The location of the hotel is excellent! It is easy to reach from the airport by car or bus in 20 minutes and easy to move around as it is central. The staff were warm and friendly and the breakfast was also great, particulary the Greek yoghurt, honey and fresh vegetables. There are restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and famous sites 5 -10 minutes by walking and the view from around the hotel is lovely. I particularly appreciated the fact that I didn't have to log my suitcase down the stairs to reach the hotel like some hotels in the same area ...very convenient location.

I didn't like the fact that the room was small and sparse. The bathroom was tiny and you could barely move around in the shower. The room and hotel environment was clean and the cleaners always came every morning to change the sheets, hoover, mop and supply fresh towels and linens. The bed was small but comfortable. We could have done with some items for making coffee and tea such as kettle, tea cups, coffee, tea, milk and sugar.

We loved the location as it was quiet enough for us to enjoy as Oia can get pretty crazy. We had a lovely little room with a pool view. Photos on instagram suggest the sea is just right next to the property but it’s just a perspective and in reality you are not that close haha. Breakfast was really delicious and the variety was good. There is a bus from Thira stopping right outside the hotel so easy to access plus grocery shop next door so what do you need more? The staff was very very nice- really kid ladies at the reception. I liked everything and it was very nice, however photos on instagram and reality are not really the same. I had this idea of how it will look like after seeing photos and what we saw wasn’t quite like it, but it was still very nice and enjoyable. Most important - my Mum loved it! So it’s not a negative comment, more an observation.

Car hire was much cheaper from ferry than quoted from hotel, overpaid for car to airport.

The thing I most like about the property is the location! There is a literal bus stop in front of the hotel. All the famous photo spots like Blue domes, Kastro Oia House, Oia Castle are within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The staffs are amazing especially the restaurant staffs. The size of the budget double room is a bit too small but if you’re planning to explore more, then it won’t be an issue! Overall, it’s absolutely stunning according to the price point and the location.

The breakfast menu is limited and repetitive. If you’re staying more two days then it can feel boring.

I highly recommand this hotel for all these reasons: - Location: The hotel is close to the bus station in Oia (12 minutes). The walk to get to the centre of Oia is on a beautiful marble promenade with a nice view on the sea. - Staff: The receptionist was very helpful and gave us great tips about Santorini. The bartender at the pool (because yes, you can buy drinks while enjoying your day by the pool) was also very nice. - Hotel: A beautiful blue and white hotel with a lovely room. - Restaurant: The breakfast was included and it was the best we had in our entire trip. We also recommand the restaurant Anenomilos, located right next to the hotel. Our dinner there was delicious! - Value for money: Amazing, especially if you compare it to the rest of the hotels in Oia.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful with everything. The location is great, easy walking distance to the center, but still far away enough from the crowds. Fresh and tasty breakfast. The pool area is perfect for chilling on a hot day.

Only very minor things. There was nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry in the rooms without balcony, but the staff sorted out a place for us so not really a problem. The shower curtain was a bit short so water tended to get all over the bathroom floor if you're not careful when you shower, but not a big problem.

We were upgraded to a very large room with pool view! The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The balcony is spacious and has a nice view of the sunsets and the sea.

Really enjoyed our stay at Anemomilos. Great Quiet location within walking distance of the bustling Oia. Staff were very friendly & Lena on reception could not have been more helpful with recommendations & even booked for us a lovely sunset dinner in Pelekanos Rooftop Restaurant which was fabulous. Also the decorated room was a lovely surprise for our anniversary! Breakfast was lovely & room with private hot tub beautiful.

Nothing only maybe room could do with a full length mirror that’s all.

The location is excellent. My flight was delayed and I arrived in the early hours of the morning. The receptionist left all the instructions for my room. Excellent service. The pool area is sensational.

I stayed in the double suite with a pool view and found the mattress very worn and hard. The shower area isn't fully enclosed with glass and gets the whole bathroom wet after showering . The sink tap is high and also not very functional because it gets everything wet when it's opened. The bathroom could be a little bigger. I found it uncomfortable.

Hotel Anemomilos deserves endless praise for its seamless blend of quality, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. My daughter was so well connected with the Hotel - enjoyed her time in hot tub & with our friendly staff. On top of it, such a perfect location to explore Oia. Even the hotel's rooms and amenities radiate impeccable quality, ensuring guests enjoy a luxurious experience at an affordable rates. This place surely becomes our next choice as well :)

Hard to complaint when you have been treated so well in 3 days.
