Everything was perfect — we have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Absolutely perfect! This property strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience, just a short 5-7 minute drive from the bustle of Oia, yet tucked away enough to offer true privacy. The highlight for me was enjoying Santorini’s iconic sunsets from the private rooftop terrace, completely uninterrupted and magical. The room was spotless, thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need (including toothbrush and toothpaste), and the breakfast was both generous and delicious. The property is clearly very well cared for, and the mother-and-son team who run it were warm and welcoming. I genuinely couldn’t fault a thing—an ideal stay on a stunning island.

Nothing

Almost everything is great. each unit within the hotel is an independent house without any disturbance. fantastic view of the Aegean sea from the dining area. All the facilities are well maintained and like new. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Breakfasts are inclusive and tasty, freshly made and well served.

If you are looking for walking distance to Oia, you may find the location not so convenient. The bus goes one way from Oia, 5-10min and will stop in front of the hotel (need to tell the driver in advance) but then goes to Fira. To go back to Oia, need to take a taxi or walk for 45min. But we only go to Oia once, not a problem.

Sergio the host was so accommodating. He can organise tours or hiring of a vehicle on your behalf. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and the spa was a lovely treat at the end of a busy day exploring. Bus stop outside the suites to go to Fira or main town of Oia which was very convenient. Very quiet location if that's what you're looking for

Not a negative really but worth mentioning - There arent any restaurants or shopping nearby within walking distance but a very welcome peaceful setting after the hustle of visiting Fira

The location was lovely, the Baxedes beach is just in front and there is a bus which comes every 30 minutes to Fira just outside the hotel. The room was kept clean by the housekeeper. The jacuzzi was easy to use and relaxing at night. The breakfast in the morning is served by the owner, which was very filling and delightful to eat before heading out for the day. We had the chance to use the pool, which was clean and lovely to swim in while enjoying the sunset before the day of our flight. I would like to thank Sergio, the owner of this place and the staff for being so accommodating and friendly during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Santorini, and I can't recommend it enough. Sergio and his mother were super friendly and helpful with everything, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The family atmosphere and treatment were truly exceptional, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Every morning, we enjoyed a rich breakfast with fresh fruits, coffee, cakes, and more, setting a perfect start to our day. To our delight, the owner generously upgraded our rooms for free, giving us a stunning sea view that added to the overall experience. The hotel is located in a calm and relaxing area/ perfect for unwinding. The nice and clean swimming pool was another highlight, offering a great place to relax and soak up the sun. Despite its tranquil setting, the hotel is conveniently close to Oia, just a few kilometers away, making it easy to explore the charming town. One of the unexpected treats was the excellent cocktails made by Sergio. His mojito was the best I've ever had! Overall, this hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and location, making our stay in Santorini unforgettable.

We loved the location, we had a car so it was easy for us to travel. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Much more than we expected. It was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent. The resort is exceptionally clean. We loved it! Sergio made some great recommendations, he is very helpful and ensures you are having a wonderful time. We truly appreciate everything you did for us Sergio. You must (not joking her) try the Moussaka! It is by far the best we have ever had. Honestly wished we had seconds.

We loved everything. Nothing we didn't like. Check in was easy, everyone was very friendly. Pool was adequate for a quick dip and relaxing in the sun! We wish we could have stayed longer! Until next time!

Everything, it was always clean, the location is perfect away from the crowds, rent a scooter or ATV and be to the tourist area of Oia in less than 10 min, it’s also right on the bus route for another option. Renting is best as you get to explore the entire island and see the total beauty of Santorini, Ancient Thera, the views up near the monastery are unbelievable of the entire island. Sergios is the best host we’ve experienced in our travels, assisting with all our needs, advice on things to see and do, as well as arranging it all for you. It’s like being at a 5 star resort. Then the food, OMG.. fresh, delicious, and you will not walk away hungry. This is definitely our place when we return, no need to look any further, a true gem.

En plo boutique is awesome! The owner Sergio is great and caters to your needs. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They also accommodate allergies. They offer several services like massage and dinner as well for extra charge and can book an excursion for you. We had to change rooms for our last nights stay and although check out is 10:30 and check in is 3pm, they had the room ready for us at 11:30am. It really helped us out because we had to leave by 12pm and would not be back until after the front desk closed. Overall great stay and we wish we stayed longer!

The only issue we had was people smoked in the patio next door and towels in the 2nd room had a smoke smell. But overall stay was very enjoyable

We spent a wonderful 7-day vacation, comfortable, in a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful landscapes. We went hiking on foot and by car at the recommendation of Sergio, and had the chance to visit places we knew nothing about but will always remember. The food prepared by Sergio's mother is delicious, full of taste and flavor. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, please take care of yourselves and the wonderful Santorini.
