Perfect stay for Santorini! The hotel is super close to Oia - 10 or 15 minutes walk - but gives you the quiet and privacy of a stay in a smaller village. The private hot tub and terrace have amazing sea views - and during August you can see the sunset from it (at least from mine). Also perfect to enjoy your breakfast in the terrace watching the sea! All the Edem team is very kind and attentive, always making sure you have everything you need - and always ready to share tips and what to do in the island! A car is recommended if you want to go around the island and see some beaches - but if you want to mostly stay in Oia, you are safe without a car.

This staff (George, Mellow, and the others) treated us like royalty from the minute we arrived. The hotel is small and attention is paid to every detail. Our room was modern, great shower, robes provided, great WiFi, and the private jacuzzi overlooking the sea was beyond spectacular. Mellow even turned up the temperature of the water for us. Our room was cleaned meticulously everyday and the center courtyard was a great place to relax with a drink from the bar. This place is truly a hidden gem close to restaurants and transportation yet private enough to completely relax. The breakfast was brought to our terrace each morning and it was amazing. Would definitely return and recommend for a fabulous stay in Oia area of Santorini.

Location is a little tricky to find but once you get there, all is well!

Edem was a wondaful place to stay, it has amazing staff who made us feel very special and they were very attentive. You get to choose your breakfast and the portions are very generous. The location was just perfect. It's away from all the tourists but a very small walk from Oia. It's peaceful, quite and has a great view of the sea. You also have great restaurants near by if you want to go for a late dinner or just have a great mean without going to Oia. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel which was great. The burger and pesto past are a must have. The staff made us feel part of a family and we for sure miss them. Melina was wondaful and gave up recommendations and even called and booked us a Beach club ( Jojo Beach Club ). If you come there with no plans not to worry Meline will help you sort out everything. they even provided us with transport to and from the beach club. we truly felt like VIP's. I would 10000% recommend. last but not lest the cave room was stunning and massive. It was like no other place I have stayed in and iv travelled quite a bit. you have your own rooftop with a hottub, sunbed and we breakfast area which was a wonderful way to start your day with great food and a view of the sea. Not forgetting the sunset view from your rooftop area. Miss you all at Edem. thank you for our unforgettable experience. Shout out to the owner, Melina, Baka and all the staff.

Really nice place, most lovely staff! Great location in a small nice town called Finikia, just 20-30 min walk from Oia. You flirt the privacy you need, avoiding a lot of tourists in a good location. You also get to choose your breakfast for each morning, what you want, when you want it and where. Haven’t experienced this anyway else, really a nice feature.

Your private terrace with the hot tub is not connected to your room, you have to go out of your room through into the shared space and up some stairs to your terrace. It wasn’t a problem for us, it just wasn’t clear for us when we booked.

The hotel is an oasis in a traditional village. It is perfect for a romantic getaway in Santorini. The staff are amazing! So friendly and made sure that our stay was exceptional. Fantastic attention to detail to all aspects of the hotel. True passion for making the best experience for their customers is demonstrated in what the hotel is achieving! Three great restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel & Oia is 10min easy walk so the hotel is ideally positioned in the North of Santorini.

Only area for improvement would be some additional shelf space for clothing in the room but this is minor in comparison to the positives!

Edem Boutique Hotel is an amazing hotel in Finikia about 1km's walk from Oia in Santorini. The hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood away from the mad tourist rush in Oia. The rooms are tastefully decorated with spacious en-suite bathrooms. The room is well equipped with a minibar, hairdryer and all other amenities. The staff at Edem hotel is so nice and friendly and willing to support with anything. On our arrival we were given a map and an overview of the area plus a bottle of sparking wine! this was the first hotel during our 2 week visit to Greece that gave us a map and pointers of where to go. The room has a lovely outside tub and you can relax after a long day out and about. The breakfast was divine (fruit, yoghurt, pastries, eggs, bacon, pancakes, coffee), and served at your own private terrace. We loved everything about this hotel!!

This place is really amazing! 10 minutes walk from the city of Oia, but here is not such a large crowd of people, like in Oia. Here we can really relax! The room is very nice, clean, the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we've ever had! Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. And there are a lot of green plants in the hotel - a real botanical garden! The host is very hospitable, and very helpful. He told us where to go in the evening and organized a wonderful catamaran ride for us!

Our stay at Edem was nothing short of amazing. Melina and George were exceptional hosts to ourselves as guests. The hotel, the facilities, the breakfast, the staff who worked there phenomenal. We originally booked this accommodation as the reviews were so good and it did not disappoint. It was noted about poor WiFi somewhere but the WiFi is also excellent we streamed a tv show on the iPad just fine and my partner was able to complete some work with no issues. Nothing was too much trouble for Melina and George, they made sure everything was taken care of!

I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. They made sure that there was someone to pick my luggage at the Car Park of Finnika when my taxi arrived. The hosts- Jorge (I hope I got his name right) and Kabba who met me at the car park were so pleasant throughout my stay. As a solo traveller, I felt very welcome by everyone. It’s a small beautiful but perfect hotel. My Breakfast order was taken and I got woken up for breakfast everyday. I had free water all of the time and got some drinks to refresh. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The roof top had really good views for night and daytime with the lovely sunbeds as well. Only 20mins walk to the Oia sunset and you can get to tourist attractions too. It’s close enough to Oia but far enough from the tourist crowd and in a nice hilly village. I will definitely come back here if I am in Santorini again. The salads, meals and breakfast tasted really good. Everyone was so nice and I felt like a princess compared to other hotels in other cities I traveled in the past.
