The property was clean and the room and pool exceeded expectations. Also Thoedosia, who works at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful and was willing to help us out whenever we needed assistance with something.

The property was not located in the town oia. It was a 5 minute drive and a 25 minute walk, but the roads are small and windy so it was difficult to walk. I would get a car or be prepared to spend a lot of money on Uber/car service.

Everything about this property was amazing. Theadoria is such a lovely person, she goes out of her way to help you and make you stay welcomed. We had a delay in flight and she waited for us to welcome us at the property. Explaining everything we need to know. The room was spacious and comfortable. In the morning she would bring us a lovely breakfast. We encountered a situation while at the property where Greece went on strike, we had to book for another night and Theadoria was super nice, she helped us in every possible way. Thanks to her we had a piece of mind with accommodation and taxi transfers.

The room is beautiful and the location of the hotel is perfect - outside of the hustle and bustle of Oia. Delicious and varied breakfast delivered to our room every day made the experience even better. Theodosia was so friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to assist! The pool was beautiful and perfect to sunbathe by/cool down in. Didn’t take any photos of the room, but it’s decorated in a really high end way, with fantastic facilities (including a waterfall shower).

This is not a disadvantage, but just something to bear in mind when you book - maybe think about hiring a car/scooter if you’re staying here! Location is perfect, but the walk into Oia (while doable, we did it about 5/6 times in 30° heat) isn’t easy as it’s pretty much all uphill. Theodosia on reception offered to help us sort a hire car/scooter or book a taxi, but we didn’t take her up on it as we fancied the walk. This distance from Oia is not a poor reflection on the hotel at all, we chose to stay just outside of Oia for a reason!

I have nothing to complain about the hotel. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The breakfast was served to our room and there are various choices. I'm 100% satisfied with the quality of the breakfast. Moreover, I got a clear view of the sunrise here (in May). The room service is on top. You can easily call a cab from reception. Overall, it is worth the price.

The only problem is the transportation. It takes about 20 mins to get to the main town of Oia. It will be a bit tiresome trip to see the sunset in Oia if you have some equipment in your bag. The nearest bus station is in Ecoxenia which is about several mins walk from the hotel. You may take the bus to the town within 3 mins, but you may wait at the bus stop for a quite long time until you see a bus full of people, which could not possibly squeeze you in. The ticket price is also worth noting. It is the same as from Fira to Oia. I would recommend people who decided to choose this hotel to rent a car.

New property, very clean, the pool was amazing. You can watch sun set from pool area. The whole are was very quite and the right spot was relaxation. It was 5-10mins drive from the Oia city centre. The lady at the reception was very frendly and helpful. She explained us where we can park at Oia.

My room was very spacious and laid out well. The bed was very comfortable and there was a big bathroom. The lady at reception was very friendly and kind and provided excellent service. The breakfast was good quality. There was a beautiful pool area.

My only comment and this is as a British person, if they could include tea bags (black tea). They had great coffee facilities in the room and green tea.

The room was beautiful with amazing view to the pool. The equipment was modern and looked new. Everything was clean. We really like it the lovely lady at the reception who was very kind and looked after us really well. The breakfast to the room was also a star point! Thank you so much!

Everything! From the magnificent pool with a great view (you can see the island Ios at the horizon), to the awesome suite with a really nice patio in front of it. It’s just 2-3 mins away from Oia (by car), which was an important factor for the choice. Parking slots available. The service provided was excellent, with an unmatched friendliness. Thanks for everything :)

Everything is perfect. Everything is so well prepared. The suite is rather close to the sea shore. The pool is amazingly clean. The host is the nicest host I have ever met. The breakfast is so attentive and thoughtful and of course delicious. Believe me, you would not find any better suite than this one at this price.

The receptionist lady was absolutely lovely without being intrusive, she went above and beyond to help. Was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very quiet and peaceful. Couldn't recommend more☺️
