The perfect spot for a peaceful week on Santorini. Only 2mins level walk from the famous Caldera views, restaurants, sunsets & tourists. The peace & swimming pool sealed the deal for us. The rooms,hot tubs,pool & outside space were exceptionally clean. Electra the manageress was super efficient in all correspondence & offering great restaurant & transport suggestions. Infact the small team of staff were amazing . Two of the restaurants they recommended were 350m in the other direction in Finkasia were exceptional quality & value for money. The €2 cash bus (air conditioned coach) to Fira was super easy & efficient (again Electro provided times & best place to catch it)

Location was very close walk to lots of bars, restaurants and the main part of Oia, not the most picturesque street but it was very quiet and easy to navigate. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and helpful and kind. The design of the rooms were great, the cocktails and bar were good. Really enjoyed the facilities and the vibe of the pool area. It was so quiet! The staff were absolutely wonderful, so helpful with recommendations.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing- very basic and not like the photos that I’d seen on their instagram - no omelettes or toasted bread.. etc. Felt like it was all out of a packet, which was a shame as this is the only things that let it down. The cocktails were great, but a little bit overpriced and there weren’t any real snacks or food available apart from the same nuts at breakfast.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was wonderful, the location was great, the staff was fantastic and went above and beyond, the pool was fantastic and we loved our hot tub. This was our favourite hotel during our three week holiday in Europe. We loved relaxing in our hot tub and at the pool. We loved the location. We had a great view of the Aegean Sea. It was very relaxing at the hotel and it was only a few steps from the heart of Oia where there was lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. We definitely want to come back to this hotel for longer.

The only minor complaint we had was that the Wifi was weak around the hot tub. We loved everything else about the hotel.

Breakfast was a bit basic and choices were the same every day, but all of it was delicious and filling. Choices of breads, plus boiled eggs, fresh oj, cocoa, cereals, jams, turkey and cheese and pound cakes as well as jellys, milk, coffee, tea. Best part is that it was brought right to our room at a time we requested! Loved the view and the pool (although unusually cold temps/weather kept us from swimming). Room was very comfortable, modern and chic. Shower was hot and relaxing. Toiletries were available. Used the hot tub but one suggestion to owner is a rubber mat outside the tub. I slipped getting out and got a nasty bruise. Not everything in the area was open but it was an easy walk to Oia center and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Electra was a wonderful host and staff were all very nice. Fresh squeezed oj at the bar, plus mixed drinks were all delicious.

The weather:( If temperatures had gone over 65 , i would have tried the pool!!

This place felt like the epitome of luxury. We had a room on the ground floor with a private jacuzzi and terrasse, overlooking the hills and water of Santorini. We were steps away from the beautiful pool with a view. The hotel isn't very large so there aren't too many rooms, meaning it's peaceful and quiet. We got to enjoy resort vibes by the pool and bar. They have a system to order breakfast for the next day, and it's delivered right to your door on a beautiful tray at your desired time. It was delicious and the kitchen is accomodating. We were a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of Oia, with restaurants and businesses on the way. Very close. Electra the concierge was beyond amazing, super kind and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived at 11:30. I cannot recommend North Winds more, we absolutely loved our stay!

There's nothing we didn't like! My only comment would be to switch the traditional keys to cards or a code system to enter the rooms.

Electra (the manager) and her team were extremely professional, helpful and provided amazing service. The facilities (pool, rooms) were unbelievable and the cocktails were delicious! They also had a furry friend to keep us company! Breakfast was so fresh and simple, delivered to our room at a chosen time, delicious! Our private jacuzzi was always clean and warm! It was only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Highly recommend, 5 stars from my wife and I! ⭐️

We recieved the room that we wished for. Owner is very nice, she reserved table at the restaurant for us. Every day you have to make an order through watsap communicator for breakfast you want. You can either eat in your room or near the pool. We preffered the second option. Judging only from the map you can be fooled that view for the sea is the caldera side but it's the other side actually, still very picturesque. Hotel is situated at the beginning of Oia and there's a 10 minute walk to the centre. There's a cheap shop near the hotel if you need anything.

There was no such thing. We only suggest to make a sign with the name of your hotel from the other side because it's hard to spot it from the road.

What to say.....amazing stay. Staff is wonderful! Helpful, kind, efficient, always smiling. Well done! Rooms are spacious, private jacuzzi, clean and tidy, comfortable mattress and pillow. It is quiet area 10min walk to main street in Oia. If you wanna relax and forget things and be out of the city, that is a spot for you. Breakfast is very tasty (different options for eggs, amazing Greek yoghurt and honey, cereal, oats, bread etc) and it is delivered to your room; so you have all the privacy. They can arrange private chauffeurs to pick and drop you at airport. Around the corner is small minimarket for some cold drinks; fruits and snacks. A lot of restaurants near by. 10/10!!!

Great service with friendly faces from everyone. Location was great only 10 mins from the pedestrianised area of Oia. View was spectacular from our room and pool area, and you only had to go to the pool to see the world famous Oia sunset. Breakfast was everything we could want with eggs cooked freshly, served to our room or to the pool by the ever smiling Fotis. Hotel was kept spotlessly clean and had a great receptionist/waitress/tourguide and general advisor Electra.

We were in 2 different rooms, definitely stump up for the bigger room, they are well worth it.

Very nice and clean suite. The property was also nice and clean. The location is very good. It’s very close to Oia and its famous white/blue houses and the spot where you can enjoy the famous sunset. Very cool nice and luxurious suite. The breakfast was brought at our room at the time we wished and we could order our personalised breakfast the day before. The staff was very friendly and cooperative !

The only detail that I would underline is the inability to change the temperature of the water in the private jacuzzi. Nonetheless the jacuzzi was very clean and had enough space and kept the warm temperature stable 24h/24 and was cleaned by a responsible regularly.
