calm and spectacular views was the main highlight of our visit to Santorini. The villa has a jacuzzi fronting the view that you can enter at any time, a table to have breakfast, and two sunbeds for relaxing. The water quality of the jacuzzi is monitored every day. The location is wonderful - 10 min walk to Oia center, next to a bus station (to Fira) and next to a small supermarket. The breakfast is self-served - you have the products in your refrigerator refilled every day. There's a coffee machine and a toaster in the villa. New bottle of water every day. The villa is not at the same complex with the rest of Ianthe's apartments were the pool is, and if you want to relax in the pool, you need to walk there a few minutes (it's common in Oia that the pool is not next to the apartments) and the wonderful hosts will supply you with towels at the pool. Anna and Mausura are wonderful and kind hosts! Very costumer oriented! They are really communicative and have a lot of advice on where and what to do in Santorini. Always meeting you with a smile and a glass of wine! Our stay was so enjoyable that I plan to come back!

This property is excellent….. Unobstructed views of the Caldera from the few steps up in front of the room (Rm 3) on the deck and an amazing sunset view without having to leave. The room consisted of a queen bed on the mezzanine level and queen bed, kitchen and small dining area on the lower level, with separate well sized bathroom. Private pool at the rear of the property over looking the Mediterranean. Extremely clean and our host Anna was simply amazing, continually going out of her way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic. Every morning, you just chose what you wanted from the selection available and what time you would like to eat and it arrives at your room on time. Thank you Anna and your lovely team for everything.

The location, staff and facilities of this hotel were fantastic. It is a small family run hotel just outside the busy area of Oia, which is perfect for avoiding the crowds. The welcome from staff was wonderful. The pool, although not huge, was a lot bigger than other hotels who say they have a pool when it's really just a plunge pool. We never had a problem getting a sun lounger when we wanted one. The breakfast was very nice- it was great being able to choose exactly what we wanted from the menu so as to avoid any waste. We had a small issue with a blocked drain in the bathroom but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I have no hesitation recommending Ianthe.

Really nice and clean apartment with the terrace in the front yard and sunshine all day long. Amazing views from the terrace while you enjoy your tasty breakfast. Helpful and friendly hosts and staff are always there when needed and they are very happy people who will always care for your comfort and give you the best advice about everything on the island. Trips,food,places,etc…. Very good location for your holidays and short distance walks to enjoy local restaurants ,shops and the most popular romantic places in Oia Santorini . Definitely recommend visiting again.

The customer service is exceptional, the staff (Anna, Virginia, Marousa) are extremely friendly , flexible and helpful. The apartments are cute and cosy with great sea views. The breakfast is delicious and served in your rooms which we loved! It is less than 15 minutes walk to the main church square and close to many restaurants. We decided to drive around the island last minute and Marousa’s arranged a rental car in couple hours. The staff is very caring, sweet and genuine !!

Some areas of the apartment need renovation like the kitchen cabinets, room dressers etc but not a big deal with everything else being so wonderful!

We just spent 4 days at Ianthe and it’s been fantastic! The apartments are located in a very exclusive position in Oia! There’s an astonishing view of caldera and you can easily reach the center of Oia in 5 minutes by walking! There’s also a reserved parking for clients (and it’s included in the price, no additional money) so it’s very easy to reach Ianthe by car! The room was very clean (every day new towels and cleanings) and every morning the staff brings you the breakfast so that you can enjoy it while admiring the fantastic view of caldera! Marousa and Virgina provided us a very professional and valuable service, helping us in everything and suggesting us places to visit and restaurant to eat! Everything was perfect!

The location of it, pool and the staff were very friendly. Minor inconveniences here and there but l loved the stay overall.

The room I paid a little extra for and saw the pictures online wasn’t the one that was given on the day. There was shards of glass and lots of hair mixed with the stones under the bed. Once our room was cleaned, second time it was partially cleaned, we were there 4 nights, the bathroom bin smelled really bad by day 3 because it wasn’t taken out. We wasn’t a fan of the concrete headboard as our heads kept hitting it when trying to lay back.
