Everything was perfect! We arrived very late because of Flight delay, but they have arranged everything for our late check in. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Our room was right in front of the Pool which was also very clean. The hotel is very relaxing, has a nice view and the restaurant is fantastic. Amazing Breakfast with a variety of choices, friendly and helpful staff. You can even watch the sunset from the terrace and avoid the crowd spots. We’ll definitely come back

I can’t find anything negative , but people might complain about the internet connection which is a bit bad, but it doesn’t matter because it’s a good way to be offline for a bit. Although the location is not really a problem because of the peaceful area, it can be tiring to return from the Caldera by walk as it’s slightly uphill about 20 mins.

This quiet hotel was a perfect reprieve from downtown Oia! We had stayed in the heart of Oia for a few days, and had booked this hotel for our final few days. It was the perfect end to our trip! Our room was just a few steps off the pool and it was delightful. The views from the pool deck were perfect for the sunset in Finikia. The hotel was calm and resful, which was much needed after being around so many other people. It's also very close to a bus stop which made it a perfect spot to hop on and get around the island. You can easily get back into Oia within 10 minutes, or even stay on the bus and go around the island loop to the southern parts of the island. We explored the black sand beaches for a day which was a fun and different spot. Our room was spacious for my family of 3 and the staff were friendly and hospitable. We ate at the restaurant one of the nights and then for breakfast that was included. The meals were exquisite! I was amazed at the talent of the chefs! Beautiful flowers and clean facilities! The bathroom shower was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable.

The room wasn't totally sealed and we could hear the birds loudly in the morning. But, honestly, it was beautiful and we could also hear the sounds of the pool which were relaxing. There weren't any loud guests either, so we weren't bothered. We did have to leave early for the airport before the kitchen opened. They were so kind and packed us a takeaway box for the airport. It was filled with tons of bread, which sounds snooty to complain about. It was nice but a variety would have been nice. Hard to measure up to the in-house breakfast the day before.

A little far out from Oia town. A 30 minute walk in. A taxi would cost €30 one way.

The hotel is located in Finikia village with a sea view. It is walking distance to Oia. The rooms were nice and the staff was helpful. They provided all the information about surroundings and public transport. They have a very reasonable transport service available for the ferry port and Fira and other villages, the breakfast was just amazing. We use to also eat dinner at the restaurant itself and the food was the most tasty food I had when in Santorini. The restaurant staff is is very warm. We were offered with complimentary desserts and the desserts were yum. the hotel is pretty and cozy. The rooms are good and cleaning services are up to the mark. We definitely will stay here again when visiting santorini

Nothing in specific

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Our rooms were perfect for our needs and the housekeeping team was so efficient! We really enjoyed the location too…not right in Oia but a 10 minute walk up the street. The bus stop was also right across the street so easy to get around the island. The hotel itself was great, so nicely decorated and the restaurant was terrific. The transportation available was so convenient. The best part was the staff..so friendly and always willing to help and they go above and beyond to make you feel helpful.

The place where the hotel is located is perfect, close to Oia and not in the crowded town. The breakfast is different of the traditional services, but it is good. The restaurant is a very good option to have diner in a beautiful place,

The price/accommodation relationship should be better.

Hotel is only 15 minutes on foot to the Oia. The pool area is amazing. Various served breakfast. Room was very comfortable, I fell asleep too fast and couldn't spend time with my friends! I work in Tourism industry and have tested many hotels so I admit that the rooms and beds are very comfortable (even more than in some 5* hotels on another Greek Islands). We could use pool area after check-out. If you want to go to Fira you have to catch bus to Oia First. Then the same bus goes to Fira :)

The location was 20 minutes straight walk to Oia. On the day of arrival they let us check in early and gave us a map explaining our whereabouts on the island and mentioned all the iconic places.The food in the hotel was at 10% discount for customers and the hotel it self had a nice pool right in front of our room 21. It was a beautiful place to sit and relax and all good vibes. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

WiFi was a bit slow we couldn’t stream Netflix and YouTube.

Our stay was an absolute dream. The staff were incredible and so accommodating, our room looked like something straight out of Mamma Mia and was cleaned every day, all the hotel facilities like the pool and restaurant were amazing and everywhere has incredible views of the sea! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with so many options to choose from and waiter service and the location was perfect just a 20 min walk into Oia and close to bus links to other parts of the island. Honestly I could not recommend this hotel enough, it really is such a hidden gem, we had the trip of a lifetime and will definitely be returning!

Lovely resort with nice pool and clean and cozy rooms. Everything was perfect, staff kindest ever, we were served with a la carte breakfast with the most delicious things and with such a sea view! Quiet and chilling atmosphere typical Greek atmosphere, just a 5min car ride to oia caldera (we walked everyday and it was a nice 15 mins walk). The nice thing is that the cafe and restaurant is all day open to late night and people would come from anywhere just to dine here and enjoy a lovely sunset , far from the crowded oia sunset point. Definitely a romantic experience. Great value for money during high season and would surely recommend for families as well! Thank you to the cafe staff, always smiling and trying to make you happy at any moment!

You are not on the caldera, but in a fraction in oia called finikia, but still we loved it and walked everyday back and worth without getting tired. (20/30€ taxi to thira and other points)
